My child is very happy at nursery. She loves the staff. They have a good mix of activities including outdoor time and trips out locally. The food seems varied and healthy. The building is nice however the rooms are a little on the small side

After having had to have our daughter in a nursery we weren't overly keen on for almost a year, we were thrilled when N Family opened up just down the road and we got her a space. Ever since her first day, she has been beyond happy there and it gives us the peace of mind and joy knowing that her spirit is being nurtured, her creativity inspired and her personality celebrated. She runs to nursery each morning and each afternoon we pick her up, she can't wait to tell us all the adventures she's been up to that day with her friends and key workers. The staff go above and beyond and are the most welcoming and lovely group of people - what more could you want for your child! The space itself has been so carefully designed to bring out the best in each child and we can't rate the nursery high enough! Our daughter loves it there and we will be sending our son (due any day now) there as soon as he's ready. Thank you N Family!

I get photo updates and logs of things like nappy changes, what she's eaten, and how much. My daughter loves the food, it always sounds delicious.

I really can't fault them for anything. Our son loves going, we feel happy and reassured that he is safe and developing and all the staff are absolutely amazing.

N Family Club has been the perfect environment for our child since June 2024. The staff are genuinely caring and engaged in our child's progress, and every day they are doing activities which enrich their development and social skills. The app is so useful in helping us feel connected through the day, from receiving photos to menu updates, and knowing who is caring for our child each day. I'm so glad we found N Family Club nursery and that they are a part of our childcare.

My child's experience is not the only thing N Family care about but mine as well. From the stunning starter kit that contained a rucksack for my tiny person plus accessories for me, through to the coffee, croissants and friendly faces each day, this place is the dream!

Communication is always on point. The food is fantastic and the range and quality of activities are genuinely impressive.

My son says 'I love nursery' and 'had a good day with friends' when we pick him up. We couldn't ask for more.

Since joining the N my little one is communicating very well and he has become even more independent when eating. Always wants to use his spoon and fork! The place is not only beautiful but the staff are all so sweet, especially when I was doing settling days and I was the one crying in the lobby.

We've been incredibly fortunate to find such an impressive setting for our youngest son (20 months), who started here in June. From the word go, we've noticed his confidence blossom and his developmental progress ramp up as he discovers the world within his new social circle. The staff are super friendly and attentive and give us a proper update on how his day's gone each evening. They also share photos and messages throughout the day via the app, which is always lovely to see. The weekly menu is a particular highlight with a great focus on proper nutrition and meals that would make any parent jealous! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Family Club to other parents looking for a nursery where they can feel confident that their child is properly nurtured and getting everything they need to flourish both during, and beyond the early years.
