My daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly a year. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I love that some sign language actions are taught. when my daughter couldn't talk yet she would use the sign language actions for more and she now uses them in everyday life. Nursery is very clean and there are lots of activities for the children. Regularly bringing home their masterpieces. I cannot praise this nursery enough. Highly recommend.

Our son loves going to nursery at Partou. The updates throughout the day are great. He always smiles when I drop him off at nursery as the staff are brillant. I love that he has a variety of different meals each day. The outside space is great as well and is under cover for the under 1s so it doesnt matter what the weather. I cant recommend partou highly enough.

We are so grateful for the kindness, care and patience they have shown our daughter. Thank you for supporting her every step of the way, helping her develop new skills, discover new interests and, most importantly, helping her grow into a happy and confident little girl.

I am so happy that my daughter got to attend Ladybirds over the last several years. She has flourished and become such an independent girl while being here. All the staff are hard working and dedicated to their roles. I couldn't have wished for a better nursery for her to attend. It saddens me that she has to move on to school now, as she has built such strong bonds with all the staff throughout all the rooms. I would like to thank all her key workers from the baby room through toddlers and preschool, for providing such amazing learning opportunities for her. I would i also like to thanks Leanne for supporting us. As parents through the transition and always being there to give us a hand and answer any questions we have. A special shout out to all the staff in the preschool room you've supported with our child with her medical needs, Julie, chloe, ellie, beth and sara. I would like to give it a special shout out to Sarah, who supported our child with her sleep.

I have had a wonderful experience with Worcester Royal Day Nursery and Pre-school. The staff are caring, attentive and genuinely invested in my child's wellbeing and development. My child has settled in well and loved each day. As my child moves on to his next adventure, I am grateful for all the care, support and happy memories they've given him. I have been very happy with the warm welcoming environment. Highly recommended.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. They go above and beyond. They treat every child as an individual, and encourage there learning and development in such a positive way. My son has developed so much, not just with things like speech but also things like imaginative play. His confidence has grown immensely.

The staff also support you as parents, they share in your highs and reassure you in your lows.

I removed my son (1 years old) from this setting due to a reported breach of safeguarding. The nursery deliberately wouldn't share any information regarding the alleged incident(s) and cared more about their reputation than my child or as a parent my own distress with the situation. I can't recommend this nursery and since starting another nursery we have realised quite how poor it is (for example in addition to the safeguarding incident we didn't receive a photo of my son for over a month - I get them everyday in their current nursery). This was a lovely nursery before private equity took it over, now it is souless and management in particular seem to have little care for the children.

My son has been at the nursery for two years and has had a brilliant time. The staff are kind and caring and my son has really bonded with them. They took the time to get to know him and set up activities that would interest and challenge him. There have been lots of improvements since he has been there and I'm impressed with the range of facilities and activities. It feels much smaller and cosier than some of the other nurseries in the area.

Moving to a new county, I was so worried about how my little one would settle into a new nursery. But seeing her walk in with a big smile, no tears, and even cry when it's time to come home has melted my heart. She's always busy with fun, engaging activities and comes home so happy. A huge thank you to all the lovely staff for making her feel so safe, loved and at home. And a very special thank you to Sharon for all your kindness and care. It truly means so much to us

My baby has been going to playaway for almost 2 months now and he has the best time there. He doesn't cry at drop offs and is so happy at nursery. Joanna the manager is doing such a fabulous job and has completely turned the nursery round from this time last year when my daughter attended. The care he is given is exceptional and I know my baby is safe, looked after and happy. I am updated constantly throughout the day every nappy change, every meal, anything that goes on during the day I get notifications regularly. The transformation in playaway is amazing.

Would definitely recommend this nursery for anyone looking for a place for their little one.

We are having a really lovely experience of this nursery, our daughters never want to leave they just want to stay and play. They are so well cared for, and it's clear to see how much the staff love the kids and want the absolute best for them!

Storytimes Patrou have been fantastic for both my children, one being SEN, they got the help and support he needed and helped him to recieve an EYAR, which was a huge help when he started school. My daughter loves nursery, having a fantastic team of staff helps the faced, they truly all are amazing from babies, where my daughter started, up until pre-school, which they've prepared and built my daughter confidence up for.

My child settled into Storytimes really quickly when she first started, straight away we noticed a difference in her development and skills. We are extremely happy with her time at Storytimes and sad it is coming to an end, as she moved on to primary school. My child always had stories to tell after a day at preschool and seeing what she was up to during the day on the app were the highlights of my day. Always fed well balanced meals. If any issues arose, they were communicated well and dealt with swiftly.

We could not recommend Storytimes more than ever! Our child bloomed from 9 months to 4 years old! The staff are so welcoming and caring! We can't wait for our next child to start there Storytime journey!
