N Family Club believe that nurseries are more important than ever before. As well as being crucial years for your child’s development and preparation for life in the modern world, it’s also a place for families to come together. N are on a mission rethinking early years and are working to create inspiring environments that ensure the best possible start for children and feel like a home-from-home for families and team.

Working with leading experts, N have created a progressive learning programme that is unique to them, and entirely bespoke to each child. Their outstanding early years educators build on each child’s individual strengths and passions, encouraging them to grow at their own pace. The curriculum builds upon the EYFS framework and takes influence from a vast array of early years theorists and philosophers. There are four schools of thought from which they take specific guidance: Bruner, Montessori, Emilia and Forest School. In 2023, they were named the UK’s highest quality nursery group for the second year running, and believe that their bespoke approach supports children to play and explore, be active learners and critical thinkers.

N recognise that choosing a nursery is a big decision. As well as being the foundation of your child’s education, it’s a new community of friends and – for many families – a new balancing act between work and parenting. N have designed a nursery experience with the whole family in mind; a service that puts you first. We've been really happy with this nursery and, most importantly, so is our son. The staff are absolutely amazing - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I feel like we have a great relationship with the staff, and our son absolutely loves them.
The only small downside for us is that the food isn't
organic, which would have been our preference. That said, the meals are still well prepared and our son enjoys them.
Overall, it's a wonderful nursery with an incredible team, and we feel very confident leaving our child in their care.

Really welcoming staff who are incredibly supportive and accommodating to both my wife and me, and it is such a modern and clean environment. We were initially unsure of the process regarding settling in days, however all of the staff members took the time to explain to us how the process would work
and answered all of our questions. Our son loves going to nursery with lots of activities throughout the day. We feel he is incredibly well looked after with regular updates given to us throughout the day as well as a summary of his day when we pick him up. The ability to book extended hours on occasion is incredibly helpful as well.

We've got two children at N Family Leatherhead and we honestly couldn't ask for more. The team put so much thought and creativity into every part of the day - from the engaging activities to the varied, nutritious meals. Our children are thriving, growing in confidence, and have settled so well. The

My child has learned a lot at N Family Club, and his deputy room leader is warm, attentive, and provides detailed handovers, which we really appreciate.
However, our overall experience has been affected by three incidents: 1. A series of accidents, one resulting in a hospital visit and permanent scar.
These all happened when he started to walk & run. 2. While practicing animal sounds at home, our son (then 18 months) identified them correctly, but when asked what a monkey does, he repeatedly pointed to himself and said "me." Management investigated but could not determine the cause. 3. An incident in which our son became very upset, crying and vomiting twice, requiring us to collect him due to policy. We explained that this can happen when he cries excessively and asked staff to help settle him before it reaches this point.
Overall, while we have serious concerns that we have raised, our son seems happy and has a strong bond with his room leader and some of the staff and management.

Our daughter has been a N in Ockham for the past 2 years and we've absolutely loved it. The team are great and really care about the children in their charge - Laura and Viktoria looked after her initially and then onto Ben and Sandra and they've all been incredible.


In the summer we moved further

away and it is now twice the time to take get to the nursery, however we are going to be putting our son in Ockham because we trust and appreciate the team so much.


Parking can be busy a peak times (but where isn't?) and it's got an amazing facilities.


That's to Sukhy and her team, we couldn't be happier.

I cannot recommend N Family Club in Guildford highly enough, as it is a truly exceptional 10/10 nursery where the incredibly friendly and supportive staff provide a level of care that I simply couldn't improve upon, combined with impeccably clean and tidy facilities, ample parking, and a very secure

The staff at N Family JQ are just that, like a family. This is my first child and experience with any nursery and i had heard a lot of horror stories from people before looking, but I have had the best experience and I can tell that my child is excelling & feels safe with each and every staff member.
They make an effort to make every child feel special & comfortable. I couldn't see myself choosing a different nursery now.

Our experience with N Family Club Stoke Newington has been truly incredible. From the very beginning, the management team have been exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout my son's transition into nursery. The team at the Crows Nest made us feel like part of the family from day one.
Watching
my son flourish and grow alongside his peers has been a joy, and I couldn't be prouder of the progress he's made. He has learned so many new skills, and it's clear how positive an impact N Family Club has already had on his development. The nutritious food and daily updates have been excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this nursery to other families.

Our son has joined the Nfamily church street branch in August and so far we have had a wonderful experience. The team always put extra effort in greeting my son in the morning. He seems to be having a really good time there, and is very fond of the team. They are all brilliant! We love checking pictures
and updates during the day, the communication is very fluid. The nursery has been very accommodating, we have been able to purchase add on days at short notice.

We've had an excellent experience with N Club. Our daughter loves going to school every morning and has settled in beautifully. The staff have been absolutely lovely, and we have appreciated all the support in helping our daughter make the transition to nursery school. She enjoys all of the learning
activities, feels safe, and has made great connections to her classmates. We are so excited to see how much she's grown in the past few months!

My daughter started attending N Wimbledon about 3 months ago, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff are a wonderful team of people who genuinely care about the children and their development.


My daughter looks forward to going every day, which as any parent knows is the ultimate sign

of a great nursery! She's settled in beautifully and has made lovely friends. The daily activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and I can see how much she's learning and growing in confidence.


Communication from the staff has been excellent - they share regular updates about her day and are always happy to chat about her progress. The environment feels warm, safe, and nurturing, which gave us real peace of mind during the settling-in period.


I would highly recommend N Wimbledon to other parents.

We couldn't be happier that we picked N Family for our son. From start to date the team have been AMAZING and care for our boy so well, his key workers genuinely love him, which is so heartwarming. He has come on leaps and bounds in the 3 months he's been there and developing so much- more importantly
we couldn't be happier and always has a massive smile on his face. They nursery is calm, well run, organised re activities and the food is sensational, plus they organise parents so adults can meet and build a network, which has been great for me and my wife- thank you N Family Redhill!!

Slick, professional and a well oiled machine that nurses our baby with a velvet glove. The moment we walked in, we felt that we wanted to be their ourselves. And absolutely love the engagement with the parents from the events and breakout area to catch up on emails with their wifi next to their complimentary
pastry and tea facilities. Every detail is well thought-out and unlike a previous nursery we attended. We are kept regularly informed with pics and descriptions.


The fact they expose children to new languages by those that are native from the country (Spanish), art history sometimes to the background of classical music makes us feel out baby is going to have the best start in developmental life than we had.


Overall, I can't rate this place high enough and should be a template of how the high standards of a professional practise can be interwoven with the warm caring hands that we want from those that care for our mini-mes.

I'm really happy with n family club jewellery quarter and I previously had two experiences with other nurseries with my older child, and my daughter has now been here for almost two years. I can honestly say that during this time I've seen my daughter truly thrive.


I really enjoy picking her up each

day and getting updates on how she's been, as well as being able to see what activities she's done - it really makes me feel involved in her day. Her key worker, Natasha, has been amazing and has such a special bond with my daughter.


Management have also been fantastic and very accommodating, and it's clear they genuinely love the work they do.


A massive thank you to Lauren, Kim, and Jo. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to other parents.

I used NFamily Ockham for 4 years as the nursery for both my daughters. They were always very happy there. The staff really care about the children and show dedication to their role. The menu is varied and healthy.
