N Family Tunbridge Wells is absolutely fantastic! They have been amazing at looking after our toddler and are constantly setting up new activities to keep their days interesting and varied. The menu is far better than any other nursery i have seen and always caters to allergies, the staff are all friendly
and genuinely seem interested in early years education.
The management and front of house team deserve a particular mention because they have gone above and beyond to help with our difficult shift patterns and work hours.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells. Our son recently started at the nursery, and the care, patience, and warmth shown by the whole team has been incredible. Starting nursery is such a big transition for a little one, but the staff have gone above and beyond
to help him settle in and feel safe, happy and confident.
A special mention also goes to the wonderful front-of-house team, who greet us with such kindness every day and make the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment we walk through the door in the morning.
It is clear how much the team genuinely cares about the children, and as parents it gives us so much reassurance knowing he is in such capable and nurturing hands.
We feel very lucky to be part of the N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells community.

Our little boy started at N Family Tunbridge Wells in September and has loved it from the very first day. He's always so happy when we arrive, has a big smile on his face and can't wait to get into the room. It's such a relief!


The nursery team including front of house are all so lovely and caring.

The food is amazing and they come up with great activities.


Can't recommend enough!

From the moment I visited N Club on Mount Ephraim Road, I knew straight away it was the right nursery for my child. After touring several nurseries around Tunbridge Wells, this one instantly gave me that "this is the one" feeling.


The space itself is bright, clean, and airy, with a beautiful wooden

aesthetic that feels calm and natural. I really appreciate the excellent staff-to-child ratio - it's clear that every child gets genuine attention and care.


The menu is also exceptional. Each week it's updated, and every time I read it I find myself thinking how mouthwateringly good it sounds! The variety is fantastic, and you can tell real thought has gone into the nutritional balance and the micronutrients in every meal and snack. It's not just the usual crackers - the flavours are creative and wholesome, the sort of food I'd happily serve my child at home.


Most importantly, the staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's lovely

Our experience with N Family Nursery has been amazing. The team are always friendly, smiling, and really take an interest in our Son's development. The management are brilliant - easy to talk to, supportive, and really care about both the children and the parents.


The nursery runs really smoothly

with a good routine, which gives our son a real sense of comfort and confidence. Communication is great too - we love getting regular updates and photos showing what the kids have been up to. The place itself feels bright, safe, and full of fun activities that keep him happy.


He is genuinely excited to go in every morning, which says everything! We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend N Family Nursery to other parents.

My daughter moved to N Family St John's after not settling at another local nursery and I can honestly say joining here was the best decision ever!!! The whole team, the facilities, the food and the activities are second to none and my little girl is utterly thriving here. She absolutely loves her nursery
days and has grown in confidence since joining here, the team complete regular updates throughout the day on a fantastic app so you have total peace of mind that your little one is happy, whilst learning and having fun! I would (and do) without hesitation recommend N Family St John's to anyone looking for a fantastic, caring and stimulating environment for their child.

We couldn't be happier with N Family Tunbridge Wells St Johns! The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and professional - you can tell how much they genuinely love what they do. Even though our son has only recently started and is still settling in, the team have been so patient, understanding, and
supportive, which has made the whole process so much easier for us as parents.


The nursery itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with such high standards across the board. The activities are creative and engaging, and we already feel confident that he's in safe, nurturing hands.

We recently joined N Family Tunbridge Wells St Johns for our daughter and couldn't be happier! Sophia, her key person, is absolutely wonderful, warm, friendly, and kind. The whole front of house team is lovely and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, yet professional.
Most importantly, our daughter is happy and stomps off into the room without a backward glance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We love the Nursery and all the staff. Every time we come in we are warmly welcomed, Etta always is happy when she is there, and even cries when we pick her up. The food menu is healthy and varied. I would highly recommend N Family as a great Nursery!

We've been at N Family for a short while now and already feel extremely happy with our decision. From day one the team has been warm, welcoming and genuinely caring.


The facilities are beautiful and thoughtfully designed - bright, inspiring indoor spaces and a wonderful outdoor area.


We appreciate

their flexible hours option and the way they make mealtimes more than just feeding - all food is freshly prepared onsite and children dine together with educators.


We also love that they keep us in the loop about our child's progress via their app, and there's a real sense of community.


Overall, a top-quality nursery that feels like a "home away from home" - we couldn't be more pleased.

Lovely nursery and lovely staff! Made the transition of sending our little one to nursery super easy. After viewing other nurseries in our area N Family became the clear choice for us due to the excellent facilities, lovely staff and care taken towards the children, their safety and hygiene.

Our daughter started at the nursery in November after moving from another nursery near by. All the team at St Johns are wonderful. All the team go above and beyond for our daughter. The menu is sent weekly and offers our daughter a very healthy varied diet. Hats off to the chef! The transition was easy
and she settled very quickly. The app updates us on her day and during collection there is always time for a quick catch up. The provision for the children is inviting, fun and stretches her learning. She enjoys all the different things ti explore and I can tell she is getting a broad range of activities. Such as cooking, painting and music. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Family at St Johns to any new parents.
Not to mention our daughter loves going! We are very happy.

N Family -St Johns. The team have been brilliant at helping my little one and our family settling into the nursery work life balance . Naturally nursery has been a big adjustment for us but the N Family at St John's have been so reassuring and provide regular updates throughout the day. The app is fantastic
and the team are regularly communicating throughout the day which certainly gives that peace of mind. It's a really friendly atmosphere right the way from reception to the rooms and most importantly I know my baby (10 month ) is safe and enjoying the activities. We have really bonded with the whole team but especially our key worker that is fantastic and so caring . Thank you team . Would highly recommend N Family -St johns
