Large playrooms and a dedicated atelier, are filled with natural light.

While outside, the 8,000 sq ft garden has an adventure playground, race track, vegetable patch and water play area.

A small car park on site provides convenient drop-off access.

N has worked with the former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver, Laura Matthews, to make sure that the balanced, nutritious menu supports every child’s developmental needs. The chefs prepare fresh meals in the nursery's café kitchen every day.

    The minimum plan we offer is 3 full days, and every N plan must include either a Monday or Friday.
    We can offer up to 5 emergency swap days per year in case of health or childcare emergencies.

Our son joined at 12 months old and we can't thank the team enough for their kindness and patience while he transitioned from being at home to joining nursery. It's really thanks to them that the process has been smooth and they take so much time and care into making sure all the babies are happy and
well looked after. The whole space is so welcoming and everyone that works there brings such a calming and happy energy, we feel very lucky to have had them supporting us.

We moved to N Family Club from a bad experience from another nursery, and we are so glad that we did!
Our son is loving his time there and we can really see the difference. He is happy and extremely comfortable there and we really see that the staff are happy and that they care. It's extremely welcoming
from the moment you step through the doors. From the creative activities, the outdoor space, the incredible food and all the toys and facilities there. Everything is clean, shoes are off, nappies are frequently changed, the list goes on! Highly recommend it

My son literally runs up the path leading to the nursery and all the way to the door to his room. He absolutely loves it, and his review is far more important than mine.
The staff are all really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The facilities are all excellent. The back garden is an amazing
space for young kids to run around and have fun. The food menu looks exceptional - better than I ever had in school! - and the staff are very attentive to my son's special dietary requirements (he has several allergies).
I would give this nursery an A* and would highly recommend it to a friend.

N Family Club is a great nursery. All staff is really attentive and actually care for the children. Our daughter loves going there and has settled in really quickly.

Honestly, we love the nursery and would recommend it to anyone/everyone! The entire staff are all super friendly and engaging - it definitely comes across as a vocation for them rather than just a job. The premises are fantastic too - they have a massive garden out back which the kids spend loads of
time in and with the garden being on premises it means they can use it when the kids want/need it, rather than having to schedule in trips to the park at set times. The food is phenomenal too - they eat better than we do (it's so "Hackney" it's comical). They do loads of great activities as well - which have a really nice blend between fun and learning - the thing that I particularly like is that they are kind of child-led - so they really tap into what your kid enjoys. The highest praise I can give the nursery is that I feel it makes my job as a parent outside of nursery easier - I know my daughter is cared for/had outside time/eaten well/done activities.

I'm very happy with this nursery, we tried a few nurseries before and N Family Club Hackney Downs is simply the best we've seen. The staff, facilities, kids' meals and activities are simply the best for our little one.
The staff are incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, warm and really care about
your child.
The reception/management team is fabulous as well, they make not only the kids feel like a part of the family but parents as well and it's just lovely. I have peace of mind when my little one is at N Family Hackney Downs Nursery.

This is our first experience of sending our child to the nursery, and it has been such a positive one. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and were so reassuring about all that mum anxiety I had over leaving my little boy. The facilities are excellent for both parents and children - the large garden
is so amazing. My little boy absolutely loves it there, he’s full of smiles in the photos, and it’s obvious when I pick him up he’s had a great time. The staff focus on encouraging his development in such a variety of ways I can really notice the changes at home. We are 100% happy with the care he gets. Can’t recommend the nursery enough.

Lovely, large outdoor garden space which is rare for a London nursery and the children spend lots of time outdoors. The management team are attentive and caring and reacts quickly to any comments or concerns, with solutions that demonstrate their professional experience and knowledge. We are greeted
with a smile and by name every morning and afternoon and the staff take the time to get to know you and your child in a warm and kind way. The menu is varied and nutritious and encourages the children to try new flavours and meals. The activities for the children are well thought out and engaging and the staff go out of their way to help them settle in and get to know their interests and likes and dislikes. We are so happy with our daughter at N Family in Hackney Downs. The staff are just so wonderful and lovely, they are all so friendly to us and loving towards her. We feel so happy and comfortable leaving her in their capable hands every day. The premises are brand new inside, it always feels and smells
very clean and is kept tidy. There is a huge garden for the children to play in which our daughter loves, and as the weather is warming up, they are spending more and more time in the garden. The management of the nursery is very slick, the app is so great for keeping parents updated and also keeping in touch throughout the day if needed. We unreservedly recommend the nursery!

Our son started the nursery in April and the staff have been so supportive with this transition - both to him and to me.
I have been kept up to date with his progress and I've been able to contact nursery staff whenever I've needed to for reassurance.
Unbelievably his key worker has managed to help
him nap well - this from a toddler who has always resisted naps.
Staff are always so friendly on drop off and pick ups. Thank you to the lovely team!

We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club. The facilities are beautiful and the staff highly professional. Plus, the food is better than you would get at some restaurants. However, what we love most is that every child is treated respectfully and as an individual - every morning when we drop off our
