Partou St Mary's Day Nursery & Pre-school

Overall experience has been really good. There have been key individuals who have made Fraser's time enjoyable, educational and helped him develop. They are great activities, outside space and things to help children develop. The use of the app could still be improved as its delayed with limited updates. I would recommend to anyone. A final point the new door system isn't great with the reset when somebody exits.

My child have no speech and needs support with each thing. Staff really helped alot. Whenever I asked them. They always helped and support. Excellent staff and excellent nursery. Thank you Alot!

My child has developed a lot during his time at the nursery. Nursery staff are approachable when there's any issues. Food choices/menu is balanced and varied. Communication is great for the most part but the daily updates would've helped more if they were a little more during the day before pick-up but not an issue as good handover is given.

My daughter has attended St Marys since she was 9 months olds and has come one leaps and bounds. I feel very trusting of all staff and I know my daughter is well looked after. The staff create lovely bonds and know my daughters wants and needs very well. The home from home environment means my daughter is comfortable and given plenty of opportunity to thrive. The activities provided allow the children to both plan and learn. The children have lots of outside play and my daughter always has lots to say about the fun day she has. The food offerred is health and the staff offer an extensive menu. I would reccommend St Mary's to all parents!

My child settled well with the support with patient and warm staff who took time to understand his needs. I have noticed a difference with interaction and independence in Theo over the past year. Overall are very good supportive friendly nursery.

Both my children have attended St Mary's since they were 9 months old. I feel that there care has helped develop a number of there skills. Considering both of my children have some neurodiversity needs this has been fantastic. I would highly recommend other parents consider St Mary's as a nursery placement for there child or children.

Nursery staff are amazing in terms of most of them, newer staff are not as friendly. Great experience throughout the 4 years he has been here. Very supportive of allergies.

The team are absolutely wonderful and couldn't do anymore for the kids. We appreciate them so much.

Overall we as a parent has a good experience with the nursery; my son he is happy to be here, staff all very nice. Lots of fun activities to engage kids in the nursery. The only thing to improve is cleanliness in the rooms. Especially my toddler also attends the same nursery and they are more susceptible to germs. Otherwise the nursery is well managed. I would recommend it.

This is my daughters last month at nursery having attended for the last 3 years or more. The staff have all been amazing throughout these years in my daughters development and well being. They have helped get her ready for primary school and she is now ready to spread her winds and fly to the next stage of her life, thanks to the staff at St Mary's. Only areas for improvement would be ensuring the correct invoice is sent out first time and encouraging/instructing children to drink more during the day.

Always happy to help, pleasant staff, professional but super friendly, always with right approach, dedicated with full of passion and understanding. Best nursery, pre-school ever!

Really grateful for the team guiding me through my little one starting nursery. Lots of communication and advice available. The nursery is always clean and looks to be well equipped. The food provided is always varied and healthy. The handover at pick up is always informative and helpful.

My child has settled beautifully with the amazing support and care of the staff. He loves it here, always really happy to go. He particularly likes all the lovely activities. I speak highly enough of how kind and friendly all the staff are.

My son has attended for quite some time now & I am really pleased to hear how well he does with his eating & cutlery use, it is clear he has fun and enjoys himself as every time I collect him he seems perked up from the dreaded morning drop offs which he isn't a fan of (doesn't like separating from me) however they're getting less & less difficult so it makes me happy knowing he's enjoying his day and learning new words/skills every day. Very grateful for his key worker & the other care givers in the practice as they're very gentle from what I've seen and caring which really puts me at ease.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful if i ever have any questions or concerns. They were very understanding when my child first started as we'd had a bad experience at a previous nursery, they were patient with me and I felt very supported through my child's first week's. She's thriving at this nursery, she's so much happier and just genuinely seems to love going which is all I could ask for! I always get updates if they're not on the app yet and its never a bother for them to take the time to talk to me either.

The care at St Mary's is exceptional, but costs are getting higher, and the menus far too experimental for young kids. Overall, we will miss the staff at St Mary's who have loved and cared for my son.

We are very happy with the nursery. Our son is always very happy when we send him to the nursery and when we take him. He does a lot of activities, like painting, playing outside with different toys. The staff is amazing, and they are very dedicated. Overall, our son is happy, and he has made such good progress during the last year.

Our little boy thoroughly enjoys his nursery experience, which is very comforting as a parent, and St Mary's is the perfect place to send your child before school.
