The staff and the atmosphere at this nursery is 10/10. My son absolutely loves coming to nursery and is thriving from milestone to milestone. At the start like most kids my son didn't settle instantly but the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help settle him in. They even gave
him extra settling sessions until they felt he was ready, I am so glad we picked monkey puzzle for him. Being a working parent can come with a lot of guilt but knowing that my son is in great care and most importantly enjoying himself,and developing the skills needed for pre school/school definitely helps take some of that weight off. I would recommend this nursery a million times over.

Our little boy has been in Monkey Puzzle for just over a year, starting in Babies and moving to Toddlers. As a parent, you want your child at nursery to be safe, to develop and to have fun. We certainly feel that this is the case for him! The biggest asset of the nursery is the staff. Everyone from
management to the room staff are friendly and approachable with any questions, and it's clear they have such a lovely relationship with the children. Our son happily goes in each morning, which shows how great the nursery is. Thank you MP Purley

My daughter runs in with the biggest smile on her face for "nursery time" most days. She's been celebrated for her confidence and allowed to flourish. Staff are personable, caring women I am happy for my child to learn and grow with. The management team are supportive with additional days and I'm a
big fan of the direction they are taking the nursery in with extra curricular activities like football and science.

Monkey Puzzle is a great place for my daughter to grow. She loves to go there, meet her carers and friends. Have a good routine there, playing well, eating well, sleeping well and learning things with great funs.

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle Purley when she turned 1. She recently moved from the Baby Room to the Toddler Room which was a bit of a transition, but the staff in the Toddler Room have been great with helping her settle. Every time I pick her up, I have to chase her as she is having so much
fun, she doesn't want to leave. I particularly like the garden and like that they spend a lot of time outdoors. The Toddler team are more thorough with the observations they send, and are better at capturing photos of our daughter during the day, which wasn't always the case in the Baby Room. The activities look stimulating, fun and varied and my daughter always seems very engaged. My only negative feedback would be the recent hike in fees.

A very warm and friendly nursery. All staff members know my child.
Get regular updates and easy to contact the team via the app. When we first joined they were really sensitive with the settle-in time.
I love how they always have a topic of the day. E.g. World Friendship Day or Teddy Day. They do
loads of extra stuff eg going to the local fire station, external weekly science lessons, weekly football coaches coming in.
My little one has made some really strong friendships there and the staff really helped with the slow transition from the baby room toddler room.
Great location with transport links.

We're very happy with the service and care provided at Monkey Puzzle Purley, it's been great to see positive changes discussed and implemented such as a stronger focus on removing heavily processed foods from the menu. The staff are incredibly caring and you really feel you're leaving your child in
safe hands. They are also very accommodating of any specific needs or requirements. It will be great to see the nursery continue to implement these positive changes and carry on being a great, safe place for our child to develop and grow.

Our son loves Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery and we are so happy with our choice.
Our child feels secure and happy and is very well looked after.
It is very well structured and organised with much thought to your child's development. The nursery staff are wonderful with our son and he clearly loves his
time with them all. The staff plan so many brilliant activities for the children and I am amazed by how much my son is learning all the time.

Our son has such a wonderful time at the Monkey Puzzle, he started in the toddler room initially in Feb 2023 and then moved into the preschool room. The team are nurturing and kind and he loves his time with them. They have taken the time to really understand our son and he feels so comfortable there,
it’s heartwarming to see his personality bloom. He can’t wait to get there in the morning and has so much fun every day playing with his friends and engaging in all the activities. The communication on email and on the app is clear and detailed. Pick-up time is always lovely as the handover is thorough and useful for us as parents. We wholeheartedly recommend Monkey Puzzle.

My son started attending Monkey Puzzle at the beginning of September and already we can see a noticeable improvement in his development and key milestones.
The staff and management are absolutely fantastic and have ensured that my son’s development needs and care plans are met.
To see how much my
son’s confidence has grown within a few short weeks of commencing is a testament to the brilliant staff and the excellent facilities.

I had a lovely experience with the Purley branch. I will give the nursery 5 stars on cleanliness and hygiene. My child loved going there and all the teachers are lovely. I would like to say special thanks to the staff for taking such good care of my child, who has made a special bond with the teachers.

I viewed several local nurseries for my daughter and Monkey Puzzle easily stood out for me. The staff are very friendly and attentive to our daughter's needs. She has settled in really well and is learning a lot through the various activities they plan. I’m very happy we chose to send her here and plan

We are more than happy with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. Our little girl seems the happiest ever and seems like she doesn’t want to leave when we try to take her home. My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Purley in February. She does shed a little tear whenever I drop her off but when I go pick her up she’s always very happy and bouncing around excited to tell me all the fun stuff she has done in the day. The staff have been fantastic, my daughter really
has built a great bond with them. They have also been a listening ear if I’m going through anything and have even offered for me to come for a chat and a coffee. I can’t fault them at all! I would recommend this nursery to everyone

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Purley has been a fantastic environment for my child to thrive. The settling process was very smooth and my child gets the thorough care we would expect. The staff are all amazing, very attentive and sensitive to each child's need. The nursery itself is a new facility with
all the requirements a child would need to learn and develop. The environment is kept clean. It's a great place to support a child's development at whatever stage they are at. I would recommend the nursery to any parent wanting a safe, clean and happy environment for their child.
