The nursery is welcoming, staff are always friendly. My granddaughter is always happy when I pick her up. Staff share the great activities that have taken place throughout the day and share though an app which is always kept up to date

We hope when our little one get used there ,she will stay longer and can learn more and play with her friends

My daughter melody loves going to nursery. She enjoys all the activities especially in garden. I also think it's brilliant that they sometimes goes on days out. Melody has come on leaps and bounds with her development since joining partou. I always feel happy and at ease when i pick her up and this is because maddie and charmaine make me feel like that. The management are also really good with melody.

We have had a wonderful experience with our nursery and team . Very helpful and supportive nurturing environment. My child has been very happy here and has definitely come along way from where she was and this wouldn't have been possible with out the help and support of the wonderful nursery team . Sad to be leaving this wonderful nursery for school but are so excited for the next chapter

My son attends the baby room three days per week, he is very happy and content at nursery. His development has been amazing and I feel he is really loved and cared for by the staff.

Our 2nd child at the nursery and is now in pre-school. Whilst there have been some staff changes over the last year, we are stil so happy with the care, learning and fun our child receives. Staff know her so well! Whilst the garden is small, they set it up well and visit the community when they can. This nursery is full of heart and care. Great job!

My son started at Tippy Toes back in 2024 from the start they was aware of potential additional needs with him that have developed. They have been very accomedating with his needs and communication with the nursery manager and all his key workers along with all staff have been truly wonderful all staff from allocated room are aware of his needs and engages with all children who walk through the doors. I welcomed my little girl in 2024 and she started in 2025 the baby room staff have been amazing with her and has worked with my worries about leaving her to return back to work.

Lovely staff who care for my child and his development always providing challenge to push him on further. Lots going on and always get outside in the garden as much as possible. Water activities are enjoyed by my child. Very supportive management and staff/key workers in helping with a new arrival of baby brother. Have provided support for my child in one to one sessions.

Our son has attended the nursery since he was 9 months old (now 3_ and we've always had a good experience. The staff are all brilliant. Always very welcoming and provide comfort for the children. The children take part in a vast range of activities throughout the day. We have received lots of great support from staff and management. Would recommend the nursery to others.

The nursery has been incredible in all aspects when it comes to my son's development. Having concerns around my child's speech and language development, the nursery were very quick to help with a development plan and already we're seeing a huge difference can't rate the staff high enough for the care and effort that they put in.

Brilliant environment for my son to learn and play in. Everyone here is very friendly and provides really good, well improved day summaries.

You guys have made him come more further along with his development. He always gets to try new things. His learning more (how to do more independent) His feeling much more confident in coming in by himself and doesn't cry so much. He is also use to coming in all day.

Since the new management, there's been a clear improvement. A small suggestion would be more occasional take-home creations, but overall we're extremely happy and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This year after our twins turning three, we eventually found a nursery that could accommodate both of our children. With the children being home longer than other children it was certainly a challenge for the children to get used to going to preschool but also for us as parents to know what to do. Leigh and Millie in particular not only insured that our children were able to feel safe and enjoy preschool, also helped manage mine and my partner's emotions, thoughts and feelings whilst getting used to leaving the children in preschool. At times we must've driven the preschool mad calling during the day to check on the children etc, but nothing was too much trouble and our children continue to receive an extremely high standard of care, a standard of care that I truly believe cannot be replicated in many preschools around the country. Thank you to the team at Thornbury in particular Leigh and Millie, for all you do for the children and also their parents.

The nursery is well organised, clean and welcoming. Overall, we've had a very positive experience and would recommend it to other parents.

Tippy Toes is a lovely nursery. My son has been here for the past couple of years, and I'm always excited to go in. I am kept informed at all times and feel that he is safe. He is continually learning new things.
