Overall Experience

Our son has been going to Kiddi Caru in Grange Park since Feb 25 and we have had a positive experience from the time we went in for the open day! The rooms are comfortably decorated, he's in his second room now and each one feels warm and welcoming with lots for the children to work with - books / toys

/ sensory stimulation etc. In his current room (12-24), they have so many activities going on, he loves going to nursery and playing, and he asks to go on his days off. The app system works really well and is updated consistently. They also provide updates on how he's progressing in line with the early years curriculum.
The best thing, however, is the staff team. What a dedicated and incredible team of people. They take an interest in our son and you can tell that they care for the children around them. It's lovely to see our son flourish in a caring and stimulating environment, I would recommend in a heartbeat!

Overall Experience

Fantastic nursery, who's passion and drive amongst staff shine so brightly and it make such a real impact on the care our daughter (and Son until September this year) has received.

Their days are jam packed with fun and engaging activities and it has really brought out the confidence and character

of our daughter.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough, we have been so lucky to be part of their family.

Overall Experience

I am very happy with Kiddi Caru Nursery and the overall experience it offers. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely care about the well-being and development of the children. From the very first day, I noticed how much attention they give to each child, making sure everyone feels comfortable,

safe, and included.
The learning environment is bright, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of engaging activities that encourage creativity, social skills, and independence. The teachers use a balanced approach, combining play-based learning with structured educational activities that prepare the children for their next stages of schooling.
Communication with parents is also excellent. I receive regular updates about my child's progress, daily routines, and special moments, which makes me feel very connected and reassured.
What I appreciate most is the genuine passion and patience of the staff. They create a positive atmosphere where children are not only learning but also enjoy.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending this nursery for just over a year. She was unsettled to start with, but the staff worked with her to ensure that she was happy and comfortable. I had regular updates which help to ease my worries. This holistic approach made me feel less anxious about leaving her. Now

in the mornings when I am getting her ready for nursery she is laughing and looking forward to going. I'm so glad that we chose this nursery.

Overall Experience

We found Kiddi Caru nursery online and booked an open day with our 16 month old to begin to integrate and socialise him. We were anxious as he has multiple food allergies. During the open day we were informed of their allergy procedures and were very reassured he could be safe and not be segregated.

We were invited to two settling in sessions prior to him starting, one which we stayed for and one which we l try him for an hour to eat. Both we received photos and messages with updates to how he was doing. His key worker, the class team; cooks and management are all fantastic and he is thriving: His development, speech, and sleep have improved massively! They have a great outdoor space which they go out each day. The best decision we have made and couldn't recommend it enough.

A wonderful, welcoming nursery.
From day one the staff here have been more than accommodating, they are always happy and informative about the day. Updates are frequent and communication is brilliant.
My daughter loves to attend and is always happy when we pick her up.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost two months now, she started at 8 months old and has absolutely flourished whilst in their care!
We chose this nursery as we loved their environment, the staff, the activities they offer and the locality which includes visits to Abington park!

We have been so happy with her progress, being around others her age and slightly older she has progressed so much with her walking and eating. We are blessed with a sociable baby which has helped her settle in, however, It is never nice to think about leaving your child in the care of others, especially when so young but needs must and we have been so reassured by our experience and the ability to see what she has been doing in the day via the app (what's she has eaten/drank or how much she has slept). Our daughter attends 3 long days a week and receives 3 meals a day, she loves to play and really enjoys the sensory activities and music sessions.
I would 100% recommend this nursery to others

Overall Experience

My little boy has now been in two rooms so far and we've had such a great experience throughout. When he first started, it took a little time for him to adjust to the new routine, and drop offs were often emotional. The staff were incredibly compassionate and nurturing, always putting my mind at ease

with a kind message or a reassuring photo once he had settled. After a few weeks, everything changed and he began running into nursery without a second glance back, some days he'd even cry at pick up because he didn't want to leave! This is a true reflection of how safe, happy, and loved he feels there.

All of the staff are so warm and genuinely caring. The manager and another staff member have been especially flexible and accommodating whenever I've needed to adjust sessions or add extra days, which has made life so much easier.

Since starting nursery, my little boy has grown in confidence and made so much progress in his development and I truly believe that's thanks to everyone at Abington Park!

Couldn't be happier!
My little boy has been going here for 8 months now and he loves it.
As a first time mum I was anxious about sending my little one and when he didn't settle very well I was questioning my decision. However the staff have been amazing and so supportive! This is not just the staff

in his room, everyone welcomes you by name, it's so lovely. Now my little one now RUNS to his key worker in the mornings.
The app is updated regularly throughout the day. We then we also get photos and updates on development around once a month.

Hi, I'm mother of the child that attends Rushden Day Nursery, I would like to thank all the staff that have looking after him. Especially Juniper room that help him thrive and support him during his natural exploration inside and outside whilst attending Nursery. I'm pleased to say that he enjoys activities

that are provided and is willing to try and at least has a curious mind of what new unexplored activities are set out on a daily basis. He enjoys playing with other children as well as solitary and has a good listening ear when he wants too.

My child has just started this month with the nursery, she's quite a hesitant child and doesn't like leaving me or her mum, the staff always make her feel welcome and engage with her constantly. If there is any concerns for our child they call us straight away, they adapt with your child's needs wherever

possible, for example our child can't digest whole milk so she only has semi skimmed milk to drink even though she is under 2. The menus are brilliant and the children have a range of different foods to each everyday. The app is brilliant as it lets us know what she was up to each day and if you have any concerns you can message them directly on the app, no need to speak to anyone on the phone if your not confident at doing that, also it gets straight to the team in her room. Our daughter has slowly come out of her shell with all the staff which is amazing to see, and I can't wait to see her flourish under their care! Thank you so much for everything you've done these past few weeks!

Both my children attend the nursery. We find all the staff fantastic and welcoming. The staff are helpful with questions and attend to issues quickly. The activities such as forest school and trips they do are fantastic

My only complaint is that my child attend on a Monday and Friday. I feel it's

very unfair to be charged for bank holidays that fall on these days. If the nursery is physically not open and the children cannot go in, we are paying for a service we do not receive. I feel this should certainly be reassessed.

I have friends with children at other nursery's who do not pay for bank holidays or have recently changed their policy on it. I feel it needs reviewing as it's seems out of date. It could also put other parents off sending their children Yh the nursery.
