Day Nurseries Owned by Your Coop Little Pioneers in Warwickshire

I really appreciate the hard work, patience, and dedication of the nursery staff. Would highly recommend !

Friendly staff, very attentive to all children. You get updates throughout the day letting you know about what your child has been up to. My son development has come along very well since being here. All round a fantastic nursery.

The facilities are also really lovely and I am very happy we chose here.

Thank you to the whole team for giving our little girl such a wonderful start.

Overall, it's a lovely nursery with a great team, and it's reassuring knowing our daughter is happy and in such good hands. We're really pleased with our experience so far.

All staff are so friendly and supportive of a first time mum who hates leaving her 10 month old who hates being left but they take really good care of her and she settles and plays and is very happy eventually.

Our son is very happy, very much improved communication, easy to do business with, very friendly and caring staff and management, very good opening ours, parking spaces not a problem as supermarket is just around the corner

Thank you for taking such good care of her.

But not only are they supportive of the children's individual needs but they are supportive of me as a mother and my needs. If you just need a quick chat, or are feeling a little off about something they are always there to listen and assist where they can. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Particular shout out to Nicky (manager), Kelly and Jemima (Little Explorers), Charlotte & Rachel (little creators), Zoe, Uzma, Nima, Micaela & Weronkia (little learners)

She loves it there and we love it!

We absolutely love this nursery! Our son joined when he was just 7 months old, and he has grown and developed so much during his time here. The staff are wonderful-so caring and attentive-and we love all the engaging activities he gets to take part in every day. The facilities are always spotlessly clean, giving us complete peace of mind. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend it to any family!

Our child has been attending Little Pioneers since March 2026 and we have had a fantastic experience through 2 different rooms. All of the staff we have been lucky enough to have looking after her have been amazing, particularly Alan, Amy, Morgan, and more recently Sarah. We love hearing about her days and get lots of updates on the app which really make us feel comforted when being away from our child at work. Thank you everyone at Little Pioneers.

The app gives us updates throughout the day of meals, naps, nappies and photos of them enjoying different activities, and gives us the opportunity to message them too. Our son LOVES the food, there has been such a range offered and he has tried and enjoyed so many nutritious new meals. He also naps so well there and they let us/our child guide the times of these rather than our child fitting into their schedule.

I'm genuinely grateful to the whole team for the care.

The entire staff of nursery is very co-operative, humble and friendly. I feel safe and satisfied when my kid is at nursery. My child has learnt so many things at nursery which would have been difficult without the efforts staff put in. My child absolutely loves being at nursery and at times denies to leave nursery and come home, this behaviour itself shows how comfortable he feels in nursery with staff around it. Thank you to the office and nursery staff for such delightful experience for us as parents and for my child.

Little Pioneers Leamington is an outstanding nursery. All staff are incredibly professional, kind, caring and thoughtful. They regularly go out of their way to support the learning and development of the children in their care and our son's benefitted greatful from individualised and personalised proactive planning and care. The food is exceptional and I cannot fault this nursery. I have always felt confident that our children are safe, loved and thriving.

My little girl has been in Little Explorers for 3 months now and she has settled so well. The staff are absolutely wonderful, she loves to greet them each morning with a smile. The activities they do and resources they have are fantastic, she loves playing with the sandpit and slide especially. She is taught so much and her confidence has come on leaps and bounds. The communication between staff and parents are great, the meals on offer are really good and my daughter eats them all happily. The nursery is clean and safe. Would highly recommend and have nothing bad to say at all :)

The staff at the nursery really care about the child's wellbeing and development. My son is happy to go in each day and is thriving under their care. They adapt their styles to meet the individual child's needs.

Creators room staff are excellent. My daughter is currently in there & has come on so much in her speech, confidence & skills. The team go above & beyond to make sure she's well looked after & if I have concerns about something they will pay close attention to that. The facilities are great too; always clean & she loves the forest area which has been a god send during the heatwave as they can still safely enjoy being outdoors.

The staff are so kind and caring, creating a safe and nurturing environment. They support development through fun, engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. It's wonderful to see how much our daughter has grown, both socially and emotionally, since attending.
