Overall Experience
I find the staff at Little Pioneers Apley to be friendly, supportive and great communicators. My daughter has formed great bonds with everyone she has come into contact with. She is happy and content each time she is dropped off for her days.

I highly recommend this nursery to so many friends.

Overall Experience
The nursery are very efficient in regard to joining the nursery, the process was very quick and we had a lot of communication leading up to my child joining to make sure they had sufficient settling in sessions.
The nursery care for the children a lot and my child enjoys coming to nursery. The extra activities such as parent stay and play was enjoyable and my child really enjoyed it. Would love to see more of this, if we have any concerns or worries the setting is very quick to help and answer any questions.

Good variety of food, a healthy eating nursery so snacks can be a bit hit and miss with my child. But overall a lovely setting.

Excellent nursery made by a wonderful team who have gone the extra mile and really helped our son settle in to nursery and then pre school. They have provided excellent feedback on his development and really have helped and guided all of us really. Highly recommend.

Very lovely staff our son's key workers are amazing with him , he has learned so much and become more confident since he started nursery, always updated on the app so we know everything that is going on good or bad. Few incidents that have happened but I think they staff have managed it well and informed us of everything,

I would just like to say a big thanks to Vicky for helping my son settle in this month. It is very transparent that he feels very comfortable with her. The staff have so much resilience, I have not received a call to collect my child if they do struggle to settle him. We have seen a massive change in his attitude and willingness to go to pre-school. I'm am so impressed with all the activities and facilities available there. Also, thanks to Courtney who has helped too. I am so excited for my child's future journey at little pioneers.

Little Pioneers Apley have supported our child following a poor experience in another setting. The staff have shown compassion and care to ensure she felt welcomed and supported from day one.
It is a modern new building with a garden with lots of natural material toys and climbing/slides rather than being reliant on plastic. There are raised beds to support wildlife and learning about nature.
Parents are kept updated through the app with lots of photos of learning and experiences including mini spa session, yoga and sushi making.

The nursery rooms are big which was been great during this transition year and the different places available I.e. quiet corner for a nap.

Overall Experience
Great nursery with welcoming and friendly staff. The app is usually kept up to date with our child's daily routine throughout the day. Staff are friendly and if you phone or message over the app with any questions or query they are quick to respond.
The nursery has lots of varying activities for our child to partake in on the days he is in to keep him engaged and curious. They also have an open door policy allowing access to outdoor area throughout the day.
We are kept up to date with our sons learning through monthly updates from his key worker with pictures included to see how he is getting on and skills he has improved. It also identifies on areas they will focus on in the next month and things we can do at home to aid this learning.

The food is varied and nutritious and is a nice variation to food we offer at home. Snacks are regularly offered throughout the day.

Overall Experience
The nursery is beautiful, with fantastic facilities and a wide variety of toys and activities for the children each day. We especially love the wooden furniture and toys, which create a warm and inviting environment. Our daughter loves being there and feels safe and comfortable.
However, as parents, we have found that the staff's approach to care and responsiveness to parental feedback hasn't always met our expectations. We feel, with continued staff training and experience, the staff could enhance their approach and provide the high standards of care needed to make this a true 5-star nursery.

This nursery currently doesn't accommodate flexible requests even when it's agreed days to allow for staff planing. This is a big disadvantage for working parents.

My son started when apley little pioneers first opened their doors. He had a difficult start due to his separation anxiety, the staff were brilliant with him and always reassured him throughout his day there. He now goes everyday and he loves it. Best decision I made was sending him to little pioneers Apley! Always welcomed with a smile and always helpful when needed.
Would recommend this nursery to anyone.

The nursery from the show round to settling in sessions, to our son starting was just what we hoped for!
The staff & the management office are always smiling, happy to help and really inviting.
Our son started at the nursery when it first opened and is really enjoying his time, he's always happy to go, loves playing with all the toys and garden!
Little explorers the room he is in now, the staff take such good care of him, sometimes he doesn't even want to go home!
We can't wait to see him explore and develop through the years at the nursery.

My son has really settled into baby room and has built a great relationship with his key worker. He is happy to see me walk out now and enjoys having outdoor access all day and all the fun learning activities they do. I am updated well throughout the day with photos and I'm able to message the staff through the app and call when I like for updates.

From day one at this nursery we have felt like part of the family. My daughter loves being there and has made fantastic progress here.
I was concerned as my daughter has complex and changing health needs and these have always been put first and at everyone knows how best to support her with these.
Any questions I've ever had have always been answered very quickly and without judgement.

We are always greeted with a smile at the office and by anyone we bump into around the nursery and then when we get to baby room she is greeted with the biggest smiles and welcome.

I honestly could not have picked a better nursery for my daughter I can't wait to watch her progress even more throughout the nursery.

Little Pioneers at Apley is an incredible nursery!
The reception team are always welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist with any queries. The team in Little Explorers are truly amazing; attentive, caring, and so lovely with the children. Our son took a little while to settle in, but the staff were so patient and reassuring, making us feel confident that he was in the best hands.
There's a variety of amazing activities to keep the children engaged. One of the things we really appreciate is the effort put into catering to our son's specific dietary needs-the cook ensures he has a variety of delicious meals every day.
The app is also a great touch, keeping us regularly updated on our son's day, which helps us feel connected even when we're apart. We feel so reassured leaving him here and honestly can't thank the team enough for the care and dedication they show every day.

We're so glad we chose Little Pioneers at Apley and would highly recommend it to other parents!

Absolutely amazing nursery! I cannot thank you enough for all the help and support with my little one. After a bad experience elsewhere I was very worried about my little one settling in and I can honestly say I had no need to worry! The staff are so friendly and caring, my little girl has already come on in leaps and bounds! Nothing is a Hastle and any queries I've had with starting up etc has been no trouble to the staff.

I couldn't be happier with the care and support my child receives here. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They've created a nurturing, fun, and safe environment where my child feels confident and excited to learn every day.
The activities are thoughtfully planned, encouraging creativity, curiosity, and independence. I've seen so much growth in my child's social skills, language development, and confidence since starting here. The team also does a fantastic job with communication, keeping me updated regularly on my child's progress.

It's clear that the staff truly care about each child's well-being and development. I feel completely at ease knowing my child is in such capable and caring hands. Thank you for all that you do you've made a huge positive impact on our family!

The nursery is lovely, warm and welcoming. From walking into the reception and the classrooms your met with a hello and smile. Our child's needs are always put first, the support she has had over the few months since she has started has been amazing. The communication is great from drop off and pick up. As a first time mom I feel like my child is safe, well looked after and really cared for by everyone in her room. The activities are great fun and great ideas for other parents. I couldn't fault anything and couldn't imagine sending her anywhere else. Also regarding the food there is always a big variety for all and the kids love it. My little one loves everything the cook makes.
