We've had a really positive experience with sheperds lane Nursery and feel very happy with the care our daughter receives there.she stated in January and she settled really well from the get go.
The staff are friendly and approachable, which makes a big difference. We also appreciate the updates through
the app, as it helps us feel connected and reassured throughout the day. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a caring and supportive environment.

We feel incredibly lucky to have our daughter, Sienna, at Partou. The care, dedication, and genuine warmth shown by the whole team is outstanding, and it's clear how passionate the staff are about supporting the children every day.


Sienna is absolutely thriving thanks to the nurturing environment

the nursery provides. The team clearly take time to get to know each child as an individual, and it's lovely to see how happy and confident she is. She genuinely loves coming to nursery, which speaks volumes.


We are especially grateful for the support with Sienna's toilet training. The staff have been patient, positive, and consistent, helping her build confidence and independence quickly. It really feels like they go above and beyond for both Sienna and us as parents.


The professionalism, kindness, and commitment of the whole team does not go unnoticed. We are incredibly thankful for the wonderful start they are giving Sienna in her early years and highly recommend Partou. Thank you.

Our daughter has been at Sycamore for nearly three years and has flourished. They have always been generous with their time when we've needed support and guidance and are only too happy to recommend to others.
The staff have been brilliant keeping us updated with how she is getting on. 121's when
we needed them as well as supported us when required them to complete paperwork and extra discussions around our daughter's changing needs.
It is always immaculate (somehow!) and the activities are varied with plenty of fresh air for them to run around in. They all do a wonderful job.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for just over a month now and she absolutely loves it. The lovely team that look after her, are so caring and attentive. We couldn't ask for more. We're so happy with the care our son has received since starting at the nursery at the end of 2025. After an extended maternity leave, we were nervous about the transition, but the staff were amazing at helping both him and us settle in. Their kindness and reassurance has made a huge difference.
Our
son loves the team - everyone is friendly, caring, and approachable, and the setting really feels like a home from home. We enjoy hearing about the activities he takes part in each day, and the large outdoor space is a huge bonus!
Since joining, our son's confidence and development have really grown, and it's been so lovely to see him settle in and make such great progress. We feel very lucky to have found such a supportive setting and would happily recommend it to other families.

My Daughter has been at Bourne Explorers since she was 10/11 months old & with the help of the wonderful members of staff who have continued to build strong trusting relationships with my child & with their kind, loving & attentive personalities, my child has grown in confidence & is thriving. The care
& attention from the team has been faultless. We are extremely happy with the way our Daughter is looked after & cared for. The Nursery truly has a 'home from home' environment & a calm & happy atmosphere. The Nursery Manager is friendly, approachable & has a hands-on approach which ensures she has the all encompassing knowledge to make the best decisions within the Nursery, for the best outcomes for the children i.e. room changes, to ensure excellent child development at every stage. The way in which she manages the Nursery proves to be very effective. She takes the time to know each child & is superb at supporting families navigate personal changes/disruptions. Communication is fab.

The nursery staff are very friendly. My child is always a bit shy at drop off but the staff are very sweet and know how to encourage my child to come over and get involved. When I collect, my child is always in a great mood having had a great day. The staff take the time to let me know about the activities
and what my child has eaten. It's very reassuring. The menu sounds nutritious and delicious. The building itself looks nice and clean. The garden areas are a great play area when its not raining. Finally, the office staff are so friendly, it often takes me 10 minutes longer than anticipated to collect my child as they are full of friendly chat.
Everyone is really nice. I feel my child is developing and very happy at Partou.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Our daughter has absolutely thrived since starting - her confidence has grown so much and she's come on leaps and bounds in every way.


The food menu is excellent, and it's clear they put real thought into providing healthy, varied meals . The teachers are

wonderful - always kind, supportive, and attentive. We've especially appreciated their help and encouragement recently with potty training, which has made such a difference.


The outdoor space is fantastic - very spacious and perfect for children to explore and play. The nursery also makes a huge effort with events throughout the year, giving parents lovely opportunities to attend and spend special time together with their children.


