Our son has attended GPR for some time now and he absolutely loves it there - the staff are brilliant and make a real effort with him. They keep us updated regularly and share all the fun stuff he's been up to during the day including what he's eaten and when he slept.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year, having started in the baby room and progressing to the toddler room.
She was supported wonderfully to settle into the nursery and through room transition.
Staff are excellent, really caring and attentive to my child's needs.
She comes home
happy and bouncy. The menus are great and she eats a brought range of foods. She does so many different craft activities, has made some wonderful friendships and we as parents couldn't be happier.

My daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru Hanham Hall since September 2024 when she was 9 months old.
The staff have always been very attentive in each of the rooms she had been in, Discoverers, Explorers and Creators - providing her with a cuddle when needed and always provide a thorough handover.
My
daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her time here and it has been worth commuting for her to attend.
The only downsides I would report would be there can be a delay for staff to answer the doors on drop off and collection, and the consumable charges are high in comparison to other local nurseries.
Overall, I would recommend this nursery to friends and family on the basis of the excellent care and support they have provided over the past 18 months.

Both children attended the setting and really enjoyed their time here, they were always happy being dropped off and always engaged in play on pick up.
The staff are always very friendly and provide a clean setting with lots of play activities.

My child has been attending the setting for nearly two years. All of the staff who have cared for her have always been friendly and professional. They all know her well, and are so child focussed. The setting is clean and the activities/toys of good quality. They have regular themed days, and often
provide photos and descriptions of my child's learning. My child enjoys the food and eats well there. The setting have been amazing at supporting her potty training. I can't speak more highly of Kiddi Caru Downend Road!

We took our daughter for the first time to a nursery, and she settled down really quickly. In the first week, she was already happy to be left at the nursery, and after a while, she wouldn´t even look back to say goodbye to me. This may sound sad, but I am really happy that she found a group of children
and caregivers that she feels comfortable with. We get periodic updates from the career,s including pictures and descriptions of their growth and achievements. I couldn´t be happier about the care that my daughter is receiving. I fully recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been at the nursery for a year and a half and is so so happy there. All the staff love her and she loves them and is always so excited to go to nursery in the morning.
She has come on leaps and bounds since going to nursery and although she is a be try chatty toddler, something I have
noticed recently is that at the end of her nursery days her speech is even better!!!! She tells us all about her day at nursery and it is always constant fun!
She has made an adorable group of friends who she talks about all the time and I feel very safe and comfortable knowing she's with staff that she gets on with so well.

Wonderful nursery with staff who really care. Our daughter has been settled from her first day here and she loves her time here. The staff use the app well to communicate throughout the day and always update with naps, meals and happies. Would highly recommend!

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for just over three months, and the positive difference we've seen in such a short time has been incredible. She has special educational needs, and the support, understanding, and care from the team has been outstanding.


The staff are truly amazing, and

her key worker in particular has built such a wonderful bond with her. She really understands her needs and personality, and that means the world to us as parents. Our daughter absolutely adores her. The Manager is also extremely supportive and knowledgeable around SEN, always approachable and helpful whenever we need guidance or reassurance.


The nursery itself is warm, tidy, and very well organised, with a great variety of activities that keep the children engaged and interested every day.


We feel so grateful to all the staff at Great Park Road and would highly recommend it to any parent, especially those looking for a nurturing & supportive environment for children with additional needs.

Staff are welcoming and happy on drop off's. .
they have balanced meals and regular nappy changes. He always runs to staff in rooms and they are very happy to cuddle him and make him feel safe.
My only negative feedback is sometimes staff are reluctant to engage with you at pick up, you need to
try and flag someone down to ask how your child's day has been. I also feel they don't have enough vocational activities, my child often misses out on seeing animals or group activities as they aren't on certain days.

We are very happy with the nursery.


The teachers are kind, patient and welcoming. They create a safe and warm environment for the children every day. My daughter feels comfortable there and that matters a lot to me.


She has learned so much in a short time. I have seen clear progress in her communication,

social skills and confidence.


She truly loves going to nursery in the morning. That shows me she feels happy and secure.


I highly recommend this nursery to any parent who wants a caring and supportive place for their child.

Our daughter started this Nursery in October last year and she has been in love with it. The staff is very accomplished and polite. They understand child's needs and patterns and work around it. Against this, in previous nursery my daughter was really struggling with her naps and routine, but now she
is really really happy that she wants to go to nursery even on weekends.
There are regular activities like kids yoga, book reading, pretend play, outdoor time and much more which is really important for kids development. We fully recommend Kiddi Caru.

Lovely staff members who take good care of the children. However I feel communication from the nursery for new starters could be better, I feel like I'm winging it and having to ask loads of questions as I go. They could do with introducing a new starters pack which explains; how to communicate if start
and pick up times are different, how drop offs and picks up work, where to go, what we need to pack for the child, what they will hang onto, how they will let us know if they need more stock from us. All of this I've confusingly learnt on my feet, with no upfront info.
The daily fee is also very high compared to other locals nurseries.
Finally whilst the building is spacious and clean, it doesn't feel very cosy or welcoming. All the rooms are white painted and would benefit from a splash of colour. The baby room toys seem quite basic aswell. I also think having babies playing and sleeping in the same area isn't the best, as the babies awake are often playing in a dimly lit room.

My wife and I are very happy with our daughters preschool. Staff are very friendly and our daughter always looks forward to seeing the staff, which says a lot. We would recommend the nursery/preschool to friends and family.

Our child enjoys it which is the main thing. The staff are lovely and friendly, especially when our child first arrives and might be shy at start. She has settled very well and I trust the staff to take good care of her. Good range of meals which she enjoys. Staffing seems to have stabilised.

less as app not updated as frequently as we'd like and we don't often get photos or individual reports on our child. I know they're very busy though.
Also I worry there may be issues with cleanliness. I know kids get ill a lot at nursery, but our friends are always shocked that we are all ill almost every week. It's too much. Please increase regular handwashing (antibac gel doesn't work against noro) and maybe open the windows regularly to allow in fresh air etc. Thank you!

Although my son generally enjoys his time at the nursery, I have had a number of concerns over the past few months.


There appears to be a lack of consistency, both in staffing and in the application of rules. On several occasions I have been told that certain actions or arrangements would be put

in place, but these are then forgotten unless I follow up repeatedly.


There have also been multiple instances where the nursery has opened later than the advertised 8am start, which has resulted in me being late for work.


More recently, my son has come home on several occasions saying that other children have hurt him, which is understandably worrying.


Overall, the experience does not feel as positive or well managed as it did when we first started a few years ago.

All the staff at coronation Road are expectional, they have fantastic communication skills. Offer lots of brilliant opportunities for the children. And very generally care about them. I feel very relaxed leaving my children there as I know they are cared for safely and sufficiently. I have never had
any concerns about the nursery.
