Your Co-op Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school Watford Junction

We've loved the last year in Little Creators! It's been such a supportive and friendly environment, all the staff are amazing, especially our key worker and room leader. The detailed handover at the end of the day and wow moments are great, we couldn't be happier there.

My daughter is naturally shy but runs into nursery, is upset to leave even after a long day and has formed genuine bonds with the staff and some peers. Sadly, she's now moving on to "big school" nursery.

We would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

We have had a wonderful experience with this nursery and would definitely recommend to other families. We were well supported through the settling in process, and since then our daughter has been really happy attending and well looked after. The staff are brilliant and make lots of effort to create a wide variety of activities for the children which are both educational and fun. The nursery building itself is lovely, it was refurbished a couple of years ago and has good sized classrooms and a big playground. We are grateful for all the help from the staff in encouraging our daughter's development and we will really miss the nursery and the team!

I cannot thank enough Little Pioneers for the lovely time they provide to my adorable son. Recently he doesn't want to go home, as he loves his peers. His social life is improving so much, as he has so much fun every day. The activities provided to him are so interesting that he's becoming more and more curious and this is great to see in a child. The staff is lovely and very caring. I can't recommend Little Pioneers more.

The biggest endorsement is my daughter looks forward to going to nursery everyday, loves her carers and friends there. So much effort and care is put in to ensure the kids are well taken care of, their social and emotional needs are fulfilled and attention is paid to their overall development in a holistic way

My baby started with little pioneers in January at 10 months old. I was extremely anxious about leaving him with total strangers and it was a really difficult transition for me going back to work. The team were so understanding, supportive and reassuring. I would get daily pictures as soon as he settled which really gave me an opportunity to relax a little knowing he was settling pretty quickly after I left him. Fast forward 2 months and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. He is a totally different boy - so confident and happy! A huge mention to some of Shea's favourite staff members - Emily, Asmaul, Leela and Zainab - thank you guys so much for taking such good care of Shea!

My son has just started at the nursery, and the settling in process has been great. The staff have been amazing with him and have really helped him, and me, to feel comfortable and happy. My daughter has been attending Co-op Watford Junction Nursery for the past three years, and we couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff are incredibly supportive, nurturing, and attentive to each child's individual needs. They focus on her overall development, encourage her interests, and continuously help her grow in confidence and skills. The nursery offers a wide range of engaging indoor and outdoor activities that contribute to the children's all-round development. The early starts of 7am work brilliantly for my work commute and the communication from staff to parents is consistent.

I have been seeing constant improvement in my son’s behaviour since he started nursery in Co-op Childcare. The ladies are very caring and involved. The schedule is flexible when needed as well. My son is really excited to go there!

My son adores the nursery and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. My son has learned so much since he started at Watford Junction Co-op and is truly thriving. Staff are really supportive and have helped me manage a few difficult behavioural phases like biting and “no” which has been so incredibly helpful. The nursery also has a great balance between structured days for the children and allowing children to flourish freely. Can’t recommend this nursery enough and shoutout to all the amazing staff who care for the children as if they were their own.
