We feel so fortunate that our son is able to attend this nursery. The staff are so attentive, kind and welcoming and it's clear to see how much they care about all the children. My son's confidence has grown so fast since being at Kiddi Caru and he's so excited every day to go to nursery. The range
and quality of meals they provide reassure me that my child is not only getting the nutrition he needs, but also the experience of trying new foods. Communication from the staff has been faultless and I feel confident dropping my son off every day.

The nursery is great! It has been renovated and looks nice, clean and with plenty of activties to do like football, tennis, dancing ect. They also have an incredible team. They are professional, always are very friendly and easy to talk to them. Evie she is one of the best, she is a very professional
friendly and lovely young lady, she also keeps an eye on any of the kids who are struggling to eat like my daughter, she cares deeply and is always making sure to provided something else for my daugther when she doens't want to eat the food.

A really lovely team in the baby room, they have done a great job of helping our daughter gain confidence in attending nursery, have helped us work on her weaning, her language development and seem genuinely invested in her.
The overall management has been refining their approach to make sure staff
have as much capacity as possible to focus on the babies.
We love hearing about the variety of activities and experiences our daughter is having when she is away from us and are delighted with the fun bits of art she brings home with her.

Dropping off your kids at nursery can be a daunting thing - but I have two kids at Kingsmead who literally skip in every morning (We have even had tears as they didn't want to go home!). All the nursery staff are amazing and really go above and beyond to look after the kids. There is a variety of exercises
from arts and crafts, playing in the construction room to football in the garden. I'm really impressed that for a pre-schooler my son is gaining in confidence with his counting and skills. Even being able to start writing his name.

Both of my children have attended Kiddi Caru since they were six months old and I have always felt very happy leaving them there. My son is now at school and loved his time at nursery - which I think stood him in good stead for his first year in Reception. My daughter has now spent a year there and
walks in without turning back! All of the staff members are lovely and the menu is so varied. The facilities always seem clean and modern, and the place is always decorated brilliantly. There is always a new celebration going on and something different for the kids to engage in.

Didn't settle. Would scream going in, be sobbing before I've picked him up, hysterical when he saw me. Always hungry after nursery. Would scream if he knew he was going to nursery. Was mute at nursery. Been at his new nursery has never once cried going in. Is chatty, has friends, so much confidence.
A completely different child as to what he was at Kiddi caru. Google reviews won't accept my review. Likely other parents have seen the light and complained. I feel guilty that I left him at that place. Taking him out was the best thing I've ever done.

We observed that he consistently ate well with us and enjoyed many of his meals. However, we do appreciate that our High Tea is served at 3.30pm, which is why we suggest our families continue to offer dinner at home afterwards. I was very apprehensive about sending our baby to nursery. We managed to delay the start until she was 13 months old, but it was still a difficult transition for me to accept. However, our experience has far exceeded expectations.


The entire team - from the manager and deputies to the room leaders

and staff - have been exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication have made a significant difference to our family's experience. Each day is thoughtfully organised, combining structured activities with opportunities for independent play.


Although I still find it difficult to leave my baby, I have complete confidence that she is happy, safe, and thriving in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

Everyone at Kiddi Caru has been excellent with both my children. They really get to know them well and what they do and don't like. They all understand that bringing a little one to nursery can be an emotional time for parents and really ease the nerves with lots of photos and stories at handover. I
would recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone. We have been so happy here. Everyone in Starfish is just wonderful!!

All staff have been so kind and amazing. My son has settled in better than expected. All staff genuinely care and it's so lovely to see. The atmosphere in the nursery is so welcoming and clean.

My daughter is always happy to go in and can tell is enjoying her time in nursery. The setting offers lots of different activities, the food variety is great and nursery workers are attentive.
