N Family Club believe that nurseries are more important than ever before. As well as being crucial years for your child’s development and preparation for life in the modern world, it’s also a place for families to come together. N are on a mission rethinking early years and are working to create inspiring environments that ensure the best possible start for children and feel like a home-from-home for families and team.

Working with leading experts, N have created a progressive learning programme that is unique to them, and entirely bespoke to each child. Their outstanding early years educators build on each child’s individual strengths and passions, encouraging them to grow at their own pace. The curriculum builds upon the EYFS framework and takes influence from a vast array of early years theorists and philosophers. There are four schools of thought from which they take specific guidance: Bruner, Montessori, Emilia and Forest School. In 2023, they were named the UK’s highest quality nursery group for the second year running, and believe that their bespoke approach supports children to play and explore, be active learners and critical thinkers.

N recognise that choosing a nursery is a big decision. As well as being the foundation of your child’s education, it’s a new community of friends and – for many families – a new balancing act between work and parenting. N have designed a nursery experience with the whole family in mind; a service that puts you first. As well as the best seasonal parties and a programme of parenting talks with leading experts, the N Family community is also accessible via. The Family Hub: an online platform packed with advice for the early years, child-approved recipes and activities recommended by educators to try at home.

N Family - Twickenham has been a fantastic nursery for our two daughters. Our eldest is now at school (left N 16 months ago) and the team at N were amazing in helping us understand her needs and get some local authority support (still not fully diagnosed, likely some ADHD and autism). The team were
brilliant at creating ways to support her that allowed her to develop, and in providing detailed and thoughtful reflections on her and her needs for us and for the authority. The staff was very giving and clearly really cared. Our daughter is now in Year 1 and is doing really well, enjoying school, gregarious and full of joy. N made a major contribution in how far she has come.


Given this, we were always going to send our second daughter to N. She has very different needs (appears neuro-typical) but is equalling thriving.

We'd love a bit more outdoor space, but they make up for this by taking them out around town.

My children have been at N for a year, and it has truly been the most supportive and welcoming nursery. Every member of staff is so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They always go out of their way to help and make families feel comfortable.


Management is just as wonderful - approachable, kind,

and always open to ideas or concerns. I also appreciate the lovely touches like offering parents breakfast and hot drinks, and the parents' room has even given me space to get work done when needed.


As a first-time mum, I was so anxious about leaving my little one, but the reassurance, patience, and understanding we've received through every stage and family situation has meant so much. The stay-and-play sessions are such a joy and give me precious moments to bond with my children at nursery. Their Christmas event was magical, and the effort they put in was incredible.


I am truly grateful to have a place here. I'll always speak highly of the nursery, the wonderful staff!

This Nursery is absolutely incredible. Our son loves it! They have daily activities teaching even the youngest children and babies. Playing outside when it's warm, always having sun cream applied before going out, great variety of different healthy food and snacks. The staff are incredible, Hannah is
caring and excellent with the children. Sunny at the front of the desk is great too. Management is excellent with good oversight and very high standards maintained throughout the nursery. Camera monitoring in each room. My wife and I were worried in the beginning as child was so young when he joined but he is flourishing there. The nursery is clean and brilliantly maintained.


We love the daily updates provided including how much child has eaten, changes, pictures of him taking part in activities. N Family Club Twickenham West really is the best Nursery we could have hoped for and we're so happy we chose it over the others.

The nursery team including front of house are all so lovely and caring.

The food is amazing and they come up with great activities.

We moved our little boy to N family in middle of the toddler year and since starting and then transitioning into preschool he has thrived. The team not only supported him through multiple transitions but took time to see which staff members he naturally responded to and they nurtured him to come out
of his shell slowly but surely. The preschool room have been incredible and there commitment to ensuring the children are not only having fun, experiencing new things but also are fully prepared for the next step that is big school, never ceases to amaze. The kitchen staff always make fantastic meals and the reception team are always friendly and helpful i would always recommend N family, we definetly made the right choice moving our little boy!

I've been so happy with our experience at N Family so far. The team are so warm and friendly, I knew we were onto a winner during my walk round at the nursery when the assistant manager knew every single child by name. It made me feel like my son would be cared for as an individual, not just a number.
I feel like he is in such good hands, my requests are listened to, and communication is great. The activities they do each day are so varied, and they spend lots of time outside, which was important to us. He is a very tactile baby and he's always getting lots of cuddles and attention, which puts my mind at ease.
The menu is so varied and I love that every meal is prepared fresh in the kitchen by the chef. The kids eat better than we do!
Communication is great, the app makes everything so easy and I love the daily photo updates. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

Our son has been at N Family in Beckenham since September 2025 and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. His key worker is fantastic and he has settled into the Wild Wood (preschool room) very well. The range of activities they do each day and the ethos and values they instil in the children
are excellent. The room size, garden and facilities are all great and out son raves about Rob (the chef)'s food. The nursery uses an app to keep you updated about what your child gets up to and communicate which is great. They also know our names and we're not just mum/dad! We highly recommend N Family and can't wait for our daughter to join next year.

The facility is recently refurbished to an extremely high standard. There's a fantastic garden, well-equipped rooms, and it's very secure. Decorated tastefully throughout all the rooms I've seen.


The staff are friendly,

attentive and clearly care about what they do. The care my son receives, as well as the encouragement and wide range of activities, is genuinely impressive. The app is fab and provides real peace of mind.


Getting the right nursery can be a draining experience, and obviously it's a major investment financially. I only have positive things to say for my experience at N Beckenham and thoroughly recommend the place.

Our son has settled into the nursery so well, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he's received. From day one, the staff have been welcoming, patient, and incredibly understanding, helping him feel comfortable and confident in his new environment.


They take the time to get to know

each child individually, and it really shows in how happy and excited our son is to go in each day. The communication is excellent, and we always feel reassured knowing he's in such a nurturing, encouraging setting.


We're so grateful for the team's kindness and professionalism. It truly feels like a home-from-home, and we couldn't recommend the nursery more highly!

My daughter literally runs through the doors every morning because she's that excited. The team make learning feel like magic - from creative activities to the little moments of care that make such a big difference. She's grown so much socially and intellectually and comes home chatting about everything

Our baby started at one year old at N Family Club. He had been settling in within a few months and very happy to go in to play with his friends and the educators. Everyone is very friendly and supportive to our kid! Beautiful environment and the best thing is in house kitchen and chef, menu is great
with lots of different healthy and interesting dishes for the little ones to try. Clean and tidy play areas too. Amazing nursery in Moseley.

I'm very happy with our overall experience at this nursery. My child always comes home cheerful and content, which is the most important thing for me. I also really appreciate the wonderfully diverse and inclusive environment - it's lovely to see children from many backgrounds learning and playing together.


If

I had one small suggestion, it would be regarding the food. While it's generally fine, some meals are a bit different from what we're used to in a more Mediterranean-style diet. Personally, I would prefer slightly simpler dishes, with fewer sauces or spices, but this is just a minor preference and not a major concern.


Overall, we're very pleased and grateful for the care and attention the staff provide.

Really lovely nursery. The space is great, and there's a nice outdoor area where the children can play. The staff are all super friendly and they really know our son - he's always happy to go in the morning, which says a lot. We've seen him develop so well since starting, so we definitely recommend
