We cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done. They are a hardworking, kind, and dedicated team, and I would highly recommend them to any parent considering childcare for their child.

Overall it is a great nursery and we would thoroughly recommend it.

We've been sending our daughter to Children's House since 2024, and our son has been attending for a few months now, and I would highly recommend it to anyone (and have done so!). The care our children have received is amazing, and the staff go above and beyond to help. There's a lovely mix between group time and independent play, and the outside facilities are fantastic our children love them. Since Kelli took over as manager in September 2025 the nursery has flourished, it's such a warm welcoming atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble. We love the inclusivity Children's House encourage: stay and play activities; parents evenings where we have the opportunity to talk in more depth to our children's key workers; workshops outside of nursery time etc. And the extra activities the staff think of and organise for the children: the travelling bear, book fair, painting rocks for the rock snake to name a few! Its obvious the staff are happy & well looked after which speaks volumes too!

The communication is good; the staff always keep us well-informed during handovers at pick-up time, sharing lovely details about how our son's day went. They also organise a great variety of activities that keep the children engaged and directly support their learning and development. It is a fantastic nursery, and we highly recommend it!

We are very happy with the care our 11 month-old grandson receives at cherry trees. The staff are amazing very kind and caring, and it's lovely to see how happy and settled he is. We really appreciate home like and nurturing environment manager has created. Manager is so good always welcomes with a smile, pays attention and always prompt in replying to any questions we have. We really like this nursery and will recommend to other families.

We couldn't be happier with the care our child, Aayah, receives at Cherry Trees. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely take the time to understand her as an individual. She has grown so much in confidence and always comes home happy and excited to tell us about her day. It's reassuring to know she's in such a safe, nurturing environment. Like many children, my daughter was hesitant when she started at Cherry Trees, but the staff made her feel comfortable and reassured from the very beginning. They are all so caring, kind and patient, which is exactly what you hope for. I know my daughter is well looked after, learning new things and having lots of fun every day. She has grown so much in confidence. The App keeps me updated with everything I need to know and I always know, what she has eaten and how her day has been. Any questions or concerns are communicated quickly and clearly. Safeguarding is taken seriously, the nursery is always clean and I feel completely confident leaving my daughter in their care.

Cherry trees is a lovely nursery that my child attends, they offer lots of learning opportunities that I have seen reflected back on my child. I am very glad of the development my child is making and the wonderful support from an incredible team that work so well with the children and ensure a safe environment i can trust.

The staff have always been amazing and considerate and taken on-board any feedback, including specific changes we needed to make for my daughter. We are very happy with the nursery.

Cherry Tree Nursery has made a great difference in our lives. Dimitre started here when he was around 3 years old, without talking too much, with a challenging behaviours and attitude behind expectations. The nursery staff have worked hard with him, bringing him close to age expectations. We are all very grateful for that! We've been using children's house since 2020 and both our daughter and son have been through all the way from baby room. We have had nothing but positive interactions with everybody at the nursery. Both of our children have had a brilliant time and always been happy and engaged. The outdoor space, which is very well utilised, is something that immediately drew us to the nursery over others in the local area, as both of our children love being in the fresh air. This nursery is excellent. The staff are warm and attentive, they create a safe and nurturing environment. The facilities are clean, well-organised and filled with engaging activities. The communication with day to day stuff is excellent with regular updates and genuine care shown. It's a place where my child feels really happy, supported, and excited everyday.

Both my daughters attend the nursery, both are so happy and comfortable at the nursery which makes me feel very happy. Everytime I pick up my eldest, she tells me she's' had a great day and enjoys telling me about the activities of the day. The garden space at the nursery is fantastic, a very large space and each age group have their own space. The staff in the rooms and in management are all friendly and very approachable, it's lovely to see my children build relationships with the staff and other children.
