Throughout their time at Play Away, both of our children have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and as parents we feel they have been given every opportunity to develop and thrive.
The care and attention given by all of the staff is clear to see and made us feel very reassured that our children were well
looked after. If we ever had a question or query, the staff were welcoming and informative and always made sure that we were kept up to date with the daily activities, feeding schedule etc. Just walking in to the nursery, you can feel that there's a lovely, warm atmosphere and you really do feel part of the nursery 'family'. I would happily recommend Play Away to others and wish the nursery all the success it deserves.

My daughter is nothing but thriving at Woodlands Nursery.
We recently moved nurseries only due to location and there is such a big difference from her old one to this one.
She's happy when she gets dropped off to the moment I pick her up.
Is definitely well looked after and kept safe.

The girls at Playaway are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and I always know my daughter is in safe hands. She has made close bonds with the ladies and have no problems when it comes to handovers. They stick to her home routine and this really helps!

My Son was moved from a different day nursery temporarily (due to staff numbers) to Woodlands nursery as were a few of the preschoolers from the same nursery and woodlands nursery were really good at sorting all the moving over arrangements, they made my son feel welcome and comfortable straight away,
he was always happy to go to nursery. All the staff at woodlands have been lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been with Tiny Teapots since she was 4 months old, and I am extremely grateful that she's grown and learned so much from their care. She goes full time 5x a week and her key workers genuinely treat her like family -- hence why they have my full trust when looking after her. They are
very interactive with the kids, give them lots of activities, sensory experiences, music, exploratory play. She's learned sign language with them and surprises me with a new word learned every day. Their meals are delicious and nutritious (I don't know how they get her to eat her vegetables, but she always manages to finish her food with them!) and cater to their dietary needs as well. We were having trouble nailing down the foods triggering my daughter's eczema, and we worked together to rule out different ingredients till we found the culprit. Tiny Teapots have always been communicative about her needs, progress, and milestones. I genuinely cannot recommend anyone better!

Our son started nursery at Safeands in Sept 2025 (16 months old). We looked at many nurseries in the area and chose Safehands because of its bright rooms, cleanliness, great outdoor area, and last but not least, very healthy food menus. As parents, we were nervous about him being away from us for the
whole day. The Manager Vicky and Deputy manager Jenny have been very helpful from day one. Our baby boy settled relatively quickly and there were no tears after week two, he always receives a warm and happy welcome in the morning by all staff, the daily activities are fantastic and we receive regular updates and photos via the app throughout the day, which provides further reassurance. The healthy food choices was one of the most important things for us and we have been very happy with the variety and quality of the meals. The staff are caring and lovely. They genuinely care about our son and this is evident on a daily basis. We can't thank you enough.

Great nursery!! The communication is great - we always get updates, photos, and little stories about her day, which makes such a difference. The environment is warm, clean, and full of fun activities that help the children learn through play. We've seen so much progress in her confidence, speech,
and independence since she started. We honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough . My little one still finds it hard to go in some mornings, but the staff are amazing with her. They're so patient and caring, and it really shows how much they care about each child. Couldn't be more thankful for how well they handle it.

My granddaughter started nursery in the baby room and has now progressed to Toddler/Pre School (October 2025).
She settled well and continues to thoroughly enjoy nursery with the help of the professional caring staff. She now pretends to phone members of staff on her toy phone for a chat!
She
enjoys the stimulating environment and loves the soft play as she is a climber and jumper!
Initially she was reluctant to eat food at nursery but is developing her skills of eating with her friends and trying new foods.
There appears to be a good selection of stimulating activities and books to keep her interested.
Her communication and confidence skills are definitely improving.
We are delighted with the progress she continues to make.

I can't recommend Safehands Nursery highly enough! From the moment we enrolled our child, the team has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely passionate about what they do - you can really tell they love working with children.
The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming,
with bright, well-equipped rooms and plenty of engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and independence. The staff always take the time to update us on our child's progress, share lovely photos, and let us know about any milestones or new things they've learned. My twin daughters started in September 2 days a week, initially one of my daughters was very upset and didn't want to go but after 2 weeks, both of them love going and run into the room smiling. The staff are so friendly and I feel they really take time to know the girls well. There are lots of organised
activities, and I love receiving all the pictures of what they are up to. I am super happy with the girls attending Safehands and fully recommend it.

Our son started nursery in the baby room in September 2025. He has settled in well over the past couple of months and goes in each day happily. We love to see the regular pictures and updates of what he has been getting up to each day on the parent app. He particularly enjoys being in the soft play
room! We were initially concerned about our son's sleep at nursery but the staff have been reassuring and worked with us to support him - he is now sleeping better and we hope it continues! The nursery staff are always welcoming and give us detailed overviews of our child's day when we collect him. We are pleased with the new activities that the staff are putting out for the babies in his room too.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting in June. The girls are amazing and caring, always so excited when my daughter arrives. They have helped her with trying new foods and the chef will always try and adapt to a child's taste and make something my daughter will try or will eat. As
a childcare nurse myself I know that my daughter is safe and loved. Always prolongs coming home to show me what she has done today. Best choice I have made.

The staff are all really lovely. I am a young mum and they take everything I say onboard with my son. My second son is joining up next year April and they helped me through the process of getting his paperwork done as well. My eldest son has a diary allergy and they take great measures to make sure
that he doesn't receive any diary products. My son loves to go there and overall a great experience.

My 10 month old son is quite a clingy and shy boy, and I was really worried about him attending a nursery, but Safehands have been absolutely amazing! After a week of being there, my son has thrived and become a lot more sociable! He loves the nursery! There is no tears when he goes on a morning and
he's always happy and smiling when I pick him up! This nursery is very good for his needs and personality, and all the staff are so kind and caring. I love that they use the parent app so we can see throughout the day what they have been doing, eaten and nappy changes, and overall communication with parents. I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parent.

My daughter loved her time at Woodlands Day Nursery. She was very well cared for and her needs were always met. As she got older and became school ready she was encouraged to learn to start writing letters and was given a writing book of her own to do activities in. The outdoor space was also a favourite
and at any opportunity the children would play outside. She made lots of friends and has very fond memories of her 3 years at Woodlands.
