N Family Club - Hackney Downs

Our son joined at 12 months old and we can't thank the team enough for their kindness and patience while he transitioned from being at home to joining nursery. It's really thanks to them that the process has been smooth and they take so much time and care into making sure all the babies are happy and well looked after. The whole space is so welcoming and everyone that works there brings such a calming and happy energy, we feel very lucky to have had them supporting us.

I am very impressed and happy with everything at N Family Hackney Downs, the staff, the facilities and the care of the children is brilliant and in particular I am impressed with the management over the past few months and how nothing is ever too big an ask and everything always appears so seamless and under control.

The team at N family is amazing. We would happily recommend them to families in the areas. This was our sons second nursery. The staff were excellent at settling him in. Friendly, communicative and dedicated. He is progressing well and loves going in. They also have a new manager who is doing an excellent job.

I have two children at N family hackney downs since it opened and have loved it. The facilities are egeeat, including the large garden. The management and teaching staff are excellent and always set up fun, engaging activities. The onside chefs are great and very attuned to food allergies. I highly recommend this nursery

Our son is loving his time there and we can really see the difference. He is happy and extremely comfortable there and we really see that the staff are happy and that they care. It's extremely welcoming from the moment you step through the doors. From the creative activities, the outdoor space, the incredible food and all the toys and facilities there. Everything is clean, shoes are off, nappies are frequently changed, the list goes on! Highly recommend it

I started sending my son to this nursery when he was just 7 months old; he is now 16 months and thriving. The environment is outstanding and I've noticed significant stimulation and development in his skills. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their child's early learning.

We love N Family Club Hackney Downs! The staff are professional and have made a special bond with our kid, the outdoor space is wonderful, and the activities are both educational and fun. Our kid loves it there, and we highly recommend it to other families.

Love sending our nearly 2-year-old girl here, so many creative activities, friendly staff and a beautiful garden where all the kids play happily together. They’ve also been super helpful with our little ones' very complicated diet following it.

See at home skills are being put into practice - like cutting up the banana!

All staff members are incredibly warm, patient, positive and empathetic. We couldn’t be any happier dropping our son off three days a week and really appreciate how hard the staff work to keep a creative and comfortable play space for all children.

Honestly, we love the nursery and would recommend it to anyone/everyone! The entire staff are all super friendly and engaging - it definitely comes across as a vocation for them rather than just a job. The premises are fantastic too - they have a massive garden out back which the kids spend loads of time in and with the garden being on premises it means they can use it when the kids want/need it, rather than having to schedule in trips to the park at set times. The food is phenomenal too - they eat better than we do (it's so "Hackney" it's comical). They do loads of great activities as well - which have a really nice blend between fun and learning - the thing that I particularly like is that they are kind of child-led - so they really tap into what your kid enjoys. The highest praise I can give the nursery is that I feel it makes my job as a parent outside of nursery easier - I know my daughter is cared for/had outside time/eaten well/done activities.

The reception/management team is fabulous as well, they make not only the kids feel like a part of the family but parents as well and it's just lovely. I have peace of mind when my little one is at N Family Hackney Downs Nursery.

This is our first experience of sending our child to the nursery, and it has been such a positive one. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and were so reassuring about all that mum anxiety I had over leaving my little boy. The facilities are excellent for both parents and children - the large garden is so amazing. My little boy absolutely loves it there, he’s full of smiles in the photos, and it’s obvious when I pick him up he’s had a great time. The staff focus on encouraging his development in such a variety of ways I can really notice the changes at home. We are 100% happy with the care he gets. Can’t recommend the nursery enough.

Lovely, large outdoor garden space which is rare for a London nursery and the children spend lots of time outdoors. The management team are attentive and caring and reacts quickly to any comments or concerns, with solutions that demonstrate their professional experience and knowledge. We are greeted with a smile and by name every morning and afternoon and the staff take the time to get to know you and your child in a warm and kind way. The menu is varied and nutritious and encourages the children to try new flavours and meals. The activities for the children are well thought out and engaging and the staff go out of their way to help them settle in and get to know their interests and likes and dislikes. Overall it is a really lovely nursery and we’re very happy there.

We are so happy with our daughter at N Family in Hackney Downs. The staff are just so wonderful and lovely, they are all so friendly to us and loving towards her. We feel so happy and comfortable leaving her in their capable hands every day. The premises are brand new inside, it always feels and smells very clean and is kept tidy. There is a huge garden for the children to play in which our daughter loves, and as the weather is warming up, they are spending more and more time in the garden. The management of the nursery is very slick, the app is so great for keeping parents updated and also keeping in touch throughout the day if needed. We unreservedly recommend the nursery!

We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club. The facilities are beautiful and the staff highly professional. Plus, the food is better than you would get at some restaurants. However, what we love most is that every child is treated respectfully and as an individual - every morning when we drop off our daughter she is greeted by name by everyone on staff.
