Day Nurseries Owned by Partou

When it was suspected my daughter had a speech delay they were really quick on picking up signals that she might be falling behind and they helped me in getting a referral for a speech therapist. They were really invested in her care and now she has caught up to where she should be. The nursery is also very safe and secure, I've never felt like the building wasn't secure. I also love the updates we receive on the parenting app throughout the day from the staff. Highly recommend this nursery.

Can't recommend enough.

My daughter loves Woodlands Nursery. The staff are great and they ensure there are lots of activities for the children. The nursery itself could do with some improvements. The outdoor space is quite small with no sun protection. The staff do take the children on lots of walks exploring the woods, which my daughter loves. Not all rooms have hand wash facilties that are easy to access for the children. Washing sinks in all rooms would definitely be beneficial to allow the children the importance of hygiene and access at all times.

My daughter started at nursery in April and we have been delighted with the experience she is getting. There is a moment captured each day showing her play and learning experiences and a detailed list of what she has eaten, which is very reassuring. When she first started I felt supported in calling the nursery to check how she was settling in. All the staff know her name and are very welcoming. There is a good mix of indoor and outdoor provision even for babies which was very important to me when choosing a nursery. I feel she is well cared for whilst there and she is settled and content each day.

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure my child is thriving with regular reviews and feedback. My child is excited to go to nursery and see his friends and teachers.

All the nursery staff, including yourself, Tayba , Amina, and the rest of your colleagues, are wonderful. We truly appreciate all your hard work, care, and dedication.

Excellent nursery, staff are kind and supportive especially those in the baby room supporting my daughter settle into starting nursery - she took sometime to settle but extra sessions were provided to ensure we all felt comfortable with her beginning full days. She now waves goodbye in the morning and clearly has a great time whilst she is there. They do daily activities to support her learning and development, as well as being accommodating to days required whilst being flexible.

Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, all the staff are approachable, kind, caring and just lovely. They all care so deeply about the children. Over the years I've sent both of my children there and couldn't be happier.

The nursery is welcoming, staff are always friendly. My granddaughter is always happy when I pick her up. Staff share the great activities that have taken place throughout the day and share though an app which is always kept up to date

My little boy started the baby room in April and he's settled in so well. I can tell the girls that look after him really care and they've helped him feel safe and confident. His personality has grown massively in the few months he's been at nursery and I can only thank the girls for encouraging him. He loves being at nursery now which puts my mind at ease now I'm back at work. I love seeing snapshots of him through the day on the app.

Great Nursery. Staff are brilliant and care about our child, they develop great relationships with the children. Lovely atmosphere and good transition when moving up to the next room. Our daughter is thriving here. Loads of extra curricular activities avaliable with a wide curriculum with lots of diversity. Would definitely recommend!

The staff at Partou Shepherds are amazing. They really care for the children and support them to progress. The nursery has a wonderful garden and great indoor play resources. I feel my daughter has developed here, and that the staff know her very well. Thank you, Partou!

My little boy started at nursery at 11 months and we are delighted with the progress he has made over the past 3 years. He has really developed in confidence and has a lovely circle of friends at Partou. The nursery has fantastic grounds which is great for my son who loves spending time outdoors. He has formed close relationships with all of his key workers and he is very fond of all the permanent members of staff. The nursery puts on some really exciting activities and we enjoy seeing photos of Tommy on the app having fun with his friends.

I'm very pleased with the care in your nursery for my son. I see him enjoying activities, outdoor play and learning new skills while spending time at the nursery. He is well taken care of and supported during his time here and the staff do an amazing job. Thank you very much!

Our son goes to the baby room at Partout Woodlands Harrogate. He is our only child and leaving him to have to go back to work was the hardest thing ever. Trusting someone you don't know is so difficult but don't worry because the staff is amazing, caring, loving and our son loves going in and play with the team and his little friends. He settled in quite well and I m so pleased to see he enjoys going ! They offer alternatives when they don't eat well and they are very accommodating with their initial needs example milk, feeding times, naps etc.. I m very happy with this nursery and would recommend to anyone looking around Harrogate. Thank you for everything you do to our son !

Both my children now enjoy nursery and get excited when we arrive, they love having breakfast and have made some lovely friends. They have come on a lot now they are in the toddler room and have great relationships with the staff too. They feel safe here and enjoy playing outside a lot whilst at nursery. Lucy Mc

Our child has been at Partou roundhay from the age of 1-4 years old and although he's found it hard to settle at times(he's not the best with change so changing rooms was always hard) he loves going to nursery now. The staff are all so friendly and always say hello to me and my little one. They work really hard to settle the children in and make them feel welcomed. My little boy has loved the last few years in big learners and has learnt so much, Ruth is an amazing teacher and comes up with so many creative ideas to help them learn and prepare them for school. The communication from the nursery has been really good and it feels like a friendly safe environment for little ones to grow up in. Only down side would be the vast increase in prices in the last few years since being taken over by partou group.

When he first started, he found settling in really tough, but Deb and Beth went above and beyond to make him feel safe and loved. On the days he found it trickiest, Deb would make sure his favourite toys were out and ready for him. We feel incredibly lucky to have chosen this nursery and are overjoyed with how well he has come on. Thank you to everyone!

The activities they do are great for her development and I love seeing the pictures they take showing how much she's enjoyed her day. Her eating has also come such a long way since starting nursery and it has definitely helped me with my own confidence in weaning and what we're feeding her at home. All the staff are genuinely lovely people and It's a relief to feel so comfortable leaving my daughter there. I look forward to seeing her thrive at little dragons as the years go on!
