Kiddi Karu have been fantastic in looking after our little one. They are very good at communicating through the app so we feel like we are with our little one, and are always smiling. Our little one giggles away and eats really well. We are so glad we found kiddi karu

There has been a change of staff in the room that she has been in but have not had any issues with the change. If she has been unsettled they spend time with her and take her to do her favorite activities to help soothe her. They listen to her. And everything is always so clean.

Our little one has only been in nursery for two weeks but he absolutely loves it.

What i loved is that we had 6 settling in sessions before his first proper day. So it made it easier for us to transition into this new chapter. During those sessions we sat in the reception area. We could see the little ones being dropped off, all so excited, the team knew their names, you could see real connections are being made.

We love getting the regular updates, the team are happy to answer any questions we have. We get detailed reports on different activities & learning they do. He has such an enjoyable day that hes pretty much wiped out by 6pm.

- reading the policies, it was the staff handbook, whereas the policies on the website are clearer & more what we need to know as parents.

We have two children at the nursery, both really enjoy it and we're extremely satisfied. The staff are all lovely and our kids love them. They update us regularly, are kind and supportive to the children and we couldn't ask for more.

We love everything about Kiddi Caru! My daughter has always been very attached and found it really difficult leaving me at the beginning. The staff were so supportive to both of us and did everything they could to help her settle. Fast forward to now and she loves it, she's so much more confident now and outgoing, the difference in her since she started has been amazing to watch. The outdoor space is lovely, the food is great and the children just always seem happy. My daughter loves telling me about everything she's been up to when we collect her, you can just see she's had a great time.

I highly recommend Kiddi Caru Sowton. Our child really enjoys going to nursery and they have come on leaps and bounds from attending the nursery. The range of activities are excellent and the staff are wonderful and genuinely care about the children.

Our son has been at Kiddi Caru for 8 months now and he is thriving thanks to the education and care he receives. Being full time working parents the worry of leaving our son to return to work was soon alleviated when we saw how content and happy he was in this setting.

In both of the rooms he has been allocated to the care and attention the staff give to our son is second to none and we'd highly recommend to other parents.

Our little girl started at Kiddi Caru almost a year ago and has thrived ever since.

The ladies are amazing and look after her with so much care and kindness. She loves attending and is always excited to see staff members.

She has really started since coming out of her shell and her confidence has increased since attending.

The app is amazing and is updated regularly so I can see how she is getting on during the day & it is useful to see nappy changes , daily updates and what she has eaten. The food variety is great .

I feel the nursery is safe and I feel safe leaving my daughter there.

10/10 would recommend to anybody who is looking for a nursery.

I would highly recommend this nursery, my daughter is 2 and has been going since she was 6 months old and has flourished here.

Overall, we're extremely happy with the nursery and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

3.The nursery odour at the end of the day can be putrid with the warm air mixed with soiled nappies- this is revolting and needs some thought to how this can be changed.

Most importantly, we truly feel that our son is well cared for in his class by his carers & he has made special bonds with his key person. We always know he is in safe hands. We couldn't be more grateful.

As an anxious first-time mum, the prospect of leaving my 10-month-old daughter was daunting, but this nursery has been a godsend. My daughter has already settled in, and that is largely thanks to the incredible staff. The two members of her room are always caring, they keep me fully updated and call me if they ever have any queries. Every handover at the end of the day is detailed and they never miss a thing. My daughter is a complete velcro baby and still jumps into her key workers arms most mornings. Just so grateful for this nursery.

I can't put into words how wonderful the staff at Kiddi Caru are - they really care and we receive such detailed updates, both verbally and through the app. We were really nervous about putting our daughter into nursery, but we've noticed such a difference in her confidence and communication over the last few weeks. She's also eats lots, so we assume the food is excellent too! We feel very lucky to have found Kiddi Caru, as so much of how we feel is because of the brilliant team. A special thank you to Georgia and Elizabeth, they've made this period of transition feel much easier than we ever thought it would be. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Our child is so happy at Matford Green Kiddi Caru! The team are amazing and so dedicated to what they do. It can be tough leaving your child to go to work and the team really do help with the adjustment of that. Our child has thrived and flourished at this nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Nicola and Kerrie really do run a happy ship and we are so thankful for them.

The food always looks delicious

We love Kiddi Caru Sowton. The team have been incredible from our initial enquiry right through to caring for our baby twice a week. They work closely with home routines if needed, and the progress and development we've seen in our daughter since attending has been amazing. In particular, Andrea, Jodie & Kayleigh have played a huge part in making our experience so positive.

Our little girl is now moving up to the toddler room, and while we're gutted to be leaving Bluebell, we're confident we'll build equally great relationships with the next team.

If I were to make any recommendations, it would be lovely to see more photos uploaded, particularly on the days our daughter attends, or even more occasional individual photos. I completely understand how busy the staff are, but as a working mum it makes leaving her that little bit easier & lovely to see while at work .

It would also be helpful if direct debits could be set to a chosen date rather than only the 1st to fit in line with pay.

My daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 1, she's nearly 3 and she still absolutely loves it. The transition between the rooms is something I always worry about as she's not great with change however the staff are so supportive. She always has the best bonds with her key workers so it really shows the effort they put into the transitions and getting to know the children to make sure they're comfortable. She talks about nursery lots at home and it's always positive! :)

The food, the structure of the days are brilliant, there's not one thing I could think of that I would change.
