I'm very happy with the nursery. I like to know how my child is getting on during the day and enjoy the updates via the app showing me what my child is up to. I also get updated with important information about feed times etc. One of the most important things for me is that my child gets to go outside during nursery hours, and I know that they get to go on trips/outings with the staff.
We sent both of our children to Monkey Puzzle from 1 year old, my eldest has just left the over 2's room and my youngest is in the baby room. Overall we are really happy with the nursery, it has a lovely community feel, the staff are really friendly and give regular updates throughout the day. They get involved in lots of activities and also venture outside of the nursery to feed the ducks, trips to the park, and picnics. We are really happy with our decision to choose Monkey Puzzle for our children.
As parents, we are so happy with our decision to send our daughter to Monkey Puzzle Ware. Our daughter loves going to nursery and has learnt so much since starting at 12 months old (now 19 months). Her speech and physical skills have immensely improved from going to nursery and we are so grateful to all the staff for this. The staff are wonderful and provide us with updates every day, and will always call if needed. The activities the children encourage our daughter to be inquisitive. Our daughter also always eats well at nursery and the menus are great. We will always highly recommend Monkey Puzzle to our friends.

I've really appreciated the insight and detail received during the focus week with clear insight into development milestones.
They bring in great external educators alongside taking the children on excursions into town.
The staff are on the whole great, with regular updates and consider all concerns made if needed.
The food the children are given offers a wide variety.
The activities are a broad range and we love that they have animals on site for the children to look after and they take the children out on trips.

Monkey Puzzle Ware has been a great nursery for our children. The staff really care about the children and the day-to-day activities. Lots of thought goes into learning through play and the children leading the way with their interests which I really like. The children often go on day trips to the park, to feed the ducks, go for a hot chocolate or go to forest school and the activities they do at the nursery are great too. Lots of messy, imaginative and group activities which my son loves!
The staff are amazingly supportive and understand us as a family rather than just the individual children and there is a community feel to the nursery.
The transition from the baby room to the over 2's room could be a bit more seamless and I know the staff are working hard to help children and parents with the transition.
Overall, we're really happy with Monkey Puzzle!

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle for 4 years and just left to go to school. My son also attends and has been at the nursery for a year. The nursery delivers great communication, care and activities. They take children offsite and give them experiences other nurseries wouldn't. We have been extremely happy with their progress and their social development has come on leaps and bounds!

Hi I am Swati and I am the proud owner of Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery, Ware. I started my career as a Montessori training assistant in my family school back in India, set up by my maternal grandmother who was herself directly trained by Dr. Maria Montessori. With this background and my ever inclination to work with children and being a mum myself I started childminding and was recognised as an ‘Outstanding’ Childminder by Ofsted in their Inspection.
I worked in City of London for 6 years within Administration and Group Risk and Compliance team in a Multinational Company which gave me a sound footing on Health and Safety and Compliance aspects and importance of Training and Development. During this stint I was given ‘’Team Player of the Year Award’’
With my professional and family background, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge back into my most cherished and a very noble industry, that forms the very foundation of our society and so Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Ware has become a dream come true.
Hi! I’m Amy and I’m the nursery area manager at Monkey Puzzle Ware and Monkey Bishop Stortford. I started my journey in Ware in 2017. After a big move from Kent I was working in a busy day nursery which despite the beautiful setting and grounds I knew wasn’t for me, I met with Swati for an interview at the nursery and knew instantly this was the team I wanted to work within. I started as the room leader for the toddler room and worked my way up from there.
I graduated in 2015 with a BSc in Early Childhood Studies and Sociology from Canterbury Christ Church University, from undertaking numerous placements while completing my Level 3 qualification I knew that the early years were the sector for me, I just had to decide the age of the children I wanted to work with. I started my childcare career in Deal, Kent where I was a practitioner in a small community nursery in which I had undertaken a placement. The nursery only enrolled children between the ages of 2-4yo so at this point I had no experience within a baby room. When we moved from Kent to Hertfordshire, I fancied a change and ended up in a busy baby room of a private day nursery. Now with experience of all early year age groups I can say that I thoroughly enjoy working in each one and honestly couldn’t pick a favourite. I had a strong vision for the nursery when I started as manager and am proud to have been involved in the most recent Ware Ofsted inspection in which we received a good grading.