Most importantly, our daughter genuinely loves going to nursery and has truly flourished there. We highly recommend it to any parents looking for a caring, supportive, and nurturing environment. We can't wait for our next baby to join too!

We've been happy with the nursery for the past 3 years, having two children attending. The ladies who work there make it seem like home to the children and they are extremely caring. I feel at ease leaving my children there and know they're in good, nurturing hands.
They run some great events at the
nursery, allowing parents to meet eachother and it's so nice getting to see both children in their rooms and how proud they are of their nursery space and teachers.

I wanted to send my daughter to Bourne End nursery after my initial visit. I was really excited about the outdoor space they have and how the current staff had accumulated over 100 years working there. I also liked how they send the children out in all weather, unless really bad of course.
At first,
like any baby, my daughter struggled to adjust but one of the workers made a lot of effort to help settle and comfort her. Now, I don't even get a goodbye, she loves it there!
The nursery celebrate different cultures and holidays. The staff seem to really enjoy working there and that speaks volumes.

My little boy absolutely loves coming into nursery every day. He's formed really good relationships with other children and staff. This is a great nursery. It is light, spacious, clean and airy with plenty of play equipment for the children. The purpose built gardens are a huge bonus with separate gardens for babies and older children. The same members of staff have been taking great care of my daughter since she was 12 months
old. She is now 3 years old and loves going to nursery. The children do varied and thoughtful activities every day and spend lots of time playing outside. The staff here are genuinely caring and always friendly and approachable.

The room staff are very dedicated to their work. Very attentive to all children needs or parents notes.
The premises are so far the best in town for full day care compare to other nurseries I had experience with, big and light rooms and cosy sleeping area.
The food and the staff in the kitchen are
amazing!
Only one suggestion is the policy about the shoes, staff,children and parents to not be allowed to enter with outside shoes so that can increase the level of the hygiene.

My child has been going to Partou nursery since she was 9 months old and will be starting reception this year. The staff are approachable and the way in which they communicate with both myself and my child is great. I have felt supported and listened to when expressing any concerns in relation to my
child's needs during the time that she has spent with the nursery team. I will be gutted for my child to leave and start her new journey as she is thriving. Would highly recommend.

The staff create such a warm and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged

When my child started at Sycamore House nursery in January at only 4 months old my husband and I were very nervous to leave him as he hadn't been without us before, however within days our nerves were completely alleviated. Our child immediately bonded with the team and the other kids. The team are
so caring and kind. They have all worked at the nursery for a long time and you can tell. They really support each other, put the needs of the kids first and they know each of the kids extremely well and align/adapt their approach to that childs needs. The group sizes are very small, and they focus on nurturing the kids. Our child has developed so much since they first started, it's incredible to see. Our child absolutely loves attending the nursery, which can be seen from his big smiles. We are so grateful for Sycamore House and how well they care for our child. We strongly recommend them - it's like home from home.

My son recently started at Partou Shepherds Lane. He has settled really well and the staff are a credit to this. Every day they greet him with a lovely warm smile and encourage him to play. He is starting to make good connections with staff and his class peers. The food offering is great with a wide
selection of meals being offered on a weekly basis. I love seeing the activities he has done and the new toys he has interacted with. It's great to have the app to see him doing these activities and also see how he has eaten and slept each day. Overall a lovely nursery which has made us feel very welcome.

All of the ladies at the nursery are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. They are great with my son and always make him feel happy, comfortable, and cared for. It's clear how much they enjoy working with the children, and I really appreciate the time and attention they give him every day. We're so grateful

Myself and my wife are very pleased with the nursery services, that we enjoy for the last 2 years. Moreover our daughter is always looking forward to going to the nursery and she is having a great time there! We have noticed very good progress in her skills, including language skills. I would like to
note here that she is trilingual and this is encouraged at the nursery. All in all, we are very happy and the staff is very polite, enthusiastic, professional and pleasant.
