We've not been at Partou Roundhay long (7 weeks) but already feel welcome and part of the family. We have a couple of extra/slightly unusual issues and all staff have managed this kindly and sensitively. We have had after family members attend previously + loved it. I think we will be the same!

Both of our children have attended ladybirds firstly my daughter who loved it so when the time came it was an easy decision to send our younger son. All the staff are lovely, every practitioner in each room all the way up to the management. They are friendly, personable and communicative. Our son has a slight milk allergy and they have been very accommodating with that and any medications that have been required due to him also being susceptible to ear infections. Any falls are recorded and if required they will contact via phone to inform us of any incidents. Our overall experience has been fantastic from start to finish and it will be a sad day when our son leaves in September for his next journey. 5* from the family!

Both my children have attended Woodlands House and have absolutely thrived here, my little girl attends currently and is due to start in the Toddler room. She was very unsure to begin with but it didn't take her long to settle as the girls in the Baby room are absolutely amazing and go above & beyond to make sure she was happy and content. It's a brilliant nursery with lots of learning opportunities and lovely staff in each room!

Nursery lane team has been amazing with my son, all her workers have been great with him, initially when he started he found it difficult setting in however the team did such an amazing job of making him feel comfortable and involved. I am so happy that my son has loved his time at the nursery. Thank you

Some staff also seem to have unrealistic, age-inappropriate expectations of young children. Given the premium fees and its Roundhay location, I expected a much higher standard of care and service.

I would not, and do not, hesitate to recommend Ashmoor to other parents. My only regret is that my older (teenage) children did not attend Ashmoor.

Brilliant staff. Couldn't ask for anything better for my little girl. She has learnt so much and her social skills have come on a lot. Thank you for looking after her!

My son has attended Ashmoor since April 2026. In this time we have seen him grow in confidence and it is lovely to see him get excited when he knows he is going to nursery. This is down to the care and dedication of the staff team, who go above and beyond to care for all the children.

My daughter has had a lovely experience settling into Ashmoor. She settled in so well with her key worker and enjoys the activities every day.

We couldn't ask for a better nursery! The first few weeks can be a bit nerve-wracking, but our daughter settled into the baby room so smoothly. The team is incredibly loving and caring, creating such a warm environment. It's been amazing to see how much she has progressed on so many levels, all thanks to the brilliant variety of activities they do every day. A huge bonus for us is how beautifully they celebrate different occasions and holidays, teaching the children about the world around them. Highly recommend!

My little boy started the baby room in April and he's settled in so well. I can tell the girls that look after him really care and they've helped him feel safe and confident. His personality has grown massively in the few months he's been at nursery and I can only thank the girls for encouraging him. He loves being at nursery now which puts my mind at ease now I'm back at work. I love seeing snapshots of him through the day on the app.

Our child has been at Partou roundhay from the age of 1-4 years old and although he's found it hard to settle at times(he's not the best with change so changing rooms was always hard) he loves going to nursery now. The staff are all so friendly and always say hello to me and my little one. They work really hard to settle the children in and make them feel welcomed. My little boy has loved the last few years in big learners and has learnt so much, Ruth is an amazing teacher and comes up with so many creative ideas to help them learn and prepare them for school. The communication from the nursery has been really good and it feels like a friendly safe environment for little ones to grow up in. Only down side would be the vast increase in prices in the last few years since being taken over by partou group.

My little girl has been attending ladybirds since she was 11 months old and she loves it! We have very little family support so the ladies at lady bird's have been more than we could have hoped for. Isla now names them and talks about them all the time and she loves going. If I pick her up early she says "I don't want to go yet". I am truly grateful for the support they offer us. They provide regular feedback through the app and handovers. They call when they think Isla needs us which is all you can ask for. I put all my trust in them. The outdoor space is why we initially chose the nursery and they are out as often as British weather allows. They foster all her interests. Thank you will never be enough. I would say they are on the slightly more expensive side compared to others near us but worth it. They are also very flexible on days in our experience.

We're so happy with the development we've been seeing with our child. It's refreshing h to see that the curriculum and tasks change throughout the year and our child is always enthusiastic to come in to nursery.

The environment at the nursery is very stimulating for the kids and the staff is very passionate for their job. You can tell the kids love this place the moment you arrive and by the time you leave, there is clear communication

Very Helpful staff and the environment for the child is brilliant for their learning and I would recommend this pre school nursery to everyone. Appreciate the support they have in place for my child as he has needs and they are being met which is amazing.
