is recorded for peace of mind and it's very easy to keep up to date with news. All the carers greet your child by name at drop-off and are happy to chat about their day at pick up. There is clearly a great level of individualised care, which as an example can be seen in the regular photos and observations written by the carers. Our child can be a fussy eater at home but eats very well at nursery which is a real testament to the kitchen! There are always fun events and activities for the whole family to get involved in. The admin side could not be better run, with clear helpful comms and very well organised. Funding and hours also have great flexibility compared to other nurseries.

The team in his room are so wonderful and have really helped my son become such a social and confident little boy - we love finding out the activities he gets up to and all the opportunities to get involved/come and check out what they're doing, any changes, ask questions etc.
The care of your child is not something you take lightly, but my mind was completely put at ease with Kiddi Caru, and I would really recommend this nursery.

who can be quite fussy at home, eats delicious, nutritious meals and a variety of fruit.
Her development has flourished and has been encouraged, just as we do at home.
The staff are amazing, friendly and attentive. Always willing to assist us parents wherever possible.
Parents are offered activities and suggestions to help children learn about the different events and seasons, to encourage learning at home. We receive weekly run-downs of the theme for the week and all activities the children enjoyed. Also, we receive regular observations on our child's development.

at the end of the day and the app is great for checking in on the essentials about their day. I think as with any nursery I always wish we had more communications/pictures etc. but genuinely I think they're so busy engaging with the children they don't have time for too many updates and we get a lot of verbal feedback so we always feel up to date. The nursery are great at keeping us updated with relevant local news which is great and they offer lots of opportunities for parents to come into the nursery. I can't wait for my little one to be old enough to go to visit the care home next door - such a lovely initiative. Overall we couldn't be happier!

our daughter loves it and seems to be developing well in all the right ways since she started in 2024. She loves the garden, the indoor sand play, the music room, and basically everything!
We regularly get photos of her playing, as well as a weekly newsletter updating us on activities and such.
There is an app with updates throughout the day (recording food eaten, potty visits, naps etc.), though children do seem to keep the staff busy so the updates don't usually come in real-time. Nevertheless, it's quite useful.
They also regularly host family-invited activity days, though sadly these always seem to fall on Mondays when our daughter doesn't attend, bear that in mind.

and I'm always informed of accidents. My daughter gets to try lots of different foods which she clearly enjoys as she apparently asks for seconds some days. The nursery holds various events throughout the year to involve parents/family, including a Christmas grotto which was so lovely. I honestly cannot fault them. All the staff there are so lovely and so supportive. Management has taken into account our individual family circumstances and has been very supportive and understanding of our situation. It's reassuring to know my daughter is so happy and so well looked after. I am so grateful to each and every one of them for giving her such a positive experience at the nursery. I would recommend them to anyone.

The facilities are excellent - clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything the children need for learning and play. The variety of activities they provide ensures our daughter is always engaged, happy, and learning something new.
