Overall Experience

I couldn't be happier with this nursery. My son comes home so happy, he is learning so much new things, he is only 21 months old and is socialising so much! The staff is really great and super caring. I highly recommend Little Pioneers Nursery at Watford Junction.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending Co-op Watford Junction Nursery for the past three years, and we couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff are incredibly supportive, nurturing, and attentive to each child's individual needs. They focus on her overall development, encourage her interests,

and continuously help her grow in confidence and skills. The nursery offers a wide range of engaging indoor and outdoor activities that contribute to the children's all-round development. We are truly pleased and grateful to all the nursery staff for their dedication and the wonderful environment they create every day.

So glad our kid got a place here. He has been here since Jan 2024 and he absolutely loves it. From baby room to butterflies and now in pre school. I would like to thank all key workers in all class for it and would like to name a few as my kid fondly remembers: Diana, Katie, Beth, Laurent, Sarah C,

Both of my girls have gone to this nursery and they are like family. My kids love all the staff there and have learnt so much thanks to them. The staff are caring , supportive and are so welcoming . They update you regularly on how your child is getting on. Nothing is ever too much for them. I will

miss them all when my daughter moves to big school. Can't recommend this nursery enough! The best nursery. Also my daughter absolutely loves all the food there, and is always happy trying new things.

Overall Experience

We were lucky to get a place in this nursery after waiting just a few months. It was the only available place in the whole area, and we are truly grateful for it.
I want to thank the manager, who is always in touch and ready to help with any questions. She explains everything clearly and is very supportive.
I'm

especially thankful to the teachers. They are kind, caring, and truly love children. I understand how difficult this job is, every child has their own personality and mood, but the teachers manage to find the right approach.
When I leave my child at nursery, I feel completely at peace, knowing he is in good hands, well taken care of, and safe.
My son loves coming here.
I'm very thankful to the whole team for helping my son grow, learn, and develop. He has learned so many things thanks to them, and I couldn't be happier.

Overall Experience

I could not have wished for a better nursery.
A safe, nurturing and learning environment for my child. When I drop him off for his day, I have peace of mind that he is cared for, and I can see the love he has key worker and nursery staff.
They offer a variety of meal and I've even ask the chef for

the recipes as he eat it all every time.

The nursery is a well oil machine to a high standard and is run by truly caring and compassionate people. They have provided support and advise as a new mum navigating the return to work. There is a reason they have outstanding Ofsted status!

Overall Experience

We have our second child at this nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent. The recent refurb in 2024 has truly transformed the space - it's now clean, modern, and provides a wonderful environment for the little ones to learn and grow. The team has done an amazing job with the upgrades, and

it's evident in the overall feel of the nursery.
The staff are incredibly friendly, always welcoming, and genuinely care about the children. One of the things I particularly appreciate is the handovers at the end of the day, which are always detailed and thoughtful, giving me confidence that my child is well looked after.
Additionally, the new family app is fantastic! It's such an easy way to stay up to date with anything nursery-related, from daily updates to upcoming events.
A huge thank you to the whole team for their hard work and dedication - you've created a wonderful place for the children!

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was ten months old. She is now three and in their pre-school and I have seen her develop so much since being there. She only joined the pre-school in January but settled in very quickly and I am amazed to hear from her what she has learnt already!

The nursery staff are extremely welcoming and not only do they care for your child, but for your whole family. I have found them to be extremely supportive, kind and caring and go above and beyond what I expect from a nursery. My child will stay at this nursery until she starts Reception and I would recommend it to any parent. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff have been absolutely wonderful throughout with our daughter which has definitely made the whole process much more seamless.

Absolutely professional and well-managed nursery! Our experience here has been fantastic. We are an Asian family with a 3-year-old, and from the very beginning, we felt welcomed. The nursery takes care of every little detail, from a safe entrance and well-equipped playrooms to regular communication

updates through their app.
The management truly makes parents feel included, and the way they welcome and settle children so comfortably is commendable. They keep us informed about all key moments throughout the day with child-specific updates, which is very reassuring.
The nursery is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I'm still in awe as how well established this nursery is. The peace of mind i have when I leave my baby every morning is unheard of. I definitely did not expect to feel at ease and much less him adapting so quickly and well to being apart from us. This is all thanks to the brilliant and knowledgeable

staff that makes him feel welcome, loved, heard and safe. We could not have chosen a better nursery. From the staff to the management, everyone is a true star.
I recommend them a 100000%. Ah! It's also great for commuters which is a plus. It's all advantages with them.

Overall Experience

Our kids have been going to this nursery since they were 1 year old, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. What truly makes this place special is the amazing staff. They are caring, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy and well looked after.
While the facility

is simple and practical, it's the warmth and dedication of the team that make it such a wonderful environment. Both of our kids absolutely love being here, and it's clear how much effort the staff put into creating a safe, fun, and nurturing space for the children.
We're so grateful for everything they do and couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough!
