We recognise this is not within the control of the nursery team and is ultimately a facilities and infrastructure matter requiring group-level attention which wasn't handled well.

Their food menu is quite varied & always healthy, with plenty of snacks & fruit..

Such a great nursery my little boy is thriving he has learnt so much, is becoming much more confident around people and interacting and he loves coming and playing the staff are all so accommodating and friendly and I have absolutely 0 worries leaving him. Highly recommend to all for a great nursery.

It will be a very sad goodbye when it's time for him to leave, but I have no doubt that I'll be bringing my own children here in the future. I couldn't recommend this setting highly enough!

My little boy has thrived since joining Co-op House nursery. He attends 3 days a week and has grown in confidence. His speech has come along so much recently and he is making lots of friends. The staff at this nursery go above and beyond to make sure he gets the very best. All of the staff know him individually and are very welcoming. They know his interests and help him settle in every day with these - as he sometimes gets upset during drop-off. Everybody at Co-op House is fantastic and I couldn't imagine sending my child anywhere else. Thank you!

We have had a wonderful experience with this day nursery and would highly recommend it to other parents. The staff are incredibly caring, kind, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. My son is always happy to attend, and it is lovely to see how comfortable and settled he is there. The nursery provides a safe, nurturing environment with a great balance of learning, play, and fun activities. Communication with parents is excellent, and the staff are always approachable and supportive. We feel very confident that our son is well cared for and are extremely happy with the nursery.

I know my child accesses lots of activities and can see pictures and observations through the app.

The support of his key worker and the room manager is always incredible, for both my son and myself; being a first time mum I know I can ask for advice if I need it. I can also tell they genuinely care for and love my son, wanting what's best for him as much as I do; a huge relief for me.

My Little Girl has recently started nursery all the staff in her room have helped encouraged her to settle in, especially her key person, Tamara, by finding toys that she really enjoys at home are available for her to play with to help with the transition between home and nursery as well as being ready to offer comfort in a cuddle when she if feeling sad.

Teachers are very helpful, well trained. My only concern has been the food options for vegetarians. I feel more diverse food could be served to kids especially the breakfast options. Also the snacks are not so healthy options. There are many healthier options for kids snacks other than pizza or sandwiches.

If there was one area for further improvement, it would be to make development opportunities even more structured and tailored to each individual child's needs and stage of development, helping them build on their strengths and target areas where they need extra sup

We've loved the last year in Little Creators! It's been such a supportive and friendly environment, all the staff are amazing, especially our key worker and room leader. The detailed handover at the end of the day and wow moments are great, we couldn't be happier there.

Amazing team. Always welcoming. Our little one has come on leaps and bounds because of the care and support the team show. From a variety of daily activities the children take part in to the communication from the staff, I know my daughter is in safe hands and having a lot of developmental fun.

My child has settled well into nursery - he enjoys his time there and there are a good range of activities. There is an ourdoors space and plenty of free play opprtunities. Staff are very friendly and caring, and also very responsive and if I raise a question they have always followed it up. Management have also been very quick if we have a query.

My son had attended this nursery since November 2023 age 1. It took my son a while to settle at the start, but the team were brilliant with him and me with lots of reassurance and regular updates. The nursery have been so attentive to his needs, communication is great with daily updates photos and videos. Every 6-8 weeks I get a detailed summary of what the last few months activities have involved and what the next goals are for my son. This has been great for home learning too. The staff are all so kind and supportive. We had a fabulous graduation ceremony which the team arranged and it was perfect! I highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter is naturally shy but runs into nursery, is upset to leave even after a long day and has formed genuine bonds with the staff and some peers. Sadly, she's now moving on to "big school" nursery.

I cannot recommend this wonderful nursery enough! There is so much indoor and outdoor space, filled with brilliant activities that keep the children constantly busy. Sending my kids here means I never have to worry, because the communication is excellent and we always know what they are up to. Wendy is a great manager who is always hands-on and quick to solve any problems. The team is young, full of energy, and incredibly engaging. I highly recommend them to any parent!

When we had additional support from the early help team the management engaged and supported my son but as soon as they discharged the case the management have been disengaged, been lied to and completely deceived. If I could go back I wish I never encountered this childcare setting. My son has been let down massively.
