Before I forget, the lady at the front desk is always welcoming and you can count on her for any help.

The practitioners plan a wonderful variety of activities every day that support the children's development, including fine and gross motor skills, early writing skills, communication, social and emotional development, and so much more. They are incredibly thorough in supporting each child to reach their milestones and develop at their own pace. The educators are also always kind and approachable with parents. They listen to my wishes, respect my preferences and always do their utmost to accommodate me. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful, safe & caring place

We have loved getting updates about our son, we have loved getting advice regarding various question such as potty training. The staff are always friendly, smiling and show genuine care. Our favourite thing about the nursary is our son is visibly learning a lot, we are always suprise by the amount of things he picks up from being at the nursary. Absolutely 5 stars for me.

My little girl has been so wonderfully and consistently well looked after at N Club since she started as a baby back in 2024! The staff are so attentive and utterly devoted - they really feel like part of our family. As a mum, my daughter's health and happiness are the most important things in the world to me, and she is absolutely thriving at N Club. I am more grateful than I can possibly say.

Amazing nursery, lovely staff, great facilities, fresh food, the children are always active and the team understand working parents struggles and will always work with you, it's a really special place.

We've had a fantastic experience with the nursery and are so grateful for the care our little boy, Teddy, has received.

Like many children, Teddy found it difficult to settle during his first 6-7 weeks. The team were incredibly patient, supportive and reassuring throughout, keeping us updated and working closely with us to help him feel comfortable. Their kindness made a real difference during what was a challenging time for us.

Now Teddy is happy, confident and thriving at nursery. A special thank you to Hasiba, Sonika and Naomi, who have all been amazing. Their warmth, care and genuine dedication have helped Teddy settle so well, and we're incredibly grateful.

Our son joined N Family Kentish Town in January 2026 when he was 6 months and we've been very happy with the team at The Dunes who is taking great care of the children with true commitment in children's wellbeing and development. They always do a lot of creative activities and our son goes there everyday with a big smile. The chef, Jamie, is also attentive to feedback and suggestions. We can only recommend N Family Kentish Town own!

I cannot be happier with the team at NFamily club Wimbledon. They make us feel like family and go above and beyond every day to give the most love and care to my little girl. I was really worried about going back to work and finding the right nursery to take care of my baby but I can breathe easy every day knowing she is safe and cared for.

Our son has been at this nursery since he was 18 months, and we could not be happier with how he has settled.

The team are genuinely warm with the children and clearly know each one as an individual, which made the settling in period far easier than we expected. Communication with parents is consistent and reassuring, with daily updates and photos that give a real sense of how his day has gone.

The outside space gets used properly whatever the weather, He comes home tired and happy which is always a good sign. We would recommend it without hesitation.

This summer marks the end of my eldest child's time at N Family Club Moseley. She started when she was 9m old and I haven't regretted sending her here. Throughout her time here, I have seen her thrive exponentially- her language acquisition, her manners, the way in which she discusses topics we have never covered at home- her awareness of the world around her is just incredible. I owe so much of it to N family and the fantastic educators. She is prepared for her next chapter and keen to start school but I know she will miss the nursery more than anything. From the chef to the educators, the cleaners to the managers- everyone has taken time and poured love into each of the children and they are genuinely a part of my 'village'. On days when i've missed breakfast or in a hurry, I know I can rely on N to have breakfast for parents set up in the family room for a quick grab and go. These little touches set this nursery apart from others. (Would love some AC in rooms for this heatwave!)

The staff are incredibly nurturing and patient, and they have really taken the time to support my child and her individual needs.

We love the daily updates and the variety of engaging activities that they provide, especially the outdoor play area. How amazing that the children do yoga, cooking and gardening every week?!

The nursery are brilliant!! Staff are so kind and friendly and always willing to help. The kids do lots of varied activities and learning and have special things like vet visits, fruit available when you leave, a beautiful garden

Our daughter has been at N Family Club Harborne since she was one, and she's now three. We have been so happy with everything about the nursery.

The staff are all so caring, friendly and supportive, and they have played such a big part in her development. She is learning something new every day, loves trying new activities and has grown so much in confidence since starting.

Her social skills, communication and overall development have come on so much, and it's been amazing to watch her thrive. She still has another year of preschool here and we're really looking forward to seeing her continue to grow.

The team are very responsive to our needs and they really look after our son well. Tessa is a great manager of her team and always goes above and beyond. there are so many staff at hand and every child has someone looking out for them. if a child is crying they get a cuddle. nobody seems left out. the activities are so organic so children can move from activity to activity based on their interest. they have many events for the families and they keep us posted all the time. We are very pleased with how much our son has developed and grown there. He seems to be appreciated for the person he is and is thriving. The carers all know him well including his little quirks and personality. Would definitely recommend!

The nursery provide engaging activities for the children and have been supportive in helping him reach key milestones.

I have two children at N Family Club Kentish Town. They settled quickly, thanks to the level of support they received from their 'key' staff and others. They look forward to nursery: they have amazing bonds with the staff, they clearly find the activities stimulating, and in particular they adore the home made food. They are still weaning, and the variety and quality of food they get at nursery has really made them love 'adult' food!
