Initially I was nervous about sending my son to nursery. But the staff at Pippa's House Ash Vale have been beyond excellent at settling him in. He has developed exponentially within the past few months, thanks to all the dedicated staff who work hard and go the extra mile making every day special. He
has learned to express a lot of his emotions and the staff have been extremely patient with his energetic personality. Even though my son is a fussy eater, he enjoys his meals at the nursery, thanks to the chef. The management always responds to any concerns that are brought to their attention. The staff are always professional and give a very detailed hand over during pick ups. My son loves going to the nursery and I would highly recommend Pippas House Ash Vale! A huge thanks to all the staff for their dedication and commitment.

My heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support and care that you have provided to my daughter. Since joining Pippa's House in Ash, she has made remarkable progress. Her ability to express herself has blossomed, and her self-confidence has soared. It is truly wonderful

to see her growth.


I am particularly pleased with the improvements in her dietary intake. The quality of the food provided is outstanding, and it has made a significant difference in her overall well-being. Additionally, the support she has received in learning various subjects has been exceptional. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the love and care that the entire team gives to her. Our little girl started here in July and absolutely loves it! Every morning she gets so excited in the car kicking her feet and shouting in excitement, as soon as she is in the baby room she is instantly having fun, the staff are amazing every single one of them are so kind and caring and our little
girl loves every single one of them. The activities they get up to are incredible and you can see from the photos that she is having the best time! I can't fault the nursery at all it has everything you could possibly want for your child. We were so anxious about starting her at a nursery but once we found Pippa's house we were excited for her to start! Even the food is great, our little girl is cows milk intolerant and they cater to her needs perfectly. The nursery are so informative about everything and the app is so helpful and it's lovely to have updates throughout the day so you can see what they are up too. Will be recommending this nursery to everyone now!

My son joined Pippas Ash Vale when they first opened. He was one of the first to start. I cannot thank the staff and management enough! They have all been brilliant. My son is very energetic and can be challenging. They have all adapted to my son's needs and give him the correct care and nurturing environment
he needs. A big thank you to the manager and another specific staff member who has made his time there so smooth & special. The communication as the nursery is phenomenal, I've had zero problems and they are always happy to help! The nursery have an app where you can check on your child throughout the day and see the activities and what they have been up to which is brilliant and always reassuring! My son absolutely loves it here and always so excited at drop off which says it all :)

Our child had trouble settling into the nursery but the nursery staff were all very supportive in helping him and us all to get through that. Both the management and the team in the baby room were both great through that period and now he loves to go in! He will happily go to his key person and its
great to see how they have helped with his development. Updates are always good, both through the app and in person. Would definitely recomend to anyone looking for a nursery in the area!

My son started at Pippas House in Ash Vale when it first opened, me & my husband cannot thank the staff enough for providing our son with a nurturing, caring & happy environment consistently, week after week. The staff are friendly & welcoming. It is evident our son is very happy at Pippas House as
he settled in very quickly. In the pictures the staff take for the daily updates app which parents have access to, my son is usually always smiling which speaks volumes. The staff always give positive handovers when he is collected at the end of the day. As parents, we feel very confident that our son's needs are met in an environment where he is learning & thriving every time he goes to nursery. Our daughters both recently joined Ash Vale Pippa's house . They both are really enjoy going to nursery, the staff are super welcoming, caring and very helpful with any enquiries . The nursery is a lovely environment, with lots of activities my oldest girl love going on the forest walks especially!
They have good menu which both of the girls enjoy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a place for their little one .

Our daughter started at the end of March and she loves going. The staff have taken the time to bond with and get to know her and she always talks about them at home.

Our son has recently started at Pippa's House Ash Vale and we have definitely made the right choice. It is such a welcoming environment and the staff truly care about each and every child. Each day we are given updates of our child's progress and what they've been up to that day. To see our son learning
and growing in such a positive environment is a wonderful peace of mind. We are very impressed by the quality of the facility and security as well as the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Iv always been really anxious when thinking about sending my son to a nursery but as soon as i attended the open day i felt at ease straight away. From talking too the staff too communicating settle in days its been a very smooth process and i am so pleased i took the step too send him to Pippas.
The
staff have always kept me up too date with my sons day at nursery and always on hand if i need re assurance or any questions.
Seeing my little boy so happy and confident at the nursery is all i can ask for and thats thanks too the wonderful team at pippas.
I have already reccomended the nursery too friends.

Pippa's House Ash Vale is outstanding. My son is a different little boy, he is so happy and thriving.
Every staff member brings something special to this nursery and every member really does care and go the extra mile. The management is incredible too and so smooth, they are helpful and do things quickly.
The facilities at the venue are brilliant and my son has so much fun.
The food is amazing, my son had 3 plate fulls of a roast dinner the other day. They cater so well for allergies too. The chef really knows her stuff and puts so much attention into every dish.
I used to worry about my son going off to nursery and being without me during the working week but my anxieties no longer exist. I love having photo and written updates each and everyday.
I couldn't recommend this nursery or the staff more!

I couldn't be more pleased with the nursery my 18-month-old son attends. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, and it has been a wonderful experience ever since. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
They create a nurturing and stimulating environment where my son feels safe, happy, and excited to learn.
The nursery has a fantastic range of great activities that engage his curiosity and help him develop important skills. It's clear that they focus on both emotional and intellectual growth, and I can see how much my son enjoys coming in. I also appreciate how the staff communicate with me regularly, providing updates on his progress and any milestones he reaches.

My little one has started in Babies for a few weeks and comes home happy, nicely tired out and smiling. I like the app that updates through the day so you can see what's happening with him in nursery and the staff are very attentive. They love giving him cuddles and doing various activities with him.
They are also following what we do at home in terms of weaning so his journey is replicated in the nursery. Very pleased!

From the minute we visited Pippas open day, to our son starting at the nursery and to now, the communication has been impeccable. Everything that was offered, said and promised has been followed through to smallest detail. The staff have been nothing but kind and understanding and have supported my
son though a trickery transition. They have gotten to know him, his likes and dislikes in such a short space of time and ensure that any worries or change in preferred routine are communicated straight away. He has asked on the weekends to attend nursery and play with all the fantastic toys. The nursery is always clean and the staff make the effort to spark up conversation giving me a lot of confidence in the care they are providing. We love getting updates on the app and seeing pictures throughout the day help with the worry of leaving him. We would highly recommend Pippas house in ash vale to anyone and look forward to seeing what the next few months bring to such a lovely setting.

I started in childcare in 2006 as an apprentice, gaining my qualifications and working my way up within a nursery. I have been in a management position for over 12 years, and I also have 2 children of my own.
I have a passion for providing high quality care for the children with our setting, and training and upskilling the staff team to make sure we are always improving and adapting.
I’m also a level 3 Forest Leader and I really enjoy getting the children out to explore the world around us, I hope to embed some aspects into Pippa’s House.
I’m so excited to welcome our new families to Pippa’s House Nursery Ash Vale and work in partnership with you to provide so that we can provide the very best start for your children.

I began my childcare journey in 2018 having always had a passion for caring and looking after children. I have always wanted to progress my career and increase my skills and knowledge, so I love working as part of the management team, supporting parents as well as children. In 2023 I joined the Guildford branch of Pippa’s House as room leader and then Deputy Manager. From my very first day, I knew that Pippa’s was the place for me.
