Our baby joined N Bushey in October 2025 and we honestly couldn't be happier with how well he has settled. As a teacher myself, choosing a nursery which would be a 'good fit' for our baby was important and I went to visit several nurseries to see what the curriculum and facilities were like. N Bushey stood out immediately for its warm and family feel atmosphere - all of the educators and management care genuinely about the children and giving them opportunities to learn and grow. Our baby has formed such strong relationships with his key person and other N Bushey educators and we absolutely love receiving updates everyday about what he has been up to. Communication from management is also excellent with important notices being communicated on the N Family App and all of the management are very approachable. We are so thankful to N Bushey for everything they have done for our baby and we will miss the nursery and its amazing team immensely when our baby transfers to another N nursery.

Our son has attended the Fortress room and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he receives. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive and take the time to get to know each child as an individual. It is clear that they truly enjoy what they do and have the children's best interests at heart. The room has a great balance of structure, learning and play, helping children develop confidence and independence while still feeling secure and supported. Communication is excellent, and the management team are organised, approachable and clearly know how to run a high quality nursery. The food provided is fantastic, with a varied and nutritious menu that our child really enjoys. Most importantly, we know our son is safe, happy and thriving. He goes into nursery with a smile and comes home full of beans and content.
As a parent, there is no greater reassurance than leaving your child somewhere you completely trust. N Family has given us that confidence from day one.

He absolutely loves going there and has built wonderful relationships with both the staff and the other children. The team are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. They create a warm and welcoming environment that my son feels completely at home. What speaks volumes to me is that after a whole weekend at home, he is genuinely excited to go back on Monday mornings. He looks forward to seeing his friends and the staff, which is a true reflection of how happy and secure he feels there.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, friendly, and engaging environment for their child.

The resources and equipment are gorgeous, the care they receive is great and they have incredible nutritious meals. Great outside area just wish it was bigger and a tad more natural with such lovely fields around but they do also go on nature walks and trips to the park.

Emma is Jesse's key person and we are so happy with the care, food and environment that he gets at the nursery. Jesse loves being here and is developing really well. The facilities here are really great. So happy.

N Family has been the best experience not just for my child but also us as parents. The staff from the moment you walk in they are beyond helpful and always happy to greet upon arrival. The staff fully support any situation or concerns we may share with them and always try their best to help. Thank you N Family for being the best nursery for our daughter. Compared to other nurseries I have experienced which I have thoroughly enjoyed, N Familh by far out weighs them in many ways.

We have been hugely impressed with N Family Club since our son started in February. From front of house, the kitchen and management - everyone makes the effort to get to know each and every child and my son is always greeted so warmly in the morning, even by the staff who don't work in his room. It really does feel like a little family. Our child's key worker, Nikki, is super supportive and our son has formed a very strong bond with her. She shows him so much care and love - we really couldn't ask for more as parents. We are kept up to date regularly throughout the day on the app and the staff always make sure to spend time chatting at pick up to share how the day has gone. All of the staff in Cove are brilliant - Emma and Paige are also amazing with our son (even on those tricky drop off mornings when he gets upset).
We are so glad we chose N Family Club for our son and cannot recommend it enough to other families.

Our daughter started nursery in Feb 26, it has been a pleasure to watch her grow and develop. The staff in her room are kind and caring, always taking the time to tell us how our daughter's day has been. It has been lovely to watch our daughter's bond grow with her key person Nikki, she is always happy to she her! We appreciate all the daily updates showing how she is progressing week on week.

We are extremely happy with N Family Club Bishops Stortford. Our son has been attending since March and has settled in really well, which has given us great peace of mind We love the app, which provides detailed updates on his food intake, naps, nappy changes and daily activities. Communication from the nursery is excellent, and we always feel informed about how he is doing. The food is fantastic - healthy, varied and nutritious, and it's great to see him exposed to such a wide range of foods. Since starting, our son has developed so much, and we feel the nursery has played a huge part in that. The staff are caring, attentive and have taken the time to get to know both him and our family, which gives the nursery a really personal feel.
We would highly recommend N Family Club Bishops Stortford to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive nursery.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our son has received at N Family Bishops Stortford. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children's happiness and development. From day one, they made us feel comfortable and reassured, and our son absolutely loves going in every day. Everyone at NFamily has been really supportive and encouraging whilst our little one settles in, he's been there a couple of months and is really happy and enjoying his days there (and all the tasty food!). It's really lovely to have all the updates throughout the day on the app to see how he's getting on, and the staff are always proactive at keeping us up to date. We're very happy with our choice in nursery.

Overall Experience
Our little girl has been at N Bushey since September and we have been thrilled with how well she settled and how much she is progressing. The activities that are provided for the children are varied, engaging and well supported for her development and we love seeing multiple daily photos of her engaging in her learning each day. The communication is excellent - we feel we know everything we need to about her day thanks to the app and we also have very good 1:1 communication at drop off and pick up each day. Also, whenever we have raised a concern, it has always been responded to efficiently and thoughtfully.
We love the family events the nursery plan too which helps us feel involved and have also been impressed with the reporting and parents consultation.

My son has been at this nursery for over a year, & we are very happy with the support both he & us as parents have received. Staff are kind, considerate & experienced. My son has come on leaps & bounds, & he thoroughly loves his days here. The Nursery opened at the end of 2024, so the facilities are quite new, & are kept clean & very good condition. Room staff & management are also very responsive to the kids needs, & truly listen to parent feedback. Daily communication about my son, as well as general ad hoc updates are very useful. It is also lovely to know that they have an onsite chef who cooks freshly prepared meals every day. I've been impressed with their proactiveness in asking for parent feedback, as well as taking part in mock Ofsted checks, to make sure they're doing the best they can. I can only think of one recent negative, which was a small car park, however in response to parent feedback, the car park has now been extended!
I would highly recommend this nursery!

Overall Experience
Our little one started N Bushey in September 2025 and the team have been fantastic from the start of the journey to date- from the well thought through settle plan, responsive and helpful front of house team to the everyday now with a friendly and personable team taking care of our child. It truly feels like our key worker goes above and beyond to ensure our little one has the best experience at Nursery and the development we have seen in 7 months is great. The activities organised every day to encourage fun, play and learning have meant we have been able to really see our little one thrive and really put us at ease. We would absolutely recommend N Bushey for anyone looking for a caring, friendly and fun environment for their little!

Overall Experience
We've had a fantastic experience with N Family Club Bushey. The staff are brilliant, warm, attentive and genuinely invested in the children and the communication with parents is excellent. The level of care and the curriculum are both outstanding, with lots of thoughtful, engaging activities that my child absolutely loves. The food offered is also incredible, with such nutritious and varied meals. I'd highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nursery that truly goes above and beyond!

We couldn't be happier with N family club and would recommend it without hesitation. From the very beginning, the team has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
The environment is bright, engaging, and thoughtfully set up to encourage learning through play. We've seen such positive development in our child's confidence, communication, and social skills since starting here. It's clear that the team are passionate about early years education and truly invested in each child's progress.
