Our daughter has been at N Family Forest Hill since it opened in December 2024 and we have always been very pleased with the care she has received. The food is great (including the very friendly chef) as are the facilities and the thoughtful and creative activities the children do. The rooms are always clean and the nursery have always worked closely with us when any issue has arisen with our daughter (which they always do from time to time). When our daughter went through a period of separation anxiety and was struggling at drop off for example they went above and beyond creating her a basket with photos of family and worked with us on strategies to help. There were some teething issues with staffing in the early days but these have settled right down and are typical of all nurseries unfortunately. I am pregnant with our second and have already signed them up as have no doubts that it's a great place where my children will be safe and well cared for.

I'm very happy to say that those were resolved and 9 months later my son loves going to nursery and has a strong bond with his key carers. He has made some lovely friendships and shows visible signs of the varied learning and play they offer there - his speech has come on in leaps and bounds and he is so confident and independent. The staff are kind and welcoming and seem to really know and care for my son in a personal way, which is so reassuring. I feel very happy that he will have another two years here and feel sure that he will make the transition to school armed with the skills and confidence he needs.

It is very well run, efficient and there are other positives to the nursery, but Angie and some of the other staff members there are what has given us the confidence in this nursery. We hope the staff members are really taken care of and valued because they do so much and are so caring to our little ones.

In the 5 months our daughter has been attending her eating and communication skills have come on so quickly. We have also been amazed at how the nursery have taught our daughter makaton. It is clearly an environment that she thrives in and enjoys - she is always so keen to be dropped off in the morning.
The staff have all taken time to get to know our daughter and us - everyone is on first name terms. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and management are always available to talk to. We are very happy with our choice of nursery.

They take every piece of feedback seriously and professionally and we're always greeted with a warm welcome. All staff know the children well and make their health and safety a priority.

The overall ascetics are beautiful, it's clean with amazing natural light and a surprisingly large garden.
The staff have been fantastic, so warm and welcoming. My daughter has absolutely loved coming into the nursery and has so much to say and share with us at the end of the day about what she has done in the day, which is so lovely to hear.
The menu and food is amazing, my daughter has eaten more at nursery than she ever did at her old one which is so reassuring to see and she has taken more interest in cooking and where her food comes from and how it is made.

Passionate about helping children fulfil their potential, she previously ran an outstanding nursery school in Battersea for over 14 years. Her expertise includes promoting mental health, literacy, math mastery, gender equality, natural world learning, and emotional resilience, often training staff in these areas.
