Day Nurseries Owned by GrandirUK in Essex

My daughter loved her time at nursery, and built lovely relationships with the staff, and amazing friendships with the other children. They made the transition to school much easier, and you can tell they all really care. We put our second child in the same nursery, and our oldest loves seeing everyone when she comes with us to pick up which is testament to how much she enjoyed it.

This is the second time I have chosen Kiddi Caru for my daughter's care, my first daughter left for primary school in 2025 and now my baby girl attends - that's a good sign in itself. Even though we have moved further away from the area we have decided to keep our little one at Kiddi Caru because we simply love it. The staff are friendly, welcoming and make you feel a part of them, spending time getting to know the children and understand them to support them best. My daughter was under 1 year old when she started and understandably found nursery unsettling and scary but now she runs off without even a wave goodbye to me, and that's all you could want as a parent. I will say that management at this current time is the very best I have ever seen the nursery so it would be very pleasing if it stayed this way! Thank you!

we have been part of Kiddi Caru since 2018 with our first child. currently is our third child attending and we are happy since day 1! My kids love the nursery, they settle in very quick due to the love and care they receive from the lovely staff.Us, the parents as well are always looked after and supported. Our queries are always answered very quick. Safeguarding is on top and what we love most, is the different activities they do for every Kind of event, halloween, christmas, Different special dates .. everything.. When my kids go reception we have been told by the teachers that their development is so good and they ask which nursery have they gone to..This is a 100/100 nursery.

Kiddi Caru has been amazing with our daughter Alice. She has thrived under the care and constant support of her carers/key workers. Alice has really enjoyed the experiences of play and guided learning workshops. I would just like to put on record that Alice is leaving this OCT. This not due to unsatisfactory service. But a decision to further her transition into School by attending a School run Nursery. Me and my spouse however would like to feedback on communication. We have found members of staff misinformed or just confused about any issues raised about Alice. This has ranged from admin to general pick ups this year. Nonetheless we have been satisfied with Alice's care. Thank you. Lastly two special mentions to: Charlie - full of energy and enthusiasm for Alice every morning. Thank you. Tara (key worker) - thank you on behalf of Alice x

My grandaughter absolutely loves it here, the staff are friendly and attentive to her needs, there's so much variety to her day, she likes the food and plays really well. It's important to us that she is safe and happy and she definitely is here.

As a parent of a child with allergies, I'm confident with the meals he's given and I am constantly updated on his progress with his food intake.

My daughter has settled so well into Kiddi caru. The staff are so caring they really feel like family. We have no worries dropping our little one off and her having the best day! The menu offers a wide variety of meals which is great as she tried more foods here than at home!

Thanks team for your continued efforts to make these children smile everyday

Thank you to everyone at the nursery for the love, patience, and hard work you put into caring for Oliver. It is reassuring to know he is so happy and well looked after every day. We highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a nurturing, supportive, and stimulating place for their little one.

I highly recommend this nursery. Fantastic staff, great activities for children, including both fun stuff and learning. My little one has been going there for over 2 years and we've been very happy all the way through.

We are so happy with the progress our child has made at nursery. She was very shy when she first started, but she has really come out of her shell and is now much more confident and sociable. It's been wonderful to see how much she has developed emotionally and mentally. The staff have been so caring, patient, and supportive, creating a safe environment where she has been able to thrive. Thank you for everything you do-we couldn't be happier with her progress!

This is the most amazing nursery with the most amazing staff. My child has a high SEND need they took that on and have help my child grow in more ways then I could imagine. I haven't seen another nursery that has the ability to adapt the way they have, the sensory room is amazing and all the sensory equipment is too. The staff truly care here and are so helpful with everything.

The most loving and nurturing nursery! All three of my children have attended here with my last just graduated! They support and engage with the children and help them come out of their cocoon to become a beautiful butterfly!

Nursery is currently being refurbished and has such a lovely feel to it. Been really impressed with how the staff make sure they fulfill parents requests. We had a terrible time toilet training and needed the nursery to use her potty, constantly remind her to go etc and they did just that. She's now super confident and LOVED the sticker chart they made for her. She's very shy and sensitive to change and the nursery are making sure they update us regularly if she went into nursery upset. It gives so much reassurance. The menu is great, and love knowing what they've eaten throughout the day. Also nice to see what activities they've been doing- more photos would be great! Overall I have recommended the nursery to many new mums and I always go to work knowing my children are being well looked after.

The nursery used to be excellent, and I previously felt completely confident that my children were well taken care of. However, over the past six months, there has been a noticeable shift. I no longer feel the peace of mind that every working parent fundamentally needs when leaving their children at a setting. This is because of a breakdown in transparent communication, an unsettling reliance on scare tactics by certain staff members to force immediate child collections, and evident local staffing shortages that seem to be driving these disruptive operational behaviours.

I'm impressed by so much there, including the menu and the info we can get through the connected app.

My first child went to Kiddi Caru years ago which I then followed on my second son with a lot of needs. I knew from his first day this nursery will be the world of good for him. My son has done 2 years here and although his progress has been slow he has learned so much with everyone who works here. I have had so much help and want to thank all the staff. I am very grateful for how much they actually care for my child

A note from our daughter who used to attend and is now in Yr2- the teachers are the best.

Pippins is such a special place and the staff are brilliant. The setting on the farm is amazing, especially Forest School and the woods and meadow. We feel so lucky our son is able to spend time there, supported by a kind, understanding team

Thank you to everyone there for the incredible work you do, it means a lot to our family.
