My daughter had attended since December 2023 and we have had such wonderful experiences throughout. The staff are warm, kind and get to know the children and their parents so well which means it feels like a community not just a nursery. My youngest daughter started last year and again has had wonderful experiences and continues to do so. Beyond grateful for the staff, the management , their care and nothing ever being 'too much'! They really do go above and beyond.

We are provided with regular detailed development assessments and my daughter has bonded well with a number of keyworkers. All the activities are carefully planned and interesting. My daughter is encouraged to develop her skills. The overall atmosphere is joyful and calm, and all staff are attentive and helpful. We have previously sent my daughter to other childcare settings but none compare to this, I can't fault it. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. It makes such a difference for parents needing to return to work knowing their children are being well cared for by true professionals.

Hi, I am Rebecca, the Nursery Manager.
I have worked at Milford since 2004 and I became manager in 2012. I love supporting, caring and working with our families to ensure we provide excellent childcare for their children. I have two children of my own so I am able to work closely with parents that find leaving their children hard and sympathize with the challenges this brings as a parent. My door is always open to everyone.

I have been a part of the team here at Milford for eight years now, and have fulfilled many different roles during this time. I have worked my way up from a nursery nurse to my current position of Deputy Manager, gaining lots of valuable experience along the way.
I thoroughly enjoy working to support all our families and children at the nursery and love how no two days are ever the same in childcare.
I have a little girl of my own who I absolutely adore and we enjoy lots of traveling in our spare time.
