We have had a lovely experience at this setting. Our daughter has settled really well and even though we were worried about how she would do the staff have always reassured us and made us feel welcome and heard. When you walk into the nursery all staff are welcoming and friendly and always there to help if needed. The hand overs are well informed and always a joy to hear and staff seem to really know my child's wants and needs ensuring she has the best experience.

The staff at Crews Hole have maintained a safe, secure and nurturing environment for the children. We can see how our son's confidence has grown and how well his early development is supported. Thank you Charlotte and your wonderful team!

We absolutely love Lake House and all the amazing staff - they've had such a huge and profound impact on my daughter. She has significant additional needs and the staff at Lake House have gone above and beyond to make sure she is included, looked after and has a wonderful time. She's made so much progress since being there and we know it's down to the amazing level of care and effort the team put in. The staff have been a lifeline for us as a family, and it brings us so much joy and comfort that my daughter has the best time there. All of the staff are brilliant, but my daughter's 121 and the SENCO in particular have been so proactive and kind. We are so grateful for how much they do and feel very lucky that she has these wonderful people in her life who care about her so much. We honestly can't put into words just how grateful we are for the team there and the wonderful inclusive environment they've created. We only wish they had a school so my daughter could stay there forever!

Both my children are at Lake House. The staff are 100% what make it a wonderful nursery. They are super nurturing, fun and engaging. It's a small, personal setting where you feel your children are really cared for. So grateful for all that they have done for my 2!

Kiddi Caru Hengrove found a place for our little boy at zero notice after our nursery was suspended unexpectedly by Ofsted. Ultimately they've turned that rubbish experience into a fantastic one. Our little boy has now been in the setting for about 15 months, moving from the baby room to the toddler room. He absolutely loves it. He has fantastic relationships with all the staff who clearly love him - we frequently come to collect him and find him having a cuddle or a chat with one of the team. Activities are varied and there's plenty of time in the garden with occasional excursions further afield - we get plenty of pics and updates through the app. Food is all cooked on premises I believe and they've catered effortlessly to his milk allergy. In a high turnover industry the staff here have stayed throughout, testimony to what a lovely setting it is. Would 100% recommend.

I am happy with the nursery and the staff seem lovely. Marloe seems to usually have a good day and sleeps well there too.

The only complaints I'd have is we never really get told what the babies got up to all day. We rarely get pictures either, and I've never received artwork or anything like that. He's been there nearly 6 months. Also, the upstairs baby room feels like it has little ventilation so always smells musty.

Otherwise I like the nursery, & staff are v friendly but I would like to know more about what they do there and maybe a few more pictures

So for the boxes below such as learning, activities etc , I couldn't say, as I don't know what they do / learn , so it's difficult to put a rating there . So I've just gone for a middle star rating

The nursery has been a fantastic place for our little boy, offering a fun, caring and supportive environment for him to develop. There is plenty of variety in activities, both indoor and outdoor, which have helped him gain social, physical communication skills.

I would highly recommend Lake House to anyone looking for a nursery.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone who's looking, biggest thank you to the staff and the management for the work they do for the children.

Staff are attentive and caring with the children. My daughter started in the baby room and the staff there was amazing at taking care of her and helping her reach her milestones. The transition to the toddler has been a bit tricky. It feels busier and less quiet space. It's been difficult to understand how the toddler room supports potty training in a structured manner.generally my daughter enjoys nursery and staff have a keen sense of kids' personalities but more clarity on how milestones are supported via the nursery days would be useful.

I honestly can't recommend this nursery enough! The setup in the rooms is so lovely and inviting-my son settled in so quickly because of how great the environment is. I've also really noticed a positive change in the dynamic lately. It's so much better now that there's a more permanent team of staff in place - you can really feel the difference in the energy and consistency. On top of that, the Nursery Manager is absolute star. Nursery staff is always so helpful and truly go out of their way to support us whenever we have a question or need a bit of extra help. It's such a relief to leave my son somewhere where I know he's happy and the team really cares. Well done team CH !

All of the staff at Kiddi Caru in Hengrove are so caring and kind towards our child. They take the time to greet her and get to know her likes and dislikes so they can make her time there as enjoyable as possible, including playing her favourite song. They always give us a thorough talk through her day. Her development has come on lots since she started there and she's really happy.

We are so thankful for the amazing start that lake house has provided our little one

The food is varied and cooked on site which is a bonus. They have lots of activities as well keeping them well entertained :)

Both of my children have attended this nursery for a while now. Whilst the facilities are definitely good, it is the staff who really make this place special. They all care so much about the children and know each child well, and plan activities the children will enjoy. My children are always happy to be dropped off on a nursery day and I feel confident leaving them there for the day.

The Lake House team are fantastic- they have done so much to make my son feel welcome and excited to come to nursery. The team are kind and caring and make time to speak to me and my partner, revelling in my son's interests and development.

I highly recommend this nursery to parents who want their child to feel well cared for and part of a lovely community.

My son loves his time at Lake House. He is stimulated and supported to try new and creative activities. Staff are supportive and foster a nurturing environment, with healthy food, plenty of outdoors time and fun galore.

We are so impressed by the Lake House Nursery. All the staff are caring and committed to looking after our son. The activities and learning times are varied and creative; the book class is a particular favourite. The staff tailor the care to my child's needs, e.g. support with potty training. They are easy to talk to and get advice from. We are also impressed with the food, although would prefer low-sugar cereals only for breakfast. Thanks to all staff who make the Lake House a reassuring and caring space to leave our children.

He has made lots of friends and the days always seem to be filled with lots of fun and learning. Very happy we chose this nursery for him.
