My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was just 1 year old, and now at 4, I can honestly say choosing this nursery was one of the best decisions we ever made.
From her very first days, the staff have shown incredible care, patience, and dedication. Over the years, I have watched my daughter
grow not only academically, but emotionally, socially, and confidently. The progress she has made is truly amazing. She has developed strong communication skills, independence, creativity, and a genuine love for learning - all thanks to the nurturing environment this nursery provides. The staff goes above and beyond for every child. They take the time to understand each child's personality, strengths, and needs, and they support them with so much warmth and professionalism.
I always feel confident knowing my daughter is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for every single day. This nursery has played a huge role in shaping who my daughter is today, and I will always be grateful !!!

We are extremely happy with this kindergarten and couldn't recommend it more! The teachers are truly wonderful - caring, patient, and very dedicated to the children. Our son absolutely adores them and is always excited to go every day. We have seen such positive development in him since he started here,
both emotionally and socially. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he is in such a warm, safe, and supportive environment. We highly recommend this kindergarten with full confidence!

I highly recommend this nursery! The staff are very attentive and caring with the children, and the environment is safe, clean, and welcoming. The activities are varied and greatly support the children's development, both educationally and socially. You can really see the team's dedication and professionalism,
and the communication with parents is excellent. A wonderful place for children!

We couldn't be happier with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Romford, it has been a truly fabulous nursery for our daughter since she was 11 months old. The staff are kind, caring, and incredibly nurturing, always going above and beyond to make the children feel safe and valued. The provision is fantastic,
with so many opportunities for children to develop both socially and academically. The building itself is bright, purpose-built, and absolutely fab! We highly recommend it to any parent looking for a warm and inspiring environment for their child.

My child has been attending this nursery for two years, starting at the original Chadwell Heath site and now at the new Romford location. The move has taken an already brilliant setting to an even higher level. The new site is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and my little one is thriving
there.
They are learning so much every day - their confidence, language, and independence have grown enormously. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They know the children well, create a warm atmosphere, and make drop-offs feel easy and reassuring.
We've had such a positive experience from the very beginning, and I'm so grateful for the nurturing environment they've created. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child will feel happy, supported, and inspired to learn.

Amazing nursery! The staff are all so friendly and caring and have really gone above and beyond my expectations for a nursery, I was so worried about sending my daughter to nursery but the staff are so good at keeping me updated throughout the day, this includes updates on all her meals, nappy changes
and activities she's taken part in. If I ever want an update on how she's doing, I just drop them a message and I get a reply within minutes with an update. My daughter feels safe with the staff here and even asks to see them when she isn't there - this is a huge positive and I feel like I can trust every single member of staff with my daughter. I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone at Monkey Puzzle Romford for making mine and my daughters transition into nursery such an easy, positive and amazing experience. I can't wait to see how she progresses with the help of all of you lovely ladies. I couldn't recommend you enough and couldn't be happier I chose Monkey Puzzle x

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 18 months old and it was still located at Chadwell Heath, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better start for her. The staff are incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, and they genuinely take the time to understand each child as an individual.
I've seen such wonderful growth in her confidence and development during her time here.
Communication has always been excellent, and I've always felt reassured knowing she was happy, safe, and thriving.
The move to the new location has been fantastic, the space is brighter, more spacious, and an even better environment for the children, while still keeping the same nurturing and welcoming feel that makes this nursery so special.
I'm so grateful to the amazing staff for everything they've done and would highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a supportive and caring setting for their child. My nephew will be attending later this year also. We trust this place!
