West Drayton Day Nursery

Our child has attended the nursery for 3 years and the best part of this nursery has been the staff - they are simply fantastic. They are caring, attentive and friendly. The facilities are good (regularly changed/updated), the meals provided are nutritious and they have a wide range of activities (outings etc) to engage even very young children. Highly recommend.

We would highly recommend West Drayton Day Nursery to any parents looking for a caring and enriching environment for their child.

Our daughter Magdalena joined the nursery when she was only 1 year old. From the begging she enjoyed and settled quite easily due to brilliant staff who supported us wonderfully. This nursery played a crucial role within Magdalena's development. She learned amazing skills and enjoyed different smart activities like Spanish and Dance classes. I highly appreciate the safeguarding policy of this nursery, the accurate attention to details like informing parents straight away when necessary, and the friendly staff! The fact that the nursery is very very clean is also a bonus. I believe is one of the most cleaned nurseries in the area, I have seen many but this one is actually clean. We will it and we couldn't be more grateful towards the nursery staff and the office who played an important part of ours and Magda's life. Thank you

"The educators and all the staff have been fantastic and made a huge contribution to my child development. They are highly accommodating and truly treat each child as an individual. It is so comforting to see my child excited to go to nursery every day and participate in coloring, playing,practicing sports and learning new skills with friends. My child has developed his speech a lot in the two years he has been attending the nursery! I was always informed of all his activities and everything that concerned him. Our experience with West Drayton Day Nursery has been nothing but positive and great! They are so accommodating and understanding towards both child and parent. Returning to work after maternity leave felt overwhelming but the staff in Chestnut made the transition so much easier by providing clear information and most importantly by making my daughter very happy. It melts my heart when I see her so happy when I drop her off and pick her up.

My baby settled in immediately and absolutely loves it. She's always excited to go in and comes home with a big smile. I really enjoy seeing the daily activities on the app and I appreciate the detailed updates on her development.

Excellent nursery with lovely staff. My 3 year old settled in beautifully with the keen help of the Willow room staff and turned from a shy boy into a very social chap with plenty of friends. Highly recommend.

The staff at West Drayton Nursery has been the very best for my toddler. They have literally kept all her needs and requirements in mind when attending to her from her first day. They have always been mindful of parents, their expectations and also anxieties of leaving their kids and they keep you updated with all the daily as well as milestone progresses which a lot of nurseries do not. Choosing this nursery was the best decision for my daughter. We have seen her grow and flourish under their guidance and assistance. Truly grateful for all the staff members for attending to my little one at all times. They go an extra mile to guide us as parents with information which might be helpful for our kids and make life easier for us as parents too.

Finding the right EYS for our little one has been a journey. Our daughter being on the pathway for ASD diagnosis, a lot of settings were not accepting/understanding, or not equipped for learners like our daughter. After attending West Drayton Day Nursery, we have never felt more supported and included. My daughter is thriving and enjoys attending nursery. The team work tirelessly in ensuring that her needs are met. And the communication is exceptional. All documentation and record keeping is up to date. And we constantly get updates from her room lead and team, who shares all her little milestones and achievements. As well as her personal development plan on what the practitioners set for our girl to achieve. There is an app that they use, and responses are almost immediate. And manager is approachable too. I highly recommend West Drayton Day Nursery. My twins started going in August 2024 at 14 months old and so far there wasn't even one drop off when they didn't want to go. They smile and clap when they see their teachers approaching to collect them from me in the morning. They developed tremendously since starting the nursery - starting to feed themselves with cutlery, sit at the table, sing and dance along to songs, speak basic words and many more. Each day is filled with creative activities. The nursery is using the app where I can see how the day goes - how much my babies ate, napped etc. It also provides photo updates which I love. Teachers try to accommodate any request I have - at the start babies were on two naps and they respected my daily routine and followed it while in the nursery. The group goes out to the garden or on walks nearby which keep babies active and stimulated. I have no regrets about entrusting my children with lovely staff members of West Drayton Nursery.

This is a fantastic nursery. Our daughter is always excited for school. The staff are terrific and do a fantastic job of not only keeping the students engaged but with keeping parents informed as well. We intend to enrol our son at West Drayton Day Nursery and Preschool when he is of age. If you're looking for a good school for your kids, this is an excellent choice.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 1, mostly full days. She'll be turning 4 this April and I could see how this has shaped her character and growth. Being an introvert myself and most of our family members, I see my daughter to be very social, could express herself, connect and communicate very well.

Also, she has learnt many things from the nursery about emotions, arts, team games, different cultural celebrations, environment, planting seeds and many more. She's been talking about her exciting nursery times at home and I could see the bonding that she has developed with most staff in the nursery.

I'd like to thank all the staff in the nursery who supported and are supporting my daughter's EYFS journey from Chestnut all the way through Willow room for the massive contribution to building her confidence, working through her different skills. And massive thank you to Kealey for being the front door to the team and responding promptly to all the parent queries.

I started sending my child to West Drayton Day Nursery from January 2025 for 15 hours a week, since, the beginning of this term unlike last term, where my child struggled a bit longer to settle in, is now enjoying a lot in the nursery and become very enthusiastic to go there. My child's communication skills are improving a lot, along with all other learning skills. The staff are really supportive, caring and safeguarding oriented.

Amazing nursery! As soon as I walked into the setting I noticed how calm and inviting it was. The manager and deputy manager were very welcoming and answered all questions. The staff within the rooms show they have good knowledge and work well to meet the children's next steps. Highly recommend this nursery!

My son started 15 hours in April 2023 when he was 2 years and 3 months old. I was not feeling very confident that was the right moment to send him to nursery. But since day one, he loved the experience! He was ready to go. The team was always very supportive with him and with me answering my messages and requests straight away. He always asks to go to nursery when away on holiday. I couldn't be more glad than I am with his development and the importance of the nursery team on that. He will leave the nursery next September to start Reception and I am pretty sure we both will miss the team very much.

My son has been at the nursery since November 2024 (11 months old) and we have had a wonderful experience. He has grown so well since joining, more social and eats more, started walking etc. The staff are lovely and we get updates throughout the day on what he's up to which is really wonderful. He gets up to lots of activities and learning.
