Partou Play Away Day Nursery & Pre-school

My baby has been going to playaway for almost 2 months now and he has the best time there. He doesn't cry at drop offs and is so happy at nursery. Joanna the manager is doing such a fabulous job and has completely turned the nursery round from this time last year when my daughter attended. The care he is given is exceptional and I know my baby is safe, looked after and happy. I am updated constantly throughout the day every nappy change, every meal, anything that goes on during the day I get notifications regularly. The transformation in playaway is amazing.

We are so pleased with the nursery. Our daughter settled in very quickly thanks to the friendly and caring nature of all the staff. Their passion and professionalism day to day has meant our daughter has grown in confidence and developed so much since joining. The frequent communication to parents is a big positive and daily updates via the app enable parents to see what their child is up to during the day. The staff are great at ensuring that the child's needs are met and that they align with home routines.

All the girls are absolutely amazing and Joanna the new manager has really turned things around. We are so glad that we made the decision to keep him at playaways, yes they went through a bit of a turbulent time last year but they have made such an effort and now it's better then ever.

My child stared in April and she's a little emotional starting but the nursery staff were amazing and was at her every need and I can just see how much confidence she is growing everyday and it's nice for me as a mum to feel reassured which I get reassured all the time, lovely nursery!! Both my kids have been here

We are so happy with this nursery. The staff are kind, caring, and always make our little boy feel safe and welcome. We have seen such a big improvement in his confidence, learning, and social skills since he started here.

The nursery provides a warm and friendly environment, with lots of fun activities that help children learn and grow. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed about his day and progress.

A big thank you to all the wonderful staff for the love and care they give every day. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, happy, and supportive place for their child.

Our 3 year old has been attending Playaway since she was a baby and we have had nothing but pleasant experiences. The team are all lovely, attentive and so engaged with our little one, enabling her to explore her own identity and thrive in her Pre-school environment. She loves going there and we are excited for our second child to start there soon. They spend lots of time outside and run a regular sing and sign session, which is a huge hit! Keep up the great work!

We love Playaway nursery for our son, who started at 8 months. The support and care shown by the babies team never failed to make me feel reassured that my son was safe. The staff are excellent and genuinely invested in the development of the little ones. I cannot fault their kindness and enthusiastic spirit. They were brilliant at communicating with us via the app throughout the day and also handing over at pick up, they take the time to give you the little details. The menus are great and show thoughtful consideration of children's nutrition and taste expansion, which I really appreciated. The indoor space is clean, well presented and provides plenty of stimulation and the outdoor space is well thought out and maintained. We would highly recommend Playaway nursery to others.

In a word, what I see in this nursery is pure love.

The care and attention given by all of the staff is clear to see and made us feel very reassured that our children were well looked after. If we ever had a question or query, the staff were welcoming and informative and always made sure that we were kept up to date with the daily activities, feeding schedule etc. Just walking in to the nursery, you can feel that there's a lovely, warm atmosphere and you really do feel part of the nursery 'family'. I would happily recommend Play Away to others and wish the nursery all the success it deserves.

The girls at Playaway are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and I always know my daughter is in safe hands. She has made close bonds with the ladies and have no problems when it comes to handovers. They stick to her home routine and this really helps!

A fantastic nursery that welcomed my kids with open arms when we moved them here from a different setting. My kids got settled in very quickly and the girls were great with them both from day one. My daughter has now left for school but has lovely memories from her time at PlayAway. My son goes in and sometimes he doesn't even say bye to me as he dives straight in to see his friends. The girls are really lovely and communication is great, nothing is ever a bother. My son eats well at pre-school, they have a good variety of food. Overall, I would recommend PlayAway to everyone! It gives me piece of mind to know my little boy is well looked after and he's a happy boy when he attends pre-school!

The only thing I'd have a comment on is I wish the online portal, things got uploaded straight away & didn't have to wait for authorisation to be posted from the team as I'd love to see what's going on throughout the day as it happens, sometimes it does but sometimes I assume if they're really busy it can be uploaded later in the day or the next day.

Brilliant nursery! My son loves it in babies, the staff are all amazing just as they were when my daughter spent 4 years there. I would recommend it to anyone who is currently looking. As a parent you want to feel that your child is safe and cared for when you leave them and playaways staff have far exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys

My daughter has been going to play away for just over a year she started in Toddlers and has since moved into Preschool, I was apprehensive at first when she moved up but two staff members are just amazing, they made both myself and my daughter feel at ease and she’s thriving more and more everyday.

I can’t thank the whole team enough for being such positive changes in him. All the girls have been amazing. Keep up the good work!

The staff at the nursery are all lovely and I feel my son has come along so well even in the short time he has been there. All the staff that take care of him in the baby area have been amazing with him, I know I have nothing to worry about when I leave him with them to go to work and the best part is seeing the pictures and comments on the app of him enjoying himself while he is there. Both me and his father love seeing those.

A brilliant nursery that helps build on our daughter's excitement to learn new skills, enjoy the outdoors, learn to build friendships and develop key skills such as kindness, compassion, empathy and understanding. The staff are all brilliant and very caring and focused on every child. Always great in communicating changes in the nursery and it is very useful to have the staff pictures board at the entrance so that we can put names to faces. Thank you.

A fantastic nursery that offers a great range of activities and experiences in a friendly and caring environment. Staff are brilliant and always welcome the children in with a big smile in the morning. Barely get a goodbye at drop off and my little boy often runs back to playing when it's home time. They do a good range of indoor and outdoor activities, lots of messy play, themed play, singing and reading!
