Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool, where a dedicated team provides exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

I feel very happy and impressed by the care, love and attention my child receives from the staff at Bright Horizons. The activity posts that are shown on the app are incredible, very child and age-appropriate. I have really noticed a big jump in my child's development since starting. I can't fault our
nursery at all and can't wait to continue the journey together.

Bright Horizons Springfields has been exceptional since my daughter started at four months old. As a single mother, their support has been invaluable. Staff always greet us with genuine smiles - they feel like family, not just childcare providers.
My little one progressed from Babies to Toddlers and
now Rising Threes, with kindness and love at every stage. The low staff turnover means consistent care from people we know and trust.
I appreciate how they ask about both our wellbeing - when my daughter wasn't sleeping well as an infant, they showed incredible empathy toward me too.
Having experienced another nursery, I can see the superior quality here. They've helped raise a confident, caring little girl and make a tremendous difference to our lives.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons Springfields to any parent seeking exceptional childcare from professionals who truly care.

The team at Bright Horizons Springfield Day Nursery and Preschool have been amazing from the very beginning. The team make sure they provide the best care to my child, the staff are friendly, supportive and compassionate. My child has a wonderful time there, every single day. It is wonderful to see

The nursery has not only given exceptional care to their emotional, social and physical health, they have also taken the time to know them as individuals and grow strong bonds with them. After three years at Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool, we are really happy with the care provided. Staff dedication is second to none and they are very friendly and caring. Our little one had an allergy and the nursery did everything they could to support us, taking it very seriously
and providing the meal adaptation needed. Our only perk would be the exclusive cost of this care and the impact in many families' decisions to have more children!

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Helen joined Bright Horizons Springfields Nursery in 1992 as a student whilst completing National B-Tec, gaining a full-time position in June 1994 as Nursery Nurse.


After a year she left for 8 months to become a Nanny and gain experience in a different job role, however, decided that Springfields and the early years was the career she wished to pursue. She came back to Springfields in October 1995 and worked her way up, becoming Nursery Manager in 2001.


In her spare time she loves spending time with her family.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Jade began her career at Bright Horizons Springfields as a student, completing her college placement there when she was 18 years old. She then started working full-time at Bright Horizons Springfields in 2013 as a nursery nurse.


She has progressed through various positions, from room leader to third in charge, and finally to Deputy Manager, a role she has held for over two years. Additionally, she has been the designated SENCO contact at the nursery for over three years and holds a Level 3 SEND qualification.
