Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool

The facilities & staff are excellent. They are welcoming, helpful & kind with our 2 grandchildren. I often collect them early for nanna days out & the children all look happy & engaged. Don't think I have ever heard a grumpy child in 2 years of visiting there.

We started sending our daughter here when she was about 11 months old(she is now 19 months) we are so pleased we sent her here! She is always so excited to see her key worker every morning, she has a fantastic time there and clearly feels so safe and relaxed. Our daughter enjoys the food, has a good nap every day and always comes home lovely and clean - we don't know how they do it!

Bright Horizons are absolutely wonderful. We put our daughter (who was 10 weeks premature) into nursery just before she was 1 year old, and they have always been absolutely brilliant not only when she is in their care but also with advice and support for home life. We were apprehensive about how our daughter would handle the transition, particularly as she was smaller and less developed than other babies her age but BH have been perfect and we have always felt so at ease and like she is in the best hands. The activities they do are well thought out, and our daughter absolutely loves going and seeing all of the wonderful staff and other babies.

The staff consistently demonstrated a genuine passion for supporting every child as an individual. We are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and kindness shown to Dylan throughout his time here.

We are very satisfied with the care and experience our child has recieved at Bright Horizons. We really like the daily updates and photos on the app. We have found the staff very friendly and they haved formed a great relationship with our child.

In just two weeks, the difference has been remarkable. Our daughter settled quickly and is clearly happy at drop-off and pick-up. The staff are professional, caring, and friendly. They follow a detailed care plan for her condition, which gives us real peace of mind. She hasn't had any flare-ups or allergic reactions-something we struggled with at our previous nursery. We also love the app, which is easy to use and keeps us updated with activities, routines, and photos. Our only regret is not moving her sooner-we couldn't be happier.

Both of my daughters have attended Bright Horizons Timperley and I cannot recommend the nursery enough. I chose this nursery because from my very first visit the team were professional and knowledgeable but also warm and welcoming. The team have a nurturing approach that helped my daughters settle quickly as babies. Our key workers across the rooms have been committed to getting to know them as individuals, helping them to build strong bonds and grow in confidence. They are very child-centred in their approach and enable smooth transitions between the different rooms. The team do a fantastic job at communicating with our family and are always on hand to help. The nursery is well equipped with a homely feel and the staff put lots of time and effort into activities for the children, with a clear focus on learning and development. Every member of staff has been truly wonderful and it has been a huge comfort to us knowing we are leaving our children in such caring and capable hands.

The nursery as a whole is excellent. The staff handle everything with professionalism, care, and positivity, and they provide amazing support to parents at every stage. My son has been in every room (from baby to toddler to preschool) and each step of the way he has felt happy, safe, and encouraged to explore. We'll be absolutely devastated when he leaves and the fact he even asks to come on a Saturday says it all! The whole team creates a warm, nurturing, and genuinely caring environment that we feel so grateful for. Thank you Bright Horizons Timperley!

My daughter attends Bright Horizons, and she absolutely loves it. The fun, creativity, and genuine care the team bring to each day make her excited to go in every morning. B her key worker, truly goes above and beyond and cannot do enough to support her development and happiness. A greets her warmly each morning, which makes drop-offs so much easier, and she always tells us how R kindly plats her hair and makes her feel so special. It is incredibly reassuring to know she is in such nurturing hands, and G comes home every day excitedly telling us all about the activities she has enjoyed and everything she has learned.

In my experience, child safety is not prioritised here, and concerns are deflected rather than addressed.

So pleased we picked this nursery for our son. He started when he was 1 year old and has been at bright horizons (Timperley) for 6+ months. To see how much his language has developed and all the new things he has learnt is wonderful. He is such a happy boy going in and smiles when sees the staff. They made settling in so easy for him (and me!). The staff are excellent and we love the app and how informative handover is when we pick him up. Can't recommend this nursery enough. They have been excellent and we love all the activities they pan and the photos/meal/happy updates. Thank you so much to all the staff at Bright Horizons! You are Amazing!

We love sending our boys to Bright Horizons. The staff are friendly, caring and nurturing. They promote fun and adventure as well as a good level of focus on academics and science in particular. We think the spaces and provocation provided is of the highest standard and would highly recommend other parents to send their children to Timperley Bright Horizons.

We have had a great experience with the team in the baby room who have taken such care with getting to know my daughter when she started. We really feel the team are caring and take a personal, professional approach to caring for our daughter. All the staff, in particular the room leaders, are confident, knowledgeable and caring. We feel as though the team fully support our approach to topics like feeding, toilet training, behaviour and the 'gentle parenting' philosophy.

My daughter loves it at this nursery, her key worker(s) are fantastic and she continues to develop new skills day by day. I love the mix of lessons and topics to expand her mind. The use of the outdoor space to increase her confidence and core strength is really good as well.

The team has been great at helping our baby and preschooler to settle in after a big move. Communication from the staff is great and we feel like we know a lot about how the kids are doing and what they have been enjoying.

It's a beautiful place full of smiles and care.

Having had two children attend Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool, I would strongly recommend it to any parent. The staff were great with my son and now are also doing an amazing job with my daughter and I know she loves going and playing and learning. The setting is great too, always clean and welcoming, a great environment for children. The management team is super helpful too and always on hand when needed.

My son is learning new things each day he is there and always has a smile on his face when I pick him up.
