We are extremely pleased with Pippa's House Nursery Aldershot and genuinely have zero complaints. Our son has been attending since Jan 2025 and throughout this time we have had a consistently wonderful experience. The staff are always nice and welcoming and talented. The level of attention to detail given to each child is truly remarkable. We especially appreciate how regularly and thoroughly updates are shared through the parents' portal-it's incredible to see every step of our child's day and development. For any parent, especially those new to nursery life, this level of transparency and communication is so reassuring and valuable. It is clear that a lot of care, thought process and professionalism goes into everything the team does. We would highly recommend Pippa's House Nursery to our friends and family without hesitation, and we would absolutely return with our second child in the future. Pippa's House is one of the safest and most nurturing environments a child could be in.

We opted to take our daughter out of KC because the lack of communication was astonishing. Also when dropping off she'd cry and cling to us (never did this when we first joined in April 25) and on collection all kids would be waiting around the gate as if they couldn't wait to be collected and leave (she's too busy having fun to even notice we've come to collect her at her new nursery). They'd lose clothes, bottles, dummies just to name a few.

We have a fantastic experience of Kiddi Caru in Whiteley. The staff are always friendly and kind and always make us feel so comfortable to leave our child with them. Our little boy is thriving at the nursery and he enjoys coming in to see the three key workers in his room. The nursery displays are always wonderful to come in to in both the entrance and the rooms. My child enjoys eating the food at nursery and there is always a variety to chose from. I have also been impressed with the amount of extra activities that he gets to take part e.g world book day, pancake day etc. He also comes home with some lovely things that he has made for Xmas, Mother's Day, Easter. Thank you so much to all the staff at the nursery especially the key workers in starfish room. Our boy is doing so well and we are so happy with his care. Thank you so much.

Mylo has been at the nursery since he was 1 and in all the rooms up to Dolphin. Every room has been full of friendly, caring staff, and Mylo has always been happy to come in. The development and facilities have been fantastic!

Very happy with the overall experience of Kiddi Caru, the staff and surroundings are brilliant and great for the development of young children.

Lovely nursery, staff are so kind with our little one.

My daughter started when she was very young and we have had nothing but praise for this nursery ever since. The baby room staff reassured me so much during the settling in stage and were such lovely genuinely nice individuals. Every room the staff have been amazing and made us feel so content and happy when we send her in knowing she is well looked after and enjoyed. The resources are great and we have even copied some ideas for home. My daughter loves going to nursery, and is always doing something fun there. I am in constant communication with staff and get updates whenever asked. I feel so reassured and trust them with her everyday needs. Every room she has learnt so much and we have build such nice relationships with the staff.

We feel so fortunate that our son is able to attend this nursery. The staff are so attentive, kind and welcoming and it's clear to see how much they care about all the children. My son's confidence has grown so fast since being at Kiddi Caru and he's so excited every day to go to nursery. The range and quality of meals they provide reassure me that my child is not only getting the nutrition he needs, but also the experience of trying new foods. Communication from the staff has been faultless and I feel confident dropping my son off every day.

The nursery is great! It has been renovated and looks nice, clean and with plenty of activties to do like football, tennis, dancing ect. They also have an incredible team. They are professional, always are very friendly and easy to talk to them. Evie she is one of the best, she is a very professional friendly and lovely young lady, she also keeps an eye on any of the kids who are struggling to eat like my daughter, she cares deeply and is always making sure to provided something else for my daugther when she doens't want to eat the food.

We love hearing about the variety of activities and experiences our daughter is having when she is away from us and are delighted with the fun bits of art she brings home with her.

Dropping off your kids at nursery can be a daunting thing - but I have two kids at Kingsmead who literally skip in every morning (We have even had tears as they didn't want to go home!). All the nursery staff are amazing and really go above and beyond to look after the kids. There is a variety of exercises from arts and crafts, playing in the construction room to football in the garden. I'm really impressed that for a pre-schooler my son is gaining in confidence with his counting and skills. Even being able to start writing his name.

Just wanted to say thank you to Pippa's House Nursery. My boy joined when he was 14 months old, and it was wonderful to see him grow with the help of every individual member of staff. He was supported and developed many skills, which I was amazed to see at home. I just wanted to say thank you - it was his first ever nursery, and it was a wonderful experience for my little boy.

We have 2 children at the nursery and have been so happy with Kiddi Caru. Every single member of staff are fantastic and we really feel that our children are cared for and the communication between the nursery and ourselves is second to none. Would happily recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you team Kiddi Caru!

Both of my children have attended Kiddi Caru since they were six months old and I have always felt very happy leaving them there. My son is now at school and loved his time at nursery - which I think stood him in good stead for his first year in Reception. My daughter has now spent a year there and walks in without turning back! All of the staff members are lovely and the menu is so varied. The facilities always seem clean and modern, and the place is always decorated brilliantly. There is always a new celebration going on and something different for the kids to engage in.

Didn't settle. Would scream going in, be sobbing before I've picked him up, hysterical when he saw me. Always hungry after nursery. Would scream if he knew he was going to nursery. Was mute at nursery. Been at his new nursery has never once cried going in. Is chatty, has friends, so much confidence. A completely different child as to what he was at Kiddi caru. Google reviews won't accept my review. Likely other parents have seen the light and complained. I feel guilty that I left him at that place. Taking him out was the best thing I've ever done.

The staff go above and beyond for both children and parents. My daughter is very happy here and I couldn't wish for a better nursery for her. You can tell they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development and we feel very lucky to have found it.
