Bright Horizons Moortown Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for the last 6 months and is in the Under 2s room and she loves it. Her development over the last few months has been amazing and I've no doubt that this has helped by being at BH. The staff are very supportive of not just my daughter but of myself and my husband and they clearly care about the children. The variety of meals they get served is also amazing - she eats better than I do! I would definitely recommend BH to all anyone.

My daughter attended Bright Horizons Moortown Day Nursery and Preschool from the age of 1 and a half to 3 years and we received incredible support from the team right from the start. They made a huge difference in easing the transition for both my husband and me, especially since we were new to the country. The first few days were tough for her but the staff went above and beyond to comfort me, reassuring me that she was in safe hands and giving me the confidence I needed. I will always be grateful for how much my daughter loved her time at the nursery and I still vividly remember watching her happily playing in the little play area with her friends. That image of her so engaged and joyful has stayed with me and I will never forget the happiness in her eyes when we picked her up each day. Your support made her time at Moortown truly special for both her and us, as parents. We will always cherish these memories and we wish you and the nursery all the very best for the future.

We are now equally excited for our son's journey here, knowing he will be in the best hands and will enjoy the same incredible experience. Bright Horizons Moortown has become such a special place for our family and we couldn't recommend it more highly!

Bright Horizons Moortown has been absolutely fantastic for my little girl. She arrived as a very shy and unsure 15-month-old and is leaving happy, confident and sociable. Each and every staff member that has cared for her has been interested and loving and I couldn't have asked for any more. The nursery is always spotless and clean and light and bright and a great environment for children. Two staff members are a brilliant team in the office and any problems that I have had have been sorted out quickly and they have always been supportive and lovely. I'm sad to be leaving Bright Horizons but I'm very thankful for the time my little girl has had there. We will miss everyone there.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing and truly lovely. They have played a crucial role in my daughter's growth and development. Every day she comes home excited, having had an amazing time. The care and dedication of the staff have made all the difference. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child.

Lovely nursery with great facilities but it's the staff who make it. All of them really make the effort to get to know your child and make you feel comfortable and reassured when you walk away after each drop-off.

Our daughter attended Bright Horizons at Moortown for 9 months, and we only moved due to moving house. The staff was so understanding during the first few weeks when she was settling in and allowed us to do plenty of settling in days prior to her start date. She settled in very quickly and was always so excited to arrive and see the staff and all the toys and activities she could play with. The activities changed each week and were always very varied. We were kept up to date regularly with what she was getting up to and had 121 meetings with her key worker on parents' evenings. She ate well, always had her nap and whenever we arrived to collect her at the end of the day she was always so content and happy. Would highly recommend it!

Bright Horizons Moortown is an exceptional nursery. It is extremely well managed and the staff are all attentive and knowledgeable, they genuinely care about the children and work hard to support them and plan engaging learning activities for them. Activities are based on evidence in early education and linked to curriculum foci. Communication is outstanding - staff give detailed feedback at the end of the day and throughout the day on the app. They are always striving to improve and develop and have an innovative approach to childcare. My son is very happy there and we are so grateful to have found this setting. We’ve recommended it to lots of people!

We are delighted with how well our daughter has settled in at Bright Horizons Moortown Day Nursery and Preschool since moving there in September. The team were so patient with supporting her in settling into the 2-3 room and she absolutely loves her days there. The staff are all lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble. Her key worker and the management team are especially fantastic and have really made the effort to get to know my daughter so she feels completely comfortable and happy with them. We don't hesitate to recommend the nursery to friends and are so pleased we made the move.

Excellent caring staff from nursery to preschool level. Lead by a strong motherly figure in the nursery manager who goes above and beyond for the parents. My 3-year-old daughter always feels cared for and has developed strong bonds with the staff which have already helped her with milestones such as talking and potty training.

My daughter attends the preschool at Bright Horizons Moortown and absolutely loves it! Her speech and skills have developed so much in the time she has attended, she is always excited to come home and tell me all about her day! The staff are so supportive and meet each child’s needs individually to the best of their ability. The activities available are not just fun but also help prepare for school and the nursery as a whole is outstanding.

The only downsides, not a massive amount of space, and pricey fees compared to local average.

I was nervous about my daughter starting nursery but I always feel reassurance when I contact them and they let me know what she has been doing and her development. I love the app they have too.
