Woodlands has been wonderful for both my sons (who are 4 and almost 2) since we moved them from another nursery late last year. My little boy started nursery in the baby room in January, he has settled in so well and is always so happy to go in. He seems to off made good bonds with staff and is always happy at pick up time. I am regularly updated through out the day of what he has eaten, slept and pictures of what he has been
up too, this is great reassurance to know how happy he is. He eats so well at nursery and there is always a variety of meals everyday. He loves to play outside in the garden and has a big space to explore. Nursery have followed his routine from home due to him still having two naps and nothing is ever to much for the staff. Overall I am very happy with his progress over the last few months.

My little boy goes to Safehands nursery and the staff have been wonderful. They have always been accommodating and are a very trustworthy team. My little boy has built close relationships with the nursery workers and is comfortable being left in their care. The manager (Vicky) is always responsive and
happy to help in any way she can. The food is exciting and nutritious, there's plenty of different themed rooms to aid development, and the staff adapt well to any personal changes in my child's development too. I feel happy leaving him with friendly faces who genuinely care about him.

Our toddler has been really enjoying her time at Tiny Teapots. She started in the baby room and has recently moved up to Tweenies.
Magda and Gemma were her favourites (baby room), she feels comfortable and safe going to them, which gives us real peace of mind when we're at work. It's reassuring knowing
she's in such caring hands.
The food is great, and being around other children at mealtimes has encouraged her to eat better. There are always plenty of activities, and it's clear the staff genuinely love working with children.
One small point is that photo updates aren't always as frequent as we'd like but we'd rather the staff focus on the children.
Overall, we're very happy. Thank you to the Tiny Teapots team for taking such good care of our little one.

Writing this brings so many emotions to mind, because Play Away Day Nursery truly feels like a second home to me. It's where both of my children have spent such an important part of their early lives.
Seeing my little one smile at every member of staff reassures me every day that she is in safe, caring
hands-and that feeling means everything. It genuinely makes my days brighter.
The effort the staff put into making each day special for the children is so appreciated. Some of my most treasured moments are the little surprises, like receiving a handmade card from my baby, thoughtfully created with the help of the wonderful team.
In a word, what I see in this nursery is pure love.

Throughout their time at Play Away, both of our children have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and as parents we feel they have been given every opportunity to develop and thrive.
The care and attention given by all of the staff is clear to see and made us feel very reassured that our children were well
looked after. If we ever had a question or query, the staff were welcoming and informative and always made sure that we were kept up to date with the daily activities, feeding schedule etc. Just walking in to the nursery, you can feel that there's a lovely, warm atmosphere and you really do feel part of the nursery 'family'. I would happily recommend Play Away to others and wish the nursery all the success it deserves.

My daughter is nothing but thriving at Woodlands Nursery.
We recently moved nurseries only due to location and there is such a big difference from her old one to this one.
She's happy when she gets dropped off to the moment I pick her up.

The girls at Playaway are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and I always know my daughter is in safe hands. She has made close bonds with the ladies and have no problems when it comes to handovers. They stick to her home routine and this really helps!

My Son was moved from a different day nursery temporarily (due to staff numbers) to Woodlands nursery as were a few of the preschoolers from the same nursery and woodlands nursery were really good at sorting all the moving over arrangements, they made my son feel welcome and comfortable straight away,
he was always happy to go to nursery. All the staff at woodlands have been lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been with Tiny Teapots since she was 4 months old, and I am extremely grateful that she's grown and learned so much from their care. She goes full time 5x a week and her key workers genuinely treat her like family -- hence why they have my full trust when looking after her. They are
very interactive with the kids, give them lots of activities, sensory experiences, music, exploratory play. She's learned sign language with them and surprises me with a new word learned every day. Their meals are delicious and nutritious (I don't know how they get her to eat her vegetables, but she always manages to finish her food with them!) and cater to their dietary needs as well. We were having trouble nailing down the foods triggering my daughter's eczema, and we worked together to rule out different ingredients till we found the culprit. Tiny Teapots have always been communicative about her needs, progress, and milestones. I genuinely cannot recommend anyone better!

Our son started nursery at Safeands in Sept 2025 (16 months old). We looked at many nurseries in the area and chose Safehands because of its bright rooms, cleanliness, great outdoor area, and last but not least, very healthy food menus. As parents, we were nervous about him being away from us for the
whole day. The Manager Vicky and Deputy manager Jenny have been very helpful from day one. Our baby boy settled relatively quickly and there were no tears after week two, he always receives a warm and happy welcome in the morning by all staff, the daily activities are fantastic and we receive regular updates and photos via the app throughout the day, which provides further reassurance. The healthy food choices was one of the most important things for us and we have been very happy with the variety and quality of the meals. The staff are caring and lovely. They genuinely care about our son and this is evident on a daily basis. We can't thank you enough.

Great nursery!! The communication is great - we always get updates, photos, and little stories about her day, which makes such a difference. The environment is warm, clean, and full of fun activities that help the children learn through play. We've seen so much progress in her confidence, speech,
and independence since she started. We honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough . My little one still finds it hard to go in some mornings, but the staff are amazing with her. They're so patient and caring, and it really shows how much they care about each child. Couldn't be more thankful for how well they handle it.

My granddaughter started nursery in the baby room and has now progressed to Toddler/Pre School (October 2025).
She settled well and continues to thoroughly enjoy nursery with the help of the professional caring staff. She now pretends to phone members of staff on her toy phone for a chat!
She
enjoys the stimulating environment and loves the soft play as she is a climber and jumper!
Initially she was reluctant to eat food at nursery but is developing her skills of eating with her friends and trying new foods.
There appears to be a good selection of stimulating activities and books to keep her interested.
Her communication and confidence skills are definitely improving.
We are delighted with the progress she continues to make.

I can't recommend Safehands Nursery highly enough! From the moment we enrolled our child, the team has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely passionate about what they do - you can really tell they love working with children.
The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming,
with bright, well-equipped rooms and plenty of engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and independence. The staff always take the time to update us on our child's progress, share lovely photos, and let us know about any milestones or new things they've learned. It's so reassuring to know our little one is in such capable and caring hands.
