We couldn't be happier with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Romford, it has been a truly fabulous nursery for our daughter since she was 11 months old. The staff are kind, caring, and incredibly nurturing, always going above and beyond to make the children feel safe and valued. The provision is fantastic, with so many opportunities for children to develop both socially and academically. The building itself is bright, purpose-built, and absolutely fab! Amazing nursery! The staff are all so friendly and caring and have really gone above and beyond my expectations for a nursery, I was so worried about sending my daughter to nursery but the staff are so good at keeping me updated throughout the day, this includes updates on all her meals, nappy changes and activities she's taken part in. If I ever want an update on how she's doing, I just drop them a message and I get a reply within minutes with an update. My daughter feels safe with the staff here and even asks to see them when she isn't there - this is a huge positive and I feel like I can trust every single member of staff with my daughter. I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone at Monkey Puzzle Romford for making mine and my daughters transition into nursery such an easy, positive and amazing experience.
