Your Co-op Little Pioneers are big on happy children. Their nurseries have areas for growing food (and eating it), make regular visits to local care homes and have a focus on taking care of each other and the world.

Your Co-op Little Pioneers is big on safety which is why all staff are paediatric first aid trained. They hold the Millie’s Mark award.

They use their 5 Little Pioneers to help share their core values with children, encouraging them to be independent, make their own choices, express their feelings and make a difference in the world.

Your Co-op Little Pioneers Famly app keeps mums and dads informed about life at nursery days and includes photos from their day, assessments, meals eaten, and even toilet training progress!

My daughter has been at this nursery for over a year now and our experience has been nothing but positive.
Staff are friendly, trustworthy and are truly caring and supportive of the children and their needs.
The grounds are a massive selling point - I believe - as having a child who loves spending
time outside and having such a large, well equipped, outside garden space has been something my daughter loves about the nursery.
We are now approaching primary school transitions and the nursery management and room staff have been incredibly supportive through the process and helped with my understanding and are proactive in providing updates and insights.
I couldn't recommend this nursery enough, and in fact have already done so to close friends.

I thought leaving my little boy at 9 months would be the hardest thing ever, but its been one of the easiest as he's settled right in like a home from home. Cally, Jo & Lily have been amazing and my little boy is thriving already. He is loving the variety of meals and now sleeps through the night so
keep doing what you are doing! I am one impressed Mama! He has started taking his first steps too and he's not even 10 months!
Lovely set up for them with plenty of activities to do!
Toni & Gage are superb too!

I am so happy that we found this nursery! My daughter started in the Little Explorers room in November and has been truly thriving. It took some time for her to settle initially, but all staff were so kind, caring and patient during this time. Now, she loves attending and is welcomed by everyone. All
staff seem to know her which is lovely. Her key worker is passionate and caring and I am so grateful for all she does for my daughter. The setting is lovely, clean and well kept. The children are also served a variety of meals. Parents are kept up to date throughout the day via the app too. It's so reassuring to know that my daughter is happy and well looked after while I am at work.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My son has been going here since he was almost a year old and is now four, going to school this September. He's grown in confidence over the last few years. He's also developed his skills and personality. The team know my son well and have taken the time to get
to know us as a family for a true holistic approach to his needs. As a single mum working full time it's such a blessing knowing he's in an environment where is is comfortable, cared for, happy and thriving. Everything is perfect from the meals provided to the facilities. But the main asset to this nursery is the people working there. The practitioners who have worked with him over the last few years along with the management team are all exemplary. I never worry about him being here, which is a huge thing for me as I am a natural worrier!! I feel like he's had the best possible start in life from attending this nursery. I will be so sad when he leaves to go to school.

My baby started with little pioneers in January at 10 months old. I was extremely anxious about leaving him with total strangers and it was a really difficult transition for me going back to work. The team were so understanding, supportive and reassuring. I would get daily pictures as soon as he settled
which really gave me an opportunity to relax a little knowing he was settling pretty quickly after I left him. Fast forward 2 months and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. He is a totally different boy - so confident and happy! A huge mention to some of Shea's favourite staff members - Emily, Asmaul, Leela and Zainab - thank you guys so much for taking such good care of Shea!

The staff are so amazing with him and caring, before he started he was a picky eater and struggled to speak after a month been there his
speech developed where he was saying so many new words and he was even trying new things.

Such an excellent nursery. Staff are caring, go above and beyond to ensure my daughter's happiness while she is with them and they take the time to know her really well. They are gentle with the children and encourage their interests and growth. The handovers are excellent, the food is gobbled down
(not at home though!!) and the management team take on board all comments and act upon them, usually immediately. I am super happy with the transition from toddler to preschool and very grateful for all the effort that they put into my daughter.

Such a lovely nursery. So much attention detail from the staff with the different activities they offer, lots of communication about how my daughter is doing every day, and accommodating for her needs e.g nap schedule. My daughter started at Tavistock in September, I was firstly impressed by the general warmness of the staff, everyone had a smile. My daughter has also experienced massive improvement in her social skills from a very shy girl to an outspoken one, she is always happy to go to school. I am very pleased
with the quality of service.

The staff are so helpful and accommodating, they really make you feel at ease and nothing is ever an issue. When you pick your child up you always get a run down of what they have been doing that day, which is so important for a parent to hear. My child has come in leaps and bounds due to how the nursery

Our daughter has integrated so well at the nursery, the handovers are always inciteful and they have taken the time to understand our daughter's likes and wants. Since my daughter started she has come on leaps and bounds and loves her days at Nursery.
She has so much fun there and always has stories to tell about her fun days.
She loves the autonomy of choosing to play inside or outside on sunny days.
She is always greeted with a warm smile and kindness
when she walks in.
When i come to pick her up i witness her with a big smile on her face which is always lovely to see.

I could not fault this nursery or the staff if I wanted to - even at busy times when the staff are so busy they still have a smile and stop what their doing to update you on your child's day, the managers are always helping and stepping in when an extra pair of hands are needed. The chef is always happy
and cooks such lovely meals and the children seem to love it it's really sweet to see them all sitting eating together. Everyone here makes me feel like my son is cared for, we love and appreciate everyone here and are proud to be apart of this amazing family thank you to you all

I've had 3 children attend the nursery after we had to move to the area after a challenging life event . My last child is still attending the nursery . The staff at the nursery are the best I've ever seen it feels as though they really care about the families of the children they have their . Often
offering an extra arm of non judgemental support . The management in the nursery are above expectations they are supportive caring and considerate and always friendly . My children thrive there and the staff check in and make a real effort to know the children . I have always felt I can be open with the staff when I've had anything challenging come up and they make time to perk you up and remind you of positives I'll be sad when my daughter leaves but I know they have given her the best start and the children have had a wonderful , caring experience . I can't fault them and the key staff are always smiling
