I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. They go above and beyond. They treat every child as an individual, and encourage there learning and development in such a positive way. My son has developed so much, not just with things like speech but also things like imaginative play. His confidence has grown immensely.

The staff also support you as parents, they share in your highs and reassure you in your lows.

The whole team are fantastic & I don't have one negative thing to say!

Storytimes Patrou have been fantastic for both my children, one being SEN, they got the help and support he needed and helped him to recieve an EYAR, which was a huge help when he started school. My daughter loves nursery, having a fantastic team of staff helps the faced, they truly all are amazing from babies, where my daughter started, up until pre-school, which they've prepared and built my daughter confidence up for.

My child settled into Storytimes really quickly when she first started, straight away we noticed a difference in her development and skills. We are extremely happy with her time at Storytimes and sad it is coming to an end, as she moved on to primary school. My child always had stories to tell after a day at preschool and seeing what she was up to during the day on the app were the highlights of my day. Always fed well balanced meals. If any issues arose, they were communicated well and dealt with swiftly.

We could not recommend Storytimes more than ever! Our child bloomed from 9 months to 4 years old! The staff are so welcoming and caring! We can't wait for our next child to start there Storytime journey!

It's brilliant that's all I can say and the staff are all so lovely and always willing to help when you need anything, my boy started at the end of May and he's settled in so well, we do still have some tears at drop of but 5 mins after a cuddle with Aleni, Maisy and Jayne he's absolutely right as rain! He loves spending time with staff and children in Tiniest 2 and will soon be going into toddlers, time goes so fast from the second they start nursery but all's I can say is I love this nursery and I am so glad I chose it for my little one, 10/10 staff, can't complain about anything. Lovely nursery highly recommend sending your little bundles to Footprints day nursery.

Storytime nursery is the absolute best nursery we could have wished for for our little girl. We looked around the nursery on an open day when our baby was only a few weeks old and just knew this was the nursery for her. We were so anxious about her starting as she'd never been away from us and nursery is our only form of childcare but the staff are all absolutely amazing and have made returning to work after mat leave a little easter as they've taken the time to really get to know our baby and her needs to get to settle in and she now loves going to nursery. The staff are so knowledgeable and seem genuinely happy and proud of her which is more than we could have asked and she's already developed so much. There's always a range of activities and yous and a lovely outdoor space and the meals are always outstanding. Thank you so much for everything you do. You're all so appreciated.

Our daughter settled in straight away the staff are so lovely give us a great handover of what she's been up to. We know she has a great time when she is there and very well looked after. Thank you to all the staff.

My son started the Village in September 2025 and we have been thrilled with the provision. You can quite clearly see how nurturing and supportive the staff are and my son loves them all, particularly Sarah! He loves saying the names of the staff at home and shows them a lot of affection which is lovely to see. He is so settled and loves spending time in the brilliant outdoor area. It's lovely that he is able to mix with older children but still has plenty of time in the baby room although he will be moving up soon. I can clearly see how the staff have supported his language development which is amazing and the variety of activities they do on a daily basis obviously support this too. The meals offered are varied and excellent and my son has developed using a spoon and serving himself breakfast since joining the nursery which is something he couldn't do before he started. We couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough and want to thank the staff for all their hard work and dedication.

It's clear how much the staff genuinely care about the children, and we've seen our little boy grow so much in confidence and development since he started. We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery and would absolutely recommend.

Our son has attended The Village since he was about 1 year old, and he seems very happy here. We've got to know the staff and our son of course has his favourites, but he seems to like everyone. He gets upset when we first leave him but he's getting better and better and always calms down within a couple of minutes. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and happy to discuss his progress, moods, food habits etc and to act on changes to help him to develop further. Every time I collect him he seems happy sitting or playing with one of the staff, and his confidence is increasing rapidly. Special praise due to Sarah and Rebecca who are usually in his room, Kemi who's often involved in his care, and Robyn the deputy manager who seems to never stop running round improving things. Overall we're very happy we chose this nursery for our son.

My Daughter was at this nursery for 18 months. Within that time the manager changed twice and they had a high staff turnover. They had excellent staff in preschool but they all left on mass following the managers departure which was when it went downhill. My Daughter's key worker changed several times. Children were not always supervised indoors and outdoors. They didn't have soap in the bathroom. I would regular pick my child up and the children would be sat on the rug whilst they swept up around them. I ended up moving my child from here.

Absolutely fantastic nursery! My little one has been going since February 2025 when he was 17 months old. As a nervous first time parent the staff couldn't have done anymore to put us at ease. As a parent to a child with complex medical and educational needs, childcare was a concern for us. All the staff that have worked with him have been incredible and the relationships they build are amazing. The staff are so warm and welcoming and make you feel so comfortable to speak to them about anything you need too. We have been supported greatly by the nursery for my little ones SEN needs and he has made amazing progress while being at The Village! Thank you!

The children have enjoyed lots of outdoor play and messy activities, and it's clear that they're encouraged to learn through play. The staff are caring and approachable, and we've always felt that our children have been happy and well looked after.

At pick-up, my child would have residue on his mouth, with little encouragement to wipe it independently. While this may seem minor, supporting children to develop these everyday self-care skills is an important part of their learning. Finally, when he moved and we requested our child's transfer notes, it took 4 months for them to be prepared. When we eventually received them, they appeared to have been put together very quickly and contained only very basic information, which was disappointing given the length of time it took.

My little girl has absolutely loved her time at this nursery. The staff are all so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which made settling in so much easier for both of us. She has built such strong bonds with the team and always looks forward to going in, which says everything. It's clear how much effort goes into creating a happy, safe, and nurturing environment. Although she will be leaving this year, I am currently pregnant and feel completely reassured knowing my second child will also attend. It's such a comfort to return to a place I know and trust.

We are very happy with the care Chloe receives at Cherubs. She is very happy and enjoys all the activities.

Poppy has had a great start to her time in Cherubs. She always seems to be enjoying her days when we see her lovely updates on the app. She has built strong relationships with the staff, who have all made her feel extremely welcome! We love how Poppy will happily lean out to go to all staff in the morning - showing how comfortable and safe she will feel. Thank you for a great start!

We didn't hesitate to send our second child to Cherubs. As with our first child, the staff are incredible. Our children have both received excellent care from all members of staff and have been provided with fantastic support to set them up brilliantly for the next stage of their young lives.
