My son has been attending since 2023 and I couldn't ask for a better nursery for him. His loved his time at the nursery and soon to start school in September. I have seen his confidence grow so much from a shy little boy to a confident boy and that's thanks to the amazing staff. He always comes home
talking about the fun things his got up to and what games he plays with his friends. He loves PE on Tuesdays with coach Michael and this has helped his confidence in physical development lots and Thursdays leaning Spanish which he has taught me some new words. He talks about all the staff from his room to staff to the kitchen and office. He will definitely miss them all when he starts school but they have given him the readiness and confidence to start school.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for almost three years and as always they have continued to provide excellent care in a fun and friendly environment. She feels safe, and cared for and we as parents feel they have offered a supportive and nurturing environment.

Choosing Chiswick House Day Nursery for our 9 month old has honestly been one of the best decisions we've made. The staff are experienced, friendly, and genuinely caring, you can tell they know exactly what they're doing. The regular updates show how much fun our little one is having, and his progress
reflects that too. Would totally recommend this nursery to anyone who wants a safe, trustworthy place for their little ones.

Mati has been here since he was six months old, and we couldn't be happier with the choice.
He came in very young and with a lot of allergies (not the easiest situation to manage). The team handled it brilliantly from day one. Meticulous, consistent, and never making us feel like it was a hassle. They
keep you informed, they clearly know your child as an individual, and you can just tell they genuinely care.
We visited a few nurseries before deciding. This one stood out immediately, and everything since has confirmed we made the right call.

Such a great nursery, our little one loves going!


I was quite nervous about leaving our little one when returning to work after maternity leave, but the staff have been so warm, kind and reassuring-it has really put me at ease. The team clearly has a great deal of experience and genuinely seem to

care which is just makes all the difference.


The baby room is lovely, with its own outdoor space and the whole setting feels safe and nurturing. They're also very flexible, in terms of individual's needs (e.g. naps, meals etc.) which is incredibly helpful.


I am really grateful for all the updates I get throughout the day via the app. I also know the nursery wouldn't hesitate to get in touch if there were ever any issues, communication is great.


Most importantly, my little one loves going, he's excited to arrive in the morning and seem to have so much fun while he's there - he is happy and smiling when we pick him up - I definitely recommend.

We couldn't be happier with this preschool and the care they've shown our daughter. After trying two other nurseries that just weren't the right fit, we were understandably anxious about how she would settle into a new environment. From the very beginning, the staff here have gone above and beyond to
support both her and us through the transition.


They took the time to really understand her individual needs, showing patience, warmth, and genuine care every step of the way. What has stood out most is how thoughtful and proactive they've been-nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. They've created a safe, nurturing space where she feels comfortable, valued, and happy.


The difference in her confidence and willingness to engage has been incredible to see. She now looks forward to going in, which is something we honestly weren't sure we'd ever say after our previous experiences.


We're so grateful to have found a setting that not only meets her needs but truly exceeds expectations.

Absolutely thrilled that we chose Chiswick House nursery for our daughter. The team are extremely warm and welcoming, but also great with their communication and letting us know how our little one is getting on. We feel so fortunate that our son is able to attend this nursery. The staff are so attentive, kind and welcoming and it's clear to see how much they care about all the children. My son's confidence has grown so fast since being at Kiddi Caru and he's so excited every day to go to nursery. The range

Our 2 year old has been at Silks since she was 9 months old. She loves going here. The staff are friendly and approachable and seem like they genuinely care about my child. The activities are varied and she is often playing outside. Learning through play is great. Food menu varies every week on a cycle
and my child eats a range of different things. Staff are helpful and we are kept well informed about her activities and progress.

I remember the first week my son started attending nursery at the Melton Mowbray Nursery, being his first ever nursery, he would normally cry when we leave him in the morning. This sometimes made myself and my wife feel a bit sad about it, but the nursery staff were ever ready to extend their support.
I think the app also gave us some comfort knowing that we had some inkling about how he was coping. Going just a bit further on the app, I think it is still one of our favourite features of the nursery. Seeing pictures of him painting, going to the park or feeding animals would often warm our hearts. The staff are prompt to keep the app updated, foods, nappy changes and even when there are minor accidents.


We will recommend the nursery to anyone who wants a nursery that is caring, every ready to go the extra mile and where your kid is having fun.

We are absolutely thrilled with our choice of nursery. Our son has come along in leaps and bounds in not only his physical development but emotional and verbal as well. He is excited to go every day and loves to see the carers each morning. He was never in a 'shell' to begin with but he's definitely
blossomed into a very confident little boy under their care. I recommend the nursery to everyone. They're so flexible and patient with any questions or potential adjustments we may need to make, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a small incident that meant our little boy had a wound needing medical attention but there was an immediate investigation into what/where/why/how it happened and we were updated every step of the way.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! The team is always responsive, supportive and keeps me well informed as a parent.


Returning to work after maternity leave felt overwhelming but the staff in Chestnut made the transition so much easier by providing clear information and most importantly by making

my daughter very happy. It melts my heart when I see her so happy when I drop her off and pick her up.


My baby settled in immediately and absolutely loves it. She's always excited to go in and comes home with a big smile. I really enjoy seeing the daily activities on the app and I appreciate the detailed updates on her development.


A big thank you to management and Chestnut team leader for their support and clear communication from the start. And a big thank you to every single staff member in Chestnut. They do an amazing job keeping things running so smooth. Making my daughter happy and looking after her so well! Always grateful!

We couldn't be happier with this incredible nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have created such a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment. It looks gorgeous as well, so cozy.
Our son has the biggest smile on his face whenever I drop him off or pick him up and I think that's such a clear
sign how happy he is and how well everyone looks after him.
What really stands out is the genuine kindness and patience of the staff, they clearly care deeply about the childrens development and wellbeing. Communication is excellent as well we always feel informed and reassured and find the app very helpful at keeping us updated throughout the day.
We're so grateful to this wonderful nursery and couldn't recommend it more highly. We looked at a lot of nurseries in the area and none compared, our son is thriving and we can't thank the staff enough for all their love and care they show him and us.

My daughter absolutely loves Chiswick House. The staff have all been there along time, all know her by name and the place seems really organised and clean. They structure the weeks really well, with different themes depending on the seasons and what each stage the child is at. They do lots of fun trips
(my fave being a group trip to a coffee shop for a babychino) and the food appears delicious (almost always eat "all). She is always happy to go in the morning and has made some lovely friends with staff and children alike.

We're so pleased with the experience our son is having at Harpenden Day Nursery. The recent change in management has clearly had a very positive and proactive impact, and the hard work being put in has definitely not gone unnoticed.
The additional curriculum activities have been fantastic. We hear
all about them at home especially the sports sessions, which he absolutely loves! It's also been wonderful to receive more regular updates and photos, giving us a real insight into what the children are doing throughout the day.
The staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We've also really appreciated the opportunity to attend stay-and-play sessions, which has made us feel more involved in our son's nursery experience.
