Overall Experience
Like many parents, I felt incredibly nervous about sending my daughter to nursery. Looking back now, as she prepares to start school, I can honestly say that I am genuinely sad that our time here is coming to an end. The staff have been amazing, They are kind, caring, patient, and build wonderful relationships with the children. This nursery has made all the difference to her confidence and development. What really stands out is the nursery's family-focused approach. They regularly organise engaging activities and events that involve parents, such as stay-and-play sessions, healthy eating workshops, and first aid sessions. These opportunities have helped us feel connected and involved in our child's learning and development.
My daughter comes home smiling every day and speaks so fondly of the staff. She has made wonderful memories.

I cannot thank the team enough for the care, dedication, and support they have shown our family. I would whole heart recommend sending your child here.

Overall Experience

We've been using children's house since 2020 and both our daughter and son have been through all the way from baby room. We have had nothing but positive interactions with everybody at the nursery. Both of our children have had a brilliant time and always been happy and engaged. The outdoor space, which is very well utilised, is something that immediately drew us to the nursery over others in the local area, as both of our children love being in the fresh air. Thank you all for your hard work.

Overall Experience

This nursery is excellent. The staff are warm and attentive, they create a safe and nurturing environment. The facilities are clean, well-organised and filled with engaging activities. The communication with day to day stuff is excellent with regular updates and genuine care shown. It's a place where my child feels really happy, supported, and excited everyday.

Overall Experience

Both my daughters attend the nursery, both are so happy and comfortable at the nursery which makes me feel very happy. Everytime I pick up my eldest, she tells me she's' had a great day and enjoys telling me about the activities of the day. The garden space at the nursery is fantastic, a very large space and each age group have their own space. The staff in the rooms and in management are all friendly and very approachable, it's lovely to see my children build relationships with the staff and other children.

We are incredibly happy with the level of care at Partou Children's House- The staff go above and beyond to create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment. Communication is excellent, and we always feel well-informed about our child's progress and daily routine.

Our son loves going to nursery everyday. He is always happy and always has a wonderful time. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. There is real structure for themes of learning including maths, science and reading alongside lots of play time too. I would highly recommend our nursery!

Looking for an absolutely amazing nursery?! Then look no further than Partou Children's House Day Nursery!
They go above and beyond in absolutely everything they do!
They have helped and support my daughter beyond the norm you'd get in a day nursery.
Their SEN understanding is phenomenal (especially Sarah, DM)
The nursery has vastly improved since the new manager (Kelli) took over and the newest Deputy Manager member (Renee)
Thank you to every single member of staff who has looked after my daughter since she started in babies! And I am so glad she still has ocer a whole year in your care.

Thank-you for all of the wonderful activities and space she has assess too, especially the designated sensory room!!

Overall Experience
When looking for a nursery for our son, there were so many options the choice was overwhelming but we are so pleased we decided on Children's House!
The first few weeks were rocky as our son settled but the staff were so adaptable, accommodating and encouraging. Now he has settled, he absolutely loves it and is excited each morning at drop off. The staff are so caring and friendly and my son's key worker is really passionate about his individual development.
The facilities are great - so many different rooms for all the ages, filled with great activities that are fun for him but help him learn. The absolute highlight is the wonderful outdoor space which he adores.
We are very appreciative for the app they use to send us updates about our son. Not only do we get a record of each meal and how much was eaten, nappy change and sleep times, but we also receive a detailed weekly observation with photos that are always such a joy to read.

We would highly recommend Children's House!

Whilst we have seen some changes since Partou took over which have been a bit challenging, the staff who work with the children do an excellent job and have made sure to give both my children the care and attention that they need.

Overall Experience
From the first time I saw Children' House Nursery, I knew it was the place for my daughter. The space they have is incredible, and I particularly liked that there was garden space for every age group.
Like any new parent, I was nervous on the first week, but the staff made the transition so seamless. Not only are the handovers extremely thorough, the app is brilliant to keep track on what they're doing/ eating/ sleeping each day. I know they will always call if something is wrong, and I always appreciate how seriously they take illnesses or changes in behaviour.

Best of all, my daughter always comes home in the best mood after a day at nursery. Thank you to all you wonderful staff who help shape the nursery to be the amazing place it is.

I'm very happy with my decision to put my 2 children, aged 1 and 3, into Partou Natures Nursery. My son's vocabulary has come on leaps and bounds and his confidence socially has improved greatly too. I am updated regularly re. food/sleep/nappy change, which gives me added reassurance, and always informed of any accidents and injuries promptly. I'd recommend to anyone considering this nursery.

The nursery have been really great for my son. He enjoys going and has made strong friendships with the other children. The staff are friendly and supportive, and my son feels safe and able to take risks in a nurturing environment. His communication skills have improved, and he enjoys learning new things. The nursery puts lots of special events on for the children, and the communication with parents is good.
