Day Nurseries Owned by N Family Club in Kent

We are so happy we chose N Family for our son. In just a few weeks, he has gone from saying the odd words to speaking in full sentences! His confidence and curiosity have come on leaps and bounds.

What stands out is how much the children experience each day. The activities are imaginative, varied and stimulating, encouraging them to explore, create and learn rather than simply keeping them busy. The thoughtfully designed setting and wonderfully varied, nutritious menu reflect the same high standards.

But the people are what make it special. Leanne and her team have taken time to understand our son's personality, interests and what helps him feel secure. They notice the little things and treat him with enormous patience and affection. They make us feel welcome and listened to as parents, too.

We see the results in our little boy every day. It is a joy watching him become more confident, capable and happy. N Family has given him a wonderful start, and we recommend it wholeheartedly!

make him feel safe and happy at nursery. He really has blossomed over the last few months, and it's so lovely not only for us to notice but also the staff in his room. From front of house to the key workers in his room to the clean and chef, everyone is so pleasant, welcoming and professional. My son has been with this nursery for 15 months and we would highly recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with N Family Club in St John's, Tunbridge Wells. Our daughter has settled in so well and is always happy and excited to go in, which gives us such peace of mind.

All of the staff are wonderful - friendly, caring, attentive and genuinely passionate about the children. There is a fantastic variety of activities for the children to enjoy, which keeps them engaged while helping them learn, develop and have fun.

The facilities are also excellent, with a lovely, safe and welcoming environment for the children. We have been really impressed with the level of care and the overall experience and we would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

A huge thank you to Andrew and Becca in The Lookout!

There's always a fantastic variety of creative and engaging activities, and she often comes home excited to tell us about her day. We've also seen such a positive difference in her confidence since starting.

Another thing that really stands out is how incredibly clean and well maintained the nursery is. We viewed several nurseries around Tunbridge Wells, and the level of cleanliness and hygiene at N Family really stood out to us.

Most importantly, our daughter is happy and thriving. We feel very lucky to have found N Family and couldn't recommend the wonderful team enough!

I really highly recommend this nursery. Having worked in education settings in the past I know that good leadership and a strong team makes all the difference. I knew from our first visit that Charlotte was an excellent manager and the staff around her are fantastic at what they do. The team at n family Tunbridge Wells are dedicated, professional but also approachable and kind. It is so important to be able to trust a nursery setting when they are taking your children so young and I feel the n family Tunbridge Wells team really takes a great deal of care in its work and is invested in creating great experiences for the children, keeping them safe and happy, and preparing them well for the future. We have been lucky enough to have brilliant key workers for our son who have made him feel at home and made us feel at ease - I was very nervous starting him at 1 year old but the staff have worked hard to reassure us, respect any requests, keep us well informed, and ensure he feels at home.

I have had all my kids there for over five years combined and they have always consistently been genuinely caring without fault and my kids have always loved going in

Our child loves it here and the educators are all lovely. Our child struggled at first but they went the extra mile to make the transition as best as it could be. They work proactively with us on reaching milestones.

The menu and the food variety that they offer is very good as well. Very happy with our choice of enrolling our little one at this lovely nursery.

We genuinely couldn't be happier with N Family Club Tunbridge Wells. Choosing a nursery for your child is such a huge decision, but from day one we've felt completely confident that our son is in the very best hands.

He's only one, but every morning he stretches his arms out towards the team during the handover, which says everything about how happy, secure and loved he feels there. Seeing him so excited to go in each day gives us enormous reassurance as parents.

The staff are warm, caring and professional, and it's clear they genuinely know and care about every child. We've watched our son grow in confidence, curiosity and independence, and we love seeing all the engaging activities and experiences he enjoys.

The communication with parents is excellent, and there is a real sense of community throughout the nursery. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team and would wholeheartedly recommend N Family Club Tunbridge Wells to any family looking for exceptional childcare.

We are very impressed with Family Tunbridge Wells and would highly recommend the nursery to friends and family because of the consistently exceptional standard of care, communication and support provided. Our son genuinely loves attending the nursery and has developed so well during his time there. The staff are warm, caring and professional, and the management team have been incredibly supportive throughout

The management and front of house team deserve a particular mention because they have gone above and beyond to help with our difficult shift patterns and work hours.

Our little boy started at N Family Tunbridge Wells in September and has loved it from the very first day. He's always so happy when we arrive, has a big smile on his face and can't wait to get into the room. It's such a relief!

The nursery team including front of house are all so lovely and caring. The food is amazing and they come up with great activities.

Can't recommend enough!

Our son started at N Family in the summer and has settled so well and is very happy there. The staff are all professional, helpful and nurturing. The facilities and communication are excellent and the range of activities are fantastic, clearly a lot of thought and creativity goes into them: We would highly recommend N Family!

From the moment I visited N Club on Mount Ephraim Road, I knew straight away it was the right nursery for my child. After touring several nurseries around Tunbridge Wells, this one instantly gave me that "this is the one" feeling.

The space itself is bright, clean, and airy, with a beautiful wooden aesthetic that feels calm and natural. I really appreciate the excellent staff-to-child ratio - it's clear that every child gets genuine attention and care.

The menu is also exceptional. Each week it's updated, and every time I read it I find myself thinking how mouthwateringly good it sounds! The variety is fantastic, and you can tell real thought has gone into the nutritional balance and the micronutrients in every meal and snack. It's not just the usual crackers - the flavours are creative and wholesome, the sort of food I'd happily serve my child at home.

Most importantly, the staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's lovely

Lovely nursery setting with friendly and attentive staff. Great facilities and they've really thought about the details to make it as easy for parents as possible. Plus, the free croissants at drop off go down very well with my older child!

Our son started in September and has been thriving. When he first started, we couldn't get him off of us, now he basically dives into their arms. It's so nice to see the daily updates and messages from the team.

We couldn't be happier here. The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind and genuinely invested in the children's development. The food is fantastic and the overall experience has been brilliant! We get updates daily on what he's been up to and I feel fully informed which has helped the transition immensely!

My daughter moved to N Family St John's after not settling at another local nursery and I can honestly say joining here was the best decision ever!!! The whole team, the facilities, the food and the activities are second to none and my little girl is utterly thriving here. She absolutely loves her nursery days and has grown in confidence since joining here, the team complete regular updates throughout the day on a fantastic app so you have total peace of mind that your little one is happy, whilst learning and having fun! I would (and do) without hesitation recommend N Family St John's to anyone looking for a fantastic, caring and stimulating environment for their child.
