Overall Experience

It took us a long time to find a nursery that felt right for us. But Kiddi Caru is that nursery for us! Our little one has been in attendance for just over a year, and he struggled to settle. The team in the Baby Room were amazing! My little one became attached to a member of staff and that really helped

him enjoy his days there!
He eats SO well, at nursery! The food is prepared freshly in the kitchen, and my little one loves everything! It's so reassuring to know he has home cooked meals (effectively)
My little one is receiving amazing support whilst he navigates Toddlerhood, learns boundaries. On every pick up, he is so happy after a fun day with interactive activities and garden fun!
Can't thank KC enough, for everything they do!

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru in Plympton for bit over 2 years now and we can not thank them enough for the brilliant care and support she has had.
She jas kust transitioned to preschool which was clearly a big change up for her bit the team have been exceptional with supporting her in

this and helping her grow her independence and confidence.
Everyone we have had the pleasure to interact with at the nursery has been great and we wouldn't choose any other place for our child to be in.

Overall Experience

My little one has been here since 6 months old and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The team have been so friendly and supportive, he clearly adoreds them and is so happy and settled, its amazing to see his progress and relationships develop. We are very impressed with the menus, they

are healthy and yummy and give me peace of mind as a working parent that he's getting what he needs, he almost always has seconds! In his age group they plan the most amazing activities and do programmes with signing and dancing and I can see when I drop off or collect the other ages doing things like cooking and gardening which I know he will love. Any small concerns have been addressed and resoved by management when needed, who are very approachable and knowledgeable. We honestly feel safe dropping off our baby knowing he is taken care of and loved.

Overall Experience

Kiddi Caru was frequently recommended when we were considering potential nurseries but regrettably cannot recommend this setting despite the change of management a couple of years ago.
Focusing on the last year, the pre-school experience has been disappointing. The observations and handovers received

haven't painted a picture of a particularly enriching experience that supports school readiness. These have become increasingly generic to the whole room. The personal progress reports we have received each term have been a copy and paste of the previous one.
There have been a few standout staff who have really supported my child over the years but wider staff retention and experience has undermined the overall quality of care, including adequately dealing with the inevitable behavioural issues that occasionally arise.

Overall Experience

We've been with this nursery since January and it's been nothing short of outstanding. Every member of staff we've met have been so good with our lad. They know him inside and out and they're honest with us when we pick him up which my partner is over the moon with. Management are friendly and so welcoming.

The updates we receive via the app has really settled my partners nerves about leaving him. A special mention to two members of staff who have bent over backwards for our son and I can't thank them enough. I'm very very happy with the nursery and it's been a weight off of our shoulders after a not so pleasant experience elsewhere

We are so happy with the care provided at Kiddicaru. Our daughter absolutely loves it there and we know that she is having so much fun and learning so much at the same time. Our little one started at Kiddi Caru last Summer when she was about to turn 1 and attends 3 full days a week. I cannot praise the staff at the nursery enough- the activities they put on daily for the kids are wonderful, the variety and quality of the menu served is great, the running of the nursery

is efficient and smooth and everyone is always so positive and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Both our children have attended Kiddi Caru since they were 10 months old and 2 years old and are now 3 and 4. They have worked their way up through the rooms within the nursery and have absolutely thrived at each stage of their nursery journey! The staff at the nursery are so enthusiastic, caring, and

professional. I work full time as a nurse and they have always been so mindful and understanding when needing to pick the children up quickly if they are poorly that it sometimes takes a little longer to get to them. The drop-off is always seamless which makes such a difference on busy working mornings! I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a well-run, professional care setting with staff that are well trained and clearly have a vested interest in providing a fun, loving environment for all the children.

Both my children use this nursery. As any parent would be we were apprehensive about leaving the care of our children to someone else whilst we work.
From the get-go, the professionalism and updated information throughout the day has been second to none. The support they have shown towards the children

Overall Experience

Amazing nursery, clean, tidy, with beautiful outdoor space and the rooms have lots of great resources. The food menu has a great variety of foods and it's nice that they cook it there.
They always have creative and educational activities the kids could join and learn through play, our daughter loves

being there and we like that they do regular observations so we can see what she has been doing in class.
All the staff is friendly, caring and they take time to get to know the kids and help them feel happy and well supported while they are there.

Overall Experience

Excellent nursery setting! Our son loves attending and has attended from 1 year old.
The team are all approachable and they are very child focused, they have taken the time to get to know my son and this is reflected in the relationships that he has with the staff.
They manage transitions from one

nursery room to the next really well, with lots of taster sessions for settling.
The setting itself is lovely, a great garden, and the children are well catered for. The environment is kind and caring - you can see that this is fed down through management to the whole team.
The App is great and keeps us updated regularly- we love seeing pictures of our son at nursery.
They are really supportive and flexible if ad-hoc days are needed and available.
I would highly recommend this setting!

Our son who has been here for the last 9 months since he turned one, has had a fantastic time here and loves attending. The staff are excellent, the venue is purpose-built with its own canteen, and food choices go down very well. The app keeps us updated with what he's been doing, what and how much

he's eaten, and developmental progress along with photos of activities the class has been doing. You really feel informed.
The staff are key and in our sons class they are wonderful, friendly, caring and great at their jobs, we're very happy we choose here.

Overall Experience

Highly recommend Kiddi Caru!
I was so nervous thinking about returning to work after maternity and looked at a couple of childminders and nurseries. Kiddi Caru was recommended to me by one of my friends and as soon as I had a visit, I knew it was the best place for our daughter.
It's such a lovely,

safe, and clean environment.
Everyone is so warm and friendly which made me feel at ease right away as you feel they really do care about your child.
We had several settling sessions, building up to a full day. Our daughter took to it so fast, and I was relieved to be able to see her settle in as they kept us in the loop with photos and updates.
I feel completely confident that our daughter is in the best hands, developing so many skills and enjoying nursery which has made the transition back into work that bit easier for me.
Obviously its difficult being away from her, but I know she is having the best time at Kiddi Caru and is above all, safe and happy!

Our daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru since she was 9 months old, we transferred to the Torquay setting when she was 1 year old because we moved house. She is now 2 years old and is thriving, the nursery staff are all so lovely and good with her and she adores them in return. Whilst we still have

Overall Experience

We have been delighted with our choice of nursery. Everyone who looks after our baby has been simply brilliant. She has settled in so quickly, she smiles when walking up to the nursery and is always happy playing when I pick her up, not wanting to come home!
We have had such clear communication from

everyone about how she is doing and all her goings on, we feel so comfortable leaving her with them. Our baby has definitely made progress since being here also. We have really appreciated all the love and care the team has shown both our baby and us, as two nervous, first-time parents! The environment always feels super clean, well-maintained and resourced. All the staff from reception and across the building are kind, attentive, and welcoming. We have recommended you to all our local friends with young babies and a few are now on your waiting list.

Overall Experience

The staff at Kiddi Caru Matford Green have, without exception, been amazing. My child has additional needs and at times needed a lot of extra support. All of the staff, especially the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, were incredibly supportive of both him and us, and helped us to put all the processes

in place to make his transition to school as easy as possible. They went out of their way to support his learning, emotional and physical needs and to ensure he was as happy as he could be. We couldn't have asked for a better nursery to send our child to.
