Overall Experience
We have been very happy with the care and support provided by the nursery team. The staff are dedicated, caring and have worked incredibly hard, especially during recent periods of extreme heat.
However, we remain concerned about the nursery environment during heatwaves, particularly the temperature conditions in some rooms. This is not an individual concern - multiple families have raised similar concerns and formal complaints regarding overheating.
While we appreciate the concerns have been acknowledged, families currently have limited visibility of clear commitments, planned improvements or a timeline for action. Interim measures such as fans have been introduced, but from our experience they do not appear to provide a sufficient long-term solution.

We recognise this is not within the control of the nursery team and is ultimately a facilities and infrastructure matter requiring group-level attention which wasn't handled well.

Overall Experience
I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done for my son, they make you feel so welcomed and the love they have for the children makes the drop offs so much easier (especially when they first start) it puts your mind at ease.
The staff have been so supportive with my son and have helped him progress so much in the time he has spent here. He will be leaving in August to start his new adventure in primary and I couldn't have picked a better nursery to send him to, all the staff have made such an impact for him. They have so many different activities for the children to do during the day and there is never a dull moment there for the children. The meals are great and healthy for the children and the nursery is very clean. The nursery gives such family vibes within the staff and the children also.
They definitely go above and beyond!
I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

I know my son will miss every one of you thank you again for the wonderful memories.

Amazing nursery and staff members, very careful and dedicated, at first I was worried that my son was too little, as he was only 8 months when we started nursery. He loves it and smiles every time I leave him at the nursery and even cries when I take it home. Kids in the nursery seem very happy and outgoing and I totally think it is the merit of the staff members.

I could not fault this nursery or the staff if I wanted to - even at busy times when the staff are so busy they still have a smile and stop what their doing to update you on your child's day, the managers are always helping and stepping in when an extra pair of hands are needed. The chef is always happy and cooks such lovely meals and the children seem to love it it's really sweet to see them all sitting eating together. Everyone here makes me feel like my son is cared for, we love and appreciate everyone here and are proud to be apart of this amazing family thank you to you all

Overall Experience

All i want for my child is a caring environment where she can socialise, play and learn. I found everything i was looking for at Little Pioneers. My daughter has an amazing keyworker who closely watches her development and communicates with me on a regular basis. My daughter loves her so much that everynight before she goes to sleep she says goodnight to her and all her friends at the nursery. The office staff go out of their way to help us arrange extra sessions. I think the nursery would probably benefit from hiring more permanent staff, and a sensory room.

My daughter has attended this wonderful nursery since March 2025. From the very beginning, the initial meeting with Kim, the Nursery Manager, all through our settling her into the butterfly room with the help of the lovely staff and then the progression onto preschool, i cannot fault the nursery or staff at all. They are an incredible team filled with fantastic women that work as a family to help provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment for our children as I have seen with my very own eyes. My child has excelled in her confidence in both speaking and herself, and I cannot thank the nursery enough! Every single time my child comes home from nursery and learns a new word or sentence it warms my heart and it's all due to the time spent at this nursery. The nursery is also incredible at celebrating all cultures and religions, through small events they have and host at the nursery to make children and families of all cultures and religions feel welcomed, understood and recognised.

Not had the best experience with this nursery lately. Meddling and lying staff about conditions of my children which has led to issues regarding seeing my children. Namely the team leader has been stirring trouble telling me my children have conditions then when asking for medication, being told as their father I am not allowed. My kids were moved to this nursery without consent and whilst I am happy with their learning, the friendliness and honesty of the some of the staff there leave a lot to be desired. Preferred the other nursery my children were at due to transparency and honesty. Would not recommend.

I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. The staff in the Butterflies room are absolutely amazing, and I want to give a special mention to Jemma and Anne Marie, who have truly gone above and beyond for both me and my son.
As a single, full-time working parent, finding a nursery that not only cares for your child but genuinely supports you as well means everything. They have made my life so much easier, and I couldn't ask for more.
Since starting here, my son's communication skills have come on so much. His confidence has grown, his social skills have developed beautifully, and he now has so many little friends. Most importantly, he genuinely loves coming to nursery, which says it all.

Thank you for everything you do for me and my son. It does not go unappreciated.

All staff are welcoming and lovely. My child loves it there. Honestly gonna be so sad when in a few years he has to go to regular school. They are so patience with him not saying many words. I honestly love this nursery!! Everything about it is just so great. The staff are supportive, and incredibly patient - they truly do their jobs with passion.
I was very hesitant when my child first started, but they supported us from day one. Even with food, if my child asks for more, they happily give it. They keep the children engaged with a variety of activities, all thoughtfully tailored to support each child's development.
We had some concerns about our child, and they worked closely with us to address them. Now my child goes in happily and says "bye bye!"
There are CCTV cameras throughout, which gives great peace of mind as everything is secure and traceable if needed. They also use an excellent app that's regularly updated with details about meals, sleep, nappy changes, plus photos and activity updates twice a week.

They also offer discounts during specific months, which they announce in advance - giving parents the opportunity to book extra days at a reduced price.

Absolutely love this nursery! So happy I found them. The staff are all so kind and caring, they support my child in all ways possible and always keep me updated with his development. We have only joined the nursery in January. The experience is good so far. Thank you to the staff and management.

My daughter has settled well, she seems that she enjoys time at nursery. She has been calm and does no screen time when she comes home, she seems a happy child which I believe wouldn't be if she were not happy at nursery.

Staff are very attentive to my child and present in play and learning. All friendly and welcoming and make my child feel at ease despite changes with her allocated key worker.

The food served is nutritional and varies week to week on a rotation which is good to enhance children's palates and discourage fussy eating

An outstanding nursery that prioritises both fun and holistic development. My daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since joining. My son had only been at the nursery for 2 weeks and I can honestly say he's enjoyed every step so far. He made some very bit improvements since going and I couldn't thought this nursery enough they are one amazing team and I would recommend this nursery to any parents out there
