My son has been at the nursery for two years and has had a brilliant time. The staff are kind and caring and my son has really bonded with them. They took the time to get to know him and set up activities that would interest and challenge him. There have been lots of improvements since he has been there and I'm impressed with the range of facilities and activities. It feels much smaller and cosier than some of the other nurseries in the area.

My child started here in July when he was 13 months. The staff in the baby room have been excellent and have made so much effort to make him feel welcome and comfortable. Already he goes into nursery smiling and happy to go to the staff. The nursery manager is approachable and available to chat to while also being active in the rooms with the children. Additionally the senior deputy manager has done an excellent job running things when the manager was off. Starting nursery is difficult for both the parents and the children but the staff here have made this as easy as possible and continue to make it a lovely place for my child to go. Finally the picture updates of the activities they are doing are great and let me know he's having a lovely time!

We've been really pleased with Little Big Steps so far. The staff are kind and helpful, and the nursery workers did a great job at providing regular updates and reassurance during our baby's first few weeks settling into the nursery. With the consistency and care that the team have been able to provide to our baby, she now seems settled and comfortable there.

Staff at the nursery are all very friendly and approachable. My son is very well looked after whilst attending the nursery. Staff at the nursery take on board any changes to my son's needs or any concerns I have. I am kept up to date well by any changes at the nursery by email.

We have been so pleased with the quality of care, nurture and learning at Leaps and Bounds. Every member of staff we have had contact with has been kind, caring and vigilant with safeguarding. The baby and toddler room work together, and every measure was taken to ensure our daughter had a smooth transition. The staff update the app every session and are always happy to discuss any concerns at drop off or pick up. We have been really pleased with the progress our daughter has made with gross motor and self care skills, notably using a spoon to feed herself carefully very early on in the baby room. If staff have been away, there is always cover in place and a recognisable face to speak to at pick up. It's so lovely to see other members of staff recognising and speaking to our daughter throughout the nursery, it shows everyone cares a lot about all the children who attend.

We've had our baby at this nursery for a couple of months now and it's been a really positive experience. She's settled in well and seems happy, which is the main thing for us. The staff are friendly and approachable, and communication has been good - they keep us updated and are always easy to talk to. The environment feels safe and welcoming, and overall we're pleased with how things are going so far.

We've been really impressed with Little Big Steps and they've been brilliant in helping our little one settle into nursery. As a very attached Little baby he and I were both anxious about his enrolment into nursery but Sarah and the team have been so nurturing, reassuring and fantastic at helping him to settle. He loves the outdoor space and the sing songs with the team

My daughter has settled in really well at Little Big Steps. The staff are always kind and friendly and she has made good relationships with her carers. There is a range of activities for play, including outside space, and different foods to try at mealtimes.

I cannot say enough good things about the nursery and the team here. Our little man has autism and this has just been the most wonderful place for him to be. The way that the staff have helped him to settle and also thrive and grow as been such a beautiful thing to see. The true passion of the team and the support they offer has been second to none. So glad we moved to this area for my son to go there. Just a happy magical place for little ones.

My daughter attending this nursery from 9 months old. They are really lovely and accommodating. Always helping with the settling seasons and tips for me regarding the feeding as she had allergies. She seems happy and playing now and I am relieved. Great job they are doing. All the staffs in the baby room are kind and hard working.

Our eldest also attends the nursery and has done so since 10 months old. We used to have issues with communication, high staff turnover and reliability however in the last year, new management has resolved these and I am pleased to now give 5 stars.

It's hard to find any significant fault currently worth mentioning and from my experience, any minor issues are normally dealt with swiftly.

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about sending my daughter to LBS due to events that have happened there in the past. However, I am so pleased we have decided to send her here. She has settled so well into the baby room, she has learned new actions and new words and her confidence is growing everyday. I feel confident dropping her off and leaving her with the team in Daffodils, they are so lovely and my daughter seems to like them aswell which is great. Everyone who we have met at LBS have been friendly and always make a point to say hello in the corridor. The additional activities such as the valentines stay and play, and World Book Day are a great addition and helps keep parents involved. We have been kept up to date on her progress and her day via the app, and we always get a little debrief at the end of the day when we come to pick her up. I wouldn't hesitate to send my future children to LBS, or recommend to family and friends!

I am confident that my daughter is getting full, nutritious meals throughout the day, and plenty of opportunities to play and interact with adults and other babies. From experience with our first, we found she learnt vital life skills under the care of the staff, including using cutlery to feed herself, putting on her coat, communication skills and potty training. I will be forever grateful for everything they taught and continue to teach our children.

It has been a real joy returning to this nursery setting 6 years later with my second child. A lot of the staff are still there and are just as welcoming and caring as ever. It has made going back to work so much easier, knowing that my baby is in safe hands but also really enjoying himself in the baby room. I am really grateful for the care that you have given both my children; its a tough job and huge responsibility and I think this nursery do it so well. Thank you.

My son Suryansh attends Partou Little Big Steps Day Nursery & Pre-school in the Buttercups group, and we are extremely happy with the care he receives. He joined at 1 year 4 months old and has completed five months, during which we've seen great progress in his speech, reactions, confidence, and independence.

He has eczema and wheezing issues, and the staff take exceptional care by applying his prescribed creams 4-5 times daily and giving inhalers when needed, which gives us real peace of mind. A special thanks to Miss Honey for always going the extra mile for Surya. The team also carefully manages his special dietary requirements and keeps parents involved by encouraging us to share photos from special events at home. We truly appreciate their dedication and support.
