N Family Club - Buckhurst Hill

I would strongly encourage prospective parents to look beyond the beautiful interior and polished appearance. Do not be fooled by the aesthetics; ask detailed questions about communication, transparency and how concerns and significant issues are actually handled.

We are 3 weeks in and so far everything is going really well. All staff have been so warm and welcoming and the nursery itself is always spotless whenever we are there. We really appreciate the quality of the products used from the pura nappies/wipes to the food in weekly menus. A particular shoutout to always warm and responsive onsite management team and kitchen staff and of course of our lovely room leader and key worker.

Extremely happy with the nursery. My daughter took some time to settle in but the staff has been so caring and supportive throughout her journey. I have experienced first hand and bedn told by my toddler how the staff show affection and love. The room setup is lovely and the quality of food provided is amazing. Overall would highly recommend the nursery!

We couldn't recommend N Family Club Buckhurst Hill enough. From the moment our little one started, the whole team has been so warm, caring and welcoming. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and take the time to get to know them as individuals.

The communication is fantastic, and we always feel kept up to date with how their day has been and what they've been getting up to. The staff are so invested in their development and happiness, and it's lovely to hear about all the little things they've enjoyed.

The team have also gone above and beyond to support us as a family during a difficult period, showing so much understanding, flexibility and kindness. We really appreciate how supportive they have been.

There's always something fun and engaging going on, and you can see how much thought goes into creating a happy and stimulating environment for the children. Seeing how happy and excited our little one is to go in says it all!

We've been so happy with our experience at the nursery. It took around two weeks for our little one to settle, but seeing her now open her arms to her key worker at drop-off rather than crying is so lovely!

I was initially anxious about how she would manage naps, but she has settled into them brilliantly. She's also eating much better and becoming more independent at mealtimes, and we love that the food is nutritious and varied.

The team have been incredibly supportive and are always available to message. The regular updates and photos have really helped reassure us and ease our anxieties about leaving her.

The nursery is beautifully maintained, clean and thoughtfully designed, with lots of opportunities for open-ended play. We also love the effort they put into celebrating festivities and creating a lovely community, including events such as wine and cheese evenings.

We're so pleased with our choice and couldn't recommend this nursery more!

Our son started here at 18 months, we were nervous with how the transition to full time nursery would go given his age but we were really supported by the team and felt very reassured he was in a safe and loving environment. The staff make a huge effort to get to know you and your child and they say good morning and hello, greeting our child by his name. It's the small things that make such a huge difference. The facilities are lovely, well cared for and children and staff seem happy and supported. Happy to recommend to any local family considering sending their child here.

Settling in for my second child who is 2 has had its ups and downs but it's been met with professionalism and adaptability. We have had experience with several other nurseries with our eldest son, and can firmly say this has been a good experience despite the difficult transition. Would recommend to any nervous parent. Oh and the facilities are nice and new and spacious!

We are extremely happy with the nursery and all of the staff. Our daughter took around two weeks to settle in, and they were so patient, caring, and supportive throughout the process. She is now very happy and enjoys going in every day.

The team is very organised and keeps us updated throughout the day, which gives us great peace of mind. Every time I collect my daughter, she is in clean clothes, has a clean nappy, and is always well looked after.

The food they provide is excellent-healthy, nutritious, and much better than what we've seen at other nurseries. It's reassuring to know our daughter is eating such good-quality meals.

We also really appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as offering parents tea, coffee, and croissants in the morning, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We have been delighted with every aspect of N Family Club since our child joined 4 months ago. The staff are absolutely brilliant - caring, kind, fun, responsible and dedicated to bringing out the best of every single child in their care. Every detail has been thought of - from nutritious and delicious meals to creative activities designed to foster a love of learning and from the beautiful outdoor space to the parent cafe, family events and world culture celebrations, I can't fault the nursery. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone thinking of enrolling their child!

Very happy with the nursery. My daughter started here a couple of months ago and after a short period of settling in she now seems to really enjoy it. The staff are very kind and caring , with regular communication to keep parents informed. I am also very happy with the menu which is nutritious and healthy, and the lovely garden. My husband and I definitely feel we made the right choice with this nursery having moved into the area recently. We would highly recommend.

We've been really pleased since our toddler has arrived at the nursery. He usually struggles adapting to a new environment but he's really progressed since being at n family. They also send so many photos and updates of what they're doing during the day, which is lovely.

The facilities are brilliant and we particularly enjoy the cafe area, especially the croissants in the morning!

We're looking forward to our daughter joining soon in April.

Absolutely fabulous nursery. The team are genuinely attentive and enthusiastic about the children - not just their day-to-day care, but their development and overall wellbeing.

The environment is calm, welcoming and beautifully set up; even the décor feels thoughtful and zen. There's a great range of well-coordinated activities on offer each day, and the children all seem happy, engaged and settled.

The food is freshly cooked on site with no processed options (i.e. no cereal is served), which really sets it apart. My son is genuinely happy going in, and having experienced other nurseries, none compare. We couldn't be more pleased.

We've had a very positive experience with the nursery. From the start, the team helped my child settle in with patience and care, which made a big difference to his confidence. Communication has been excellent, and I always feel informed about his day, what he has eaten and the activities he has enjoyed. The weekly updates about events and menus are especially helpful and make it easier to prepare him for the days he attends. Even on busier days or when there is a mix of ages, the environment is managed with attention and consistency. I can see how the staff adapt activities so he still feels safe, engaged and supported. He comes home talking happily about what he has done and is always excited to return.

Overall, the nursery is warm, welcoming and well organised. Drop-offs and pick-ups are smooth, and it's clear he is cared for with genuine kindness. We feel very reassured and grateful for the positive experience he has every time he attends.
