Amazing staff! When my child first started he didn't speak in sentences nor could he talk about his day.. however since he has been at this nursery he comes home excited every day, talking about his friends and what he has done, he specifically uses the names of the teachers who he works with, this
surprised me as he is only 4 years old. He enjoys going to nursery and looks forward to going every time.

The staff at Stonehouse have always been warm and welcoming, very patient and caring to my daughter, even though she can struggle to adjust to new people, she always comes home happy and appears to have had a good day. The nursery is always clean and has lots of toys and equipment for the children,
and management have been very informative throughout the year. The app is very useful and shows about my daughter's day. She has learnt so much since starting nursery and appears to enjoy her time there. She has tried new foods and experiences. Very happy overall.

I absolutely recommend this nursery. The events for children and parents are excellent. My daughter has been here since the baby room and is now in preschool, and she loves it here as I do. I have developed a good relationship with the staff, and they cannot do enough.

My daughter has just started with Fern Bank and I couldn't be happier with how well she has settled in. The staff are all incredible and so professional and have made her first couple of weeks so enjoyable for her I'm so pleased. Naturally I was extremely worried about leaving her for the first time
but Shona especially has been so reassuring and supportive throughout. The app is also brilliant and I love having little updates throughout the day.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. They have big spacious rooms with fantastic facilities to play & learn along with great outdoor play areas too. The staff are very hardworking, friendly & approachable. My daughter is SEN, diagnosed Autistic & was nonverbal when she started nursery early
last year. She has come on massively in her development & is now starting to form small sentences. The nursery manager & team have been very supportive though out my daughter's journey & I would definitely recommend the nursery to my family & friends.

My daughter goes to this nursery and since she's there she learned lots of new things, they take good care of her and I'm always happy when picking her up as they always tell you how she went along the day what she ate and the app is helpful as well you can see when nappy was changed when they eat and
all sorts of activities they did that day. Really happy with this nursery

My son has now been attending the baby room for six months. I was very nervous about returning to work and leaving him at first, as I wasn't sure how he would react. However, from day one he settled in perfectly and now absolutely loves his days at nursery.


This is largely thanks to the amazing staff,

who have taken the time to listen to what works well for him and have incorporated this into his daily routine. He has built such lovely relationships with the team, especially his key worker, who always gives us a wonderful update at the end of the day, as well as a weekly post on the app about what he has been getting up to.


I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our son has attended Stonehouse since 2024, starting in the baby room and will soon be moving into preschool. He absolutely loves nursery and is thriving and loves seeing his friends and key workers everyday. The different activities linked to national celebrations/days, such as wellness week and Chinese
New Year makes every day different and interesting and the app updates/photos are really lovely to see. Would absolutely recommend Stonehouse.

My little boy has been at this nursery since September, I have nothing but amazing things to say about the nursery and especially the staff who look after him.
