T has attended for almost a year, and we couldn't be happier with the care he has received. From the moment he joined at 6mo, the team made us feel welcome and created a warm, family-like environment where he quickly settled.

All of the staff are friendly, caring and approachable, and it is clear how much they genuinely care about the children. A special mention must go to Ruby, whose wonderful relationship with T has given us complete confidence from day one. He absolutely adores her and has built such a strong bond with her that we never worry about drop-offs. As a FTM, the regular updates and communication through the app were incredibly reassuring and helped me feel connected to his day. He loves attending nursery and always seems engaged and happy to be there.

Thank you to Ruby and the whole nursery team for making T's 1st year at nursery such a positive experience. We would highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring, supportive and nurturing environment.

We cannot thank this nursery enough for everything they have done for our daughter. From the very beginning, the staff have been caring, supportive, kind, and truly dedicated to creating a happy and safe environment for the children.

Our daughter has grown so much in confidence, learning, and social skills during her time here, and that is all thanks to the amazing team. Every day she came home happy and excited to share what she had been doing. The nursery provides wonderful activities and experiences, and it is clear how much effort and love goes into everything they do.

We are so grateful for all the care, patience, and support they have given our family. Leaving is emotional because they have been such a big and positive part of our daughter's early years. My child started with Kiddi Caru Coronation Road a few months ago and the nursery has been great. We were made to feel so welcome when we started and my child has settled in really well and has developed good relationships with all of the staff there and enjoys being there. The range of food provided has been great and my child loves it.

Everyone is consistently positive, friendly, and supportive, which makes a big difference day to day. Overall, it's a welcoming and responsive environment that we're very happy with.

- Improving communication about locum staff. It's common that I found locum staff within the room that nobody introduced to us. It might me useful and reassuring to parents to know about them

The staff always give us an update on his day when we pick him up. We enjoy seeing the photos they post on the nursery app too. The kids get up to lots of different activities! We're really glad we sent our son here.

Communication from all staff members is excellent-they keep us well-informed and are always approachable and supportive. We feel very confident and reassured knowing our son is in such good hands. They have been very supportive throughout his time there. It is a tough job within a tough system and we really appreciate their care

Both my Son and Daughter have attended this nursery. I could not rate it highly enough! The practitioners are so great with the children and genuinely care about them! Erin especially has been instrumental in helping my daughter potty train, something we have struggled with for over a year now! My daughter has made some wonderful friends and wakes up excited to go to nursery every day! Thank you Kiddi Karu! X

I am so glad myself and my partner chose this nursery for our son. He is so happy there and always enjoys all the activities they get up to. The staff are so friendly and the support that is provided has been amazing. We love getting updates of what our son has been up to throughout the day! Overall we are couldn't be happier with this nursery.

There's a good variety of food, and the team were fantastic when helping with her potty training. The children also spend plenty of time outdoors, which is great. The garden is huge, and the bike and trike tracks are brilliant-they've really helped build her confidence, and now she's much more eager to try riding her bike at home.

I find the staff very very friendly,and so caring.No doubt our child has really improved since joining the nursey(explorer).A big thank you to all the staff for an amazing job.we can't thank you enough.

My baby has been going here since January and is getting along really well, the staff are very friendly and approachable.

He has learnt so much in the short time here and has grown in confidence. He always seems very happy to go in and on collection.

Our son has attended GPR for some time now and he absolutely loves it there - the staff are brilliant and make a real effort with him. They keep us updated regularly and share all the fun stuff he's been up to during the day including what he's eaten and when he slept.

She comes home happy and bouncy. The menus are great and she eats a brought range of foods. She does so many different craft activities, has made some wonderful friendships and we as parents couldn't be happier.

Overall, I would recommend this nursery to friends and family on the basis of the excellent care and support they have provided over the past 18 months.

My child has been attending the setting for nearly two years. All of the staff who have cared for her have always been friendly and professional. They all know her well, and are so child focussed. The setting is clean and the activities/toys of good quality. They have regular themed days, and often provide photos and descriptions of my child's learning. My child enjoys the food and eats well there. The setting have been amazing at supporting her potty training. I can't speak more highly of Kiddi Caru Downend Road!

We took our daughter for the first time to a nursery, and she settled down really quickly. In the first week, she was already happy to be left at the nursery, and after a while, she wouldn´t even look back to say goodbye to me. This may sound sad, but I am really happy that she found a group of children and caregivers that she feels comfortable with. We get periodic updates from the career,s including pictures and descriptions of their growth and achievements. I couldn´t be happier about the care that my daughter is receiving. I fully recommend this nursery.
