I have a Child at Kiddi Caru who has beem going since 10 months old and is now 4 and have subscribed my next child to start in 2027.
We viewed other nurseries in Taunton ahead of deciding to sign up child no 2 and none we saw even closely compared to the facilities at Kiddi Caru. It is clean, well maintained,
they have a huge garden and outdoor space, guinea pigs! And the curriculum includes yoga, forest school and more.
When I have needed to raise any concerns over the years management have been responsive and understanding.
Only reason its not excellent is there seems to be a high staff turnover and occasionally this impacts on drop offs if numbers are not to legal ratio due to sickness (which can't be helped so its a difficult one for working parents who are compassionate to the challenges!)
The staff are very friendly and im lucky my child's current key workers and close adults are A* couldn't thank them more.
I think the fact im happy to send my second speaks for itself.

Kiddi Caru is a lovely nursery. My daughter thoroughly enjoys going here and enjoys telling us about her day and what she has been up to. I do like the app the nursery uses to keep you up to date with your child's daily movements. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent nursery with amazing staff and facilities. Our daughter has been here for nearly two years and it has been a big part in shaping her into the brave, curious, sociable and beautiful little girl she is today. So grateful we found this place.

5 weeks in, my little one is settling in and finding their feet. They appear to enjoy nursery day and always come home exhausted. Communication can lack sometimes with meals/nappy changes/naps not always showing on the app.

As a mother this nursery is everything I could have asked for. My daughter had some health problems and the nursery are fantastic in listening and ensuring she is looked after. The staff in apple room is excellent, always have a smile and update you when needed. Any questions or worries I have, I am
always reassured and listened to as a mother. Since my child has started her development has improved so much and couldn't be prouder. I couldn't have a bad word to say about the nursery. My child key worker is a staff member in apple and honesty wouldn't want anyone else to look after my child. She always listens to my concerns and keeps me in the loop with my child's day.

This is an amazing nursery, my children always have the best time and I feel happy knowing they are in safe hands here. I like the food menus for them, variety and how it changes regularly so they don't have the same thing all the time. The app is very useful to know exactly what your child is doing
as well which I love.

I have had a great experience with Kiddi caru so far and hope to continue to have good experiences.
My child has wonderful bonds with his key workers and really enjoys their days at nursery.
I always get detailed hand overs of what they have been doing and notified straight away of any concerns, incidents
or unusual behaviour.
As a first time Mum, when I've asked for advice on helping correct behaviour such as biting, staff have always been helpful and very knowledgeable.
They give great observations through their app, it does take a month or so to come through but that is due to the app and it being approved by head office and can't be helped.
Their weeks are full of fun activities and I have seen my child develop great communication and interest in others at their time in nursery.
Couldn't be happier.

Kiddi Caru in Taunton is a wonderful nursery. The staff are caring, happy, helpful and professional. My son has flourished with the Under 2's team and loves them. I returned to work feeling that he was in good hands and happy, which made the process much easier. This nursery has been a safe, special,

Generally not satisfied with the level of care received at this nursery. It’s always so chaotic and badly organised with kids being in different rooms constantly.
My child has been handed back to me on several times for pick up with a soiled nappy, she has had discharge from her ear before that has
been missed.
Reports of bumps and knocks with no one ever witnessing how it happened.
It’s short staffed so the ratio is something like 10 kids to 1 key worker so no wonder the level of care is bad.
I was told my child shows no sign of using the potty yet she’s always on the potty at home and in the other nursery she goes to. The list is endless which is why I am in the process of moving my child from this nursery.

So pleased with Kiddi Caru. My little girl started at 10 months in the baby room and has now moved into a room for 1-2s. She loves nursery and picks her bag up at home and says ‘bye bye’. The girls in the Blackberry room as amazing! I get pictures of their activities all the time including mud painting,
riding on a trike outside and role play with babies! We couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery and would strongly recommend!

Generally, really happy with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery. Always met by happy staff that seem to really enjoy their work and care a lot about our children. My daughter is only in the baby class and I think their outdoor space could do with a bit of investment but they make the most of what they have and
day-to-day activities always sound engaging and fun.

Really friendly staff, my child comes out happy. Good range of activities for children to do. Fantastic location and easy to drop-off/pick-up.

My son has absolutely thrived since being at Kiddi Caru. He has come on leaps and bounds in all areas and I truly believe Kiddi Caru has played a big part in this. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the nursery keeps me well updated with what my son is doing and how he is throughout the day, I also
get lovely gifts of things my son has made.
The staff at Kiddi Caru couldn’t be more welcoming and always show my son warmth and love, it really feels like he is part of a family there.
I recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare and will continue to do so.

Best nursery, staff friendly, I can not remember all the names but two members of staff, in particular, always the best. Also, the manager is very friendly, helpful, I've seen her, many times, helping in the rooms which is not seen all the time in other places.
Both sons have attended the nursery and
it's the best in all areas.

Would highly recommend them. Staff are always happy to help and to answer any questions. They go above and beyond. My child has come out of his shell since starting back in September 2023 and his speech has come on amazing for a 2-year-old.

Kiddi Caru have been brilliant since I've been sending my eldest there and convenient for me with work. My daughter loves it and has developed wonderful bonds with staff.
It wasn't until August 2022, when my second daughter was born, that I truly saw how exceptional this place is. She was born with
a rare condition that resulted in us being in and out of hospital and complex surgery. The support we got from staff was mind blowing. They were sensitive to our situation and its impact on my eldest and always show a genuine interest in how we're doing. They even helped us fundraise for our daughter's surgery at the summer fete!
My second daughter has now started, with her additional needs. The staff have gone so far beyond my expectations to help her settle in. One staff member in particular has repeatedly demonstrated great initiative and has a brilliant handle on her feeding already. She proactively contacts me to benefit my daughter with her development and growth. The chef has been so accommodating to my and her changing needs.
