We've had a fantastic experience with N Family Club Bushey. The staff are brilliant, warm, attentive and genuinely invested in the children and the communication with parents is excellent. The level of care and the curriculum are both outstanding, with lots of thoughtful, engaging activities that my
child absolutely loves. The food offered is also incredible, with such nutritious and varied meals. I'd highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nursery that truly goes above and beyond!

We couldn't be happier with N family club and would recommend it without hesitation. From the very beginning, the team has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
The environment is bright, engaging, and thoughtfully
set up to encourage learning through play. We've seen such positive development in our child's confidence, communication, and social skills since starting here. It's clear that the team are passionate about early years education and truly invested in each child's progress. Communication with parents is excellent - we're always kept informed about activities, milestones, and daily updates including lots of photos, which gives us real peace of mind. It's such a comfort knowing our child is happy, stimulated, and cared for in such a nurturing setting. An outstanding nursery with a wonderful team - we feel very lucky to be part of it!

Our little boy attends 3 days a week and we are absolutely delighted with our experience at this nursery. The care and attention from both the staff and the management team have been outstanding, and we feel completely confident that our child is in the best hands every day that he attends. The variety
and quality of the meals are exceptional, and it's clear how much thought goes into giving the children nutritious and interesting options. Children have a beautiful garden to play in with lots of space and also have access to the nearby nature reserve which they visit often. Not only are the children thought of, but the parents too. Parents are offered a fresh pastry and coffee every morning, which makes such a difference and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, we couldn't be happier. This nursery has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we're so grateful for the care, creativity, and passion they put into everything they do.

Our daughter has been here since Feb 25 and she is very happy here. The staff are all lovely and we can tell she is well looked after by her key person. We have been kept well informed throughout any room moves. I appreciate the detailed handover at the end of the day and we never feel rushed to leave
so the staff can see other parents, who may also be waiting. We also as parents have developed great relationships with the various members of staff who are all welcoming and knowledgeable.
We also appreciate the crossaints & tasty treats in the mornings .
Overall, great nursery with excellent staff and I would recommend highly to anyone.

We've been sending our little one to N Family since he was 9 months old, and it's been amazing to see how much he's grown and developed. The team really take the time to keep the kids engaged with a wide mix of activities, and the updates through their app are so detailed and easy to follow, it gives
us real peace of mind while we're at work.
I also love that they focus on sustainability, with lots of wooden toys instead of endless plastic ones. And as a parent, the small touches go a long way, like being able to grab a croissant and some fruit at drop-off or pick-up.

My daughter started N family club Bishops Stortford in May this year as she was moving from another nursery. I was worried to begin with how she would settle moving to another setting. But the staff at N family club have been amazing! They allowed timely settling in sessions and have all been very calm
and relaxed with my daughter and made her and myself feel very comfortable and welcome.
She absolutely loves attending her 3 days there and looks forward to seeing her friends and key workers. The building is very secure with easy parking and the children enjoy nature walks near the surrounding fields. The nursery app is very easy to use and I look forward to the daily updates of my daughters day with photos of what she has been learning and it is reassuring to see her looking so happy and joining in activities. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I could not recommend this nursery enough.

Our daughter has been attending N Family Club Bushey for two years now and she always had the best time - we are so grateful that we found a great place for her to learn and grow. All the staff is very friendly, professional, nurturing and dedicated to provide the best care to the children. We love
following all the activities proposed through the nursery app and are confident that our daughter is being offered the possibility to explore and learn everyday in the pre-school group (alphabet, numbers, languages, team work, security, hygiene, etc etc). The outdoor space is a great added value.

Our son loves the nursery and team so much so, that he cries when leaving each evening. They have done a brilliant job with settling him in, making him comfortable, confident and supporting with developments.
We love receiving updates with photos to see what he has been up to that day and as first
time parents, makes the transition process much easier.
All of the team are brilliant. We have had to make a few changes due to diet restrictions and even the chef wanted to discuss options that would be best suited to our boy. It always feels like everyone knows everything that is happening/discussed and all staff are invested in the children. Cannot not fault them one bit!

N Family Bushey is an incredible nursery. Our son have been going since he is 11 months old, as first time parents we were very cautious and nervous and I did A LOT of research on nurseries prior. N Family came out top and that is with good reason. It's so clean, everyone knows my son, even other staff,
they all make a point of being friendly and integrating your child. The weekly menu is fabulous, my son eats better there than at home and I think I'm a good cook! Our son's key worker is a stand out star - I can't tell you how caring and warm she is, with every child she shows patients and kindness and all the children love her for very genuine and wonderful reasons. It's clear that this vocation is her calling.
If you're considering this nursey do not hesitate, it's genuinely a wonderful place. At the end of each day the children are often in the garden, all day is planned so well for the children, so they really get the most from the day.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how inviting and warm the environment felt. The lovely outdoor garden space is a real highlight - such a fantastic area for the children to explore and play.
What truly sets this nursery apart,
though, is the incredible staff. They've been so welcoming, supportive, and caring, especially during the settling-in period. Their approach made a big difference in helping our son adjust smoothly and confidently. The communication through the app has also been excellent. It gave us such peace of mind, particularly on days when our son was a little unsettled, to know what he was doing and how he was feeling.
Our son is truly thriving here - he's happy, growing in confidence, and developing beautifully. We're so grateful to the team and look forward to watching him continue to learn and flourish in such a nurturing environment.

The team at N family club Bushey are fantastic, nurturing and diligent. They are focussed on our son's educational and developmental needs and give clear goals for the next term whilst also informing parents what to work on at home. This is so helpful for first time parents. They have made our son feel
so comfortable in the setting that when he leaves, he can't wait to go back. A heartfelt thanks to all the team members at N Family club especially 5 members of staff in particular and of course the manager who is always so helpful.
The meals they provide also sound gourmet and it helps our son try new food groups. I can't think of anything to fault.

My son has been at N since March 2025 and I am so happy that I was able to get him a space as he's absolutely thriving! I really struggled with the transition at first as being a first time mum it's really difficult leaving your baby in the hands of people you don't know but the staff quickly made me
feel reassured and confident and I now know I made the right choice! The staff are super friendly and caring and always have a smile on their face,My son's development has excelled since starting at N to the point where I can't keep up! His key worker is so lovely and kind she provides me with regular detailed updates throughout the day of how his day is going along with photos and videos which make my day away from him that little bit easier. Thank you so much to N for everything you do for my son I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is thinking of joining, you won't regret it!

N Family Bishops Stortford is like a home away from home for my daughter who has been attending since 10 months old. All of the staff are friendly, caring and personable and create an extremely welcoming environment. My daughter was quick to settle in and loves the daily activities that are planned

My daughter has been at N Club in Bishops Stortford since April. As a first time parent it's rather daunting leaving your little world in the hands of someone else, but N Club have made that transition easy.
My daughter's Key worker and the rest of the team are so personable, kind and caring and I
feel completely comfortable leaving my daughter with them.
She has come on leaps and bounds since starting at N and continues to surprise me daily!
The front of house staff and managers are all so lovely and it's so nice to walk in every morning to smiling faces and knowing they've gone the extra mile to know and greet all family members.

My daughter (at the time 5 months old) started in May and I have seen such a difference in her development. Her key worker is so lovely and always there to greet us In the morning and always helpful with my questions and was so supportive of me when I was emotional dropping her off. I am updated so
much with what she has eaten and everything on the app and the photos I get sent are so lovely to see. All staff are absolutely lovely and my daughter is so happy to come in every day. Definitely reccomend to all my friends this nursery
