Partou Woodlands Park Day Nursery & Forest school provides exceptional care and education for babies and children up to the age of five. The nursery and pre-school is set in a Victorian mansion with two acres of stunning grounds and a magical woodland garden.

As an official Forest School, Woodlands Park is a place where children enjoy stimulating learning activities in a wonderful natural environment. The children play in the nursery’s adventure gardens every day; building dens, growing vegetables and learning in a fabulous outdoor classroom.

A friendly team of highly qualified staff at the nursery prepare children socially, emotionally and academically for school. These experienced childcare practitioners provide education following Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines in a fun, nurturing environment.

Woodlands Park’s beautiful stone Victorian mansion has been refurbished to provide a homely environment filled with natural light and soft furnishings. Exciting playrooms and resources provide children with an inspirational learning environment that has been designed to feel just like a home from home.

Staff at the nursery have paediatric first aid and safeguarding training and all have undergone enhanced DBS checks. For added safety the nursery has CCTV, secure door entry systems and off-road parking.

30 Hours Free Childcare places are available and fees include nappies, milk, wipes, sun cream and the nursery’s healthy homemade meals, which are freshly prepared onsite each day.

I knew this was the nursery I wanted my daughter to come to as soon as we went to the open day, it's such a warm and welcoming nursery. So much so I didn't look around any others after being here.
My little one loves coming to nursery! All the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming which makes drop
offs so much easier. Her development has come on leaps and bounds since starting and I know she's going to have a brilliant time while she is there. She now comes home and tells me about her day and who her friends are.

Can't fault the nursery.
Have been consistently brilliant with my little boy from his very first day.
His development has come on leaps and bounds and I don't think he'd be half as clever as he is without the nursery and their support.
My son has built such strong bonds with all the staff, particularly
two members of staff from Toddler 1, who he misses greatly now he's moved into Toddler 2.
The nursery has excellent facilities and such lovely activities for the children to take part in.
I'm regularly kept up to date with my sons day through the Parent Zone app and I am able to see what he's eaten, how he's slept, photos are uploaded of his activities and he always looks so happy.
We couldn't have chosen a better nursery.

My children love attending and it's always a welcoming, happy environment. They have both developed so much since being there and the staff care for them like they're their own. Since moving into the toddler room at Woodland Park, my child has thrived. His speech is coming along so much too. He loves to go to nursery and see the girls, one member of staff is his favourite. He eats all his food and I am pleased that they are fully aware of his dietary needs. I recommend woodlands

My child has attended Woodlands Park for almost a year now and we have been very happy. The staff in her room are lovely, and have really taken time to help them settle, get to know their personality and needs, and supported with toilet training. The outside space is great and the children get lots

Amazing nursery, my child has been here since 2023, best choice i ever made, she learns every day, develops every day and is smarter than I could ever expect. My son has been attending since he was 2 in September. He gets excited when it's a school day as he can't wait to play with his friends. All the staff are very friendly. My boy has come along so well with his development. The grounds are beautiful. I particularly love the app that provides you with
updates of meals, nappies/toilet, sleeps and even photos of activities your child is doing throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My little boy has come on since starting nursery just a few weeks ago! The staff are all friendly and accommodating and very willing to help in any way they can. My little boy enjoys nursery and talks about the staff at home. He is singing new songs he has learnt and is genuinely happy to spend time
at nursery. The staff take an interest in ensuring new learning opportunities for my child he is engaged and they send pictures of him to a learning book app which means I can see him learning even when I’m at work. I would recommend it to anyone wanting safe, happy and nurturing care for their child!
