Amazing nursery/pre-school both of my children went here and I couldn't speak more highly of them. The staff love the children like their own, it made going bs I to work easier knowing my child was in such good care and I'll be forever grateful.

I couldnt ask for a better nursery and group of staff looking after my daughter.

Clare, Jane and Jas have been amazing in helping Teddy, Jack and me settle into nursery. Before Teddy started, Jas took the time to answer all my questions and worries, putting us at ease straight away. Every morning we are welcomed into the baby room by a friendly team who help Teddy start his day positively. Jane is incredibly kind and keeps us updated through the app with observations that make us feel involved in Teddy's development and help us understand what he is learning through play. Clare is wonderful and Teddy loves her. Seeing him happily reach out to her at drop-off makes leaving him so much easier. Jas has been a huge support, especially during the first few weeks, keeping me updated and reassuring me when there were tears. Her advice and encouragement have also helped Teddy make great progress with his dummy. The care shown by the baby room team is reflected in how happy Teddy is both at nursery and at home. We are so grateful to you all for helping our family settle

We love to see how happy this nursery makes our daughter, it's obvious to see how well she's looked after there and the effort that goes in to make the children happy and also us as parents! The nursery staff are brilliant at keeping us up to date with anything that's happening in the day be it big or small. We can't thank them enough for how supportive they've been since our daughter started at the start of this year.

Excellent nursery setting. Our little one started their nursery journey at MMNS in the Baby Robins room (setting for the youngest children) and settled in brilliantly. The room staff have proven - in our eyes at least - to be warm, caring, supportive and most importantly, competent nursery practitioners. They have helped our baby grow and develop and regularly sent us updates of their adventures so we didn't feel left out. Whenever our baby had a bump or accident (they are crawling & learning to stand up, it's inevitable), they immediately let us know and filed a report, it gave us confidence that all would be in hand if anything more serious were to occur. Meal plans seem varied & our baby always ate well it seems. No experience of rooms for older children however.

From an admin point of view, nursery finances and funding hours are always confusing but generally the management team did a good job of answering any questions.

Could not recommend the nursery enough! Our little one absolutely loves it, is well looked after and has progressed developmentally since being enrolled. As parents, we have no negatives whatsoever and are more than satisfied.

Updated with photos and messages throughout the day which offers so much reassurance to know your child is settled when you're not present. A wide variety of food/nutrition offered.

The staff are great and very caring. The staff take a genuine interest in every child, which is lovely to see. The activities they do are great, make and bake, forest school and walking trips. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who asks me. My son has come on in leaps and bounds since going, and I can feel calm that he is in safe hands.

Both my children have attended this nursery and it's been a really positive experience for us. The team are friendly and approachable, and they create a caring environment where the children feel comfortable and supported in their learning. The rooms and facilities are great too, always clean andwell maintained. The food is good as well, which is a big plus. I'd happily recommend to other parents.

Our son loves going to this nursery, he has made some special bonds with staff, always looks like he is enjoying himself,his development has really come on, staff are very friendly and informative on childs day.

I remember the first week my son started attending nursery at the Melton Mowbray Nursery, being his first ever nursery, he would normally cry when we leave him in the morning. This sometimes made myself and my wife feel a bit sad about it, but the nursery staff were ever ready to extend their support. I think the app also gave us some comfort knowing that we had some inkling about how he was coping. Going just a bit further on the app, I think it is still one of our favourite features of the nursery. Seeing pictures of him painting, going to the park or feeding animals would often warm our hearts. The staff are prompt to keep the app updated, foods, nappy changes and even when there are minor accidents.

We will recommend the nursery to anyone who wants a nursery that is caring, every ready to go the extra mile and where your kid is having fun.

We are absolutely thrilled with our choice of nursery. Our son has come along in leaps and bounds in not only his physical development but emotional and verbal as well. He is excited to go every day and loves to see the carers each morning. He was never in a 'shell' to begin with but he's definitely blossomed into a very confident little boy under their care. I recommend the nursery to everyone. They're so flexible and patient with any questions or potential adjustments we may need to make, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a small incident that meant our little boy had a wound needing medical attention but there was an immediate investigation into what/where/why/how it happened and we were updated every step of the way.

Amazing nursery, my daughter loves going! She has been at the nursery since she was 1, and is now almost 3 and she has loved all the staff. Leanne and Libby are so brilliant with Hattie, she's always talking about them at home and telling me all the fun things they get up to.

They have been patient with her while she has been potty training and they always take on board any feedback I have.

Absolutely fantastic nursery with wonderful facilities and staff. My daughter has come on wonderfully in the year She has been attending. The staff are very friendly and professional and constantly on the ball with everything, especially when certain issues may arise which a new parent may not be aware of, and they have definately educated me which I am thankful for. My daughter always wants to go nursery when we ask her, which is another great sign.

Great nursery, everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond. I'm kept up to date at all times regarding my child when they are at nursery. My child likes going to nursery and enjoys being around her peers and adults. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
