N Family Club - Blackheath

My son has attended this nursery since November 2025, and we have been incredibly pleased with our experience.

The quality of care and learning opportunities has been outstanding. Communication is excellent, with daily updates, photos and a detailed recap each evening, giving us a real insight into his day. The nursery offers a fantastic variety of activities, including cooking, Spanish and yoga classes. The daily setups are always engaging, educational and fun, encouraging exploration, creativity and independence. Since joining, we have seen a significant improvement in our son's speech, confidence and overall development.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They know and speak to my older son, who doesn't attend the nursery, making it feel like a genuine community and extended family.

The setting is beautiful, clean and well maintained, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

Our 13th month old daughter has been here for 3 months and loves it. We visited a bunch of nurseries in the area and this had by far the best space and feel of any we visited. The rooms are huge, bright with natural light and full of varied activities laid out every day. The garden and nearby duck pond means they are outdoors every day too. The team are fantastic and handled our daughter's tearful first month of settling-in effortlessly. No she walks into the room and doesn't look back !

Our daughter has a cow's milk protein allergy, which they easily catered for with 3 meals a day and snacks - she eats better than us.

I am so happy that I choose this nursery for my son. Every day he's learning new things and enjoying the company of the staff and children. Staff and management are always supportive and welcoming. I visit so many nursery but as soon as I entered n family at blackheath I know was the right place for him.

My daughter joined N Blackheath in February and we are so happy with our choice of nursery. Right from the start the management team were helpful and welcoming, making sure as a family we settled into the nursery. The educators are warm and caring ensuring my daughter settled in well and was supported. The updates we receive are great and really reassuring in the early days. My daughter's key person has really taken the time to get to know her and shares great moments from her day both in person and over the app. I am so happy my daughter is happy and settled and can't thank the staff team enough.

The team at N Blackheath have been amazing! They're so engaged, kind, caring, considerate and really take time to understand your child's needs. They're also incredibly patient with us as parents, for example, messaging straight after drop-off when settling to reassure us that our child was calm and happy, was eating etc. They call with any small update and keep us well informed. Everything is thought of and covered, and they're happy to make adjustments when needed. The weekly menus are amazing, so much nutrition and variety. The garden space is by far the best in the area! Would highly recommend :)

Communication from the staff has been excellent and it's clear that they genuinely care about the children in their care. We've felt very reassured since starting here and are really pleased we chose this nursery.

The nursery and every single member of staff have always welcomed us and my child with a smile, enthusiasm and constant support. The settling in was smooth and pain free for us as parents and our child making it a delight to take my little girl to nursery everyday knowing she was in for a fun day! The daily updates on their app followed by lovely review of the day and photos is a highlight and a real bonus.

I am confident that my child is in good, caring hands at the N club, I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

The space is inviting, clean and aesthetically beautiful - unlike some nurseries that can feel cluttered. They offer a range of engaging activities each day. After six weeks, she happily goes in each morning and comes home content and tired from the busy day. She's eating brilliantly since starting there and developing so quickly. We couldn't recommend them more.

A really great, new, state of the art nursery which my daughter has loved attending since day one. Never a dull day, full of great experiences and developmental opportunities all shared daily via the app. The quality of resources is great and the staff are super supportive, caring, genuine and enthusiastic. I know my daughter will love having spent her early years growing with this nursery. Also the menu choices are 5 star!
