With over 25 years of experience in early years and education, including work in nurseries and a SEMH independent school, Kay brings a wealth of knowledge and care to her role. She is dedicated to building strong, supportive relationships where children, staff, and parents can thrive together. Kay is passionate about creating a nurturing, consistent environment that promotes development, well-being, and high-quality experiences for every child.
My name is Alistair. I have worked in early years education for 11 years and enjoy teaching children about their environment and the roles we play in keeping the world safe and happy. I am working towards completing my BA in Early Childhood Studies, aiming to support preschool children in their transition into Reception through school readiness themes.
