N Family Club - Barnet

We had heard great things about N Family club before we started looking at Nurseries and Barnet was no exception!

Our Daughter started in January at 13 months. Despite taking a little while to adjust I felt extremely reassured and impressed by all the staff's attentive efforts to settle her. The communication was very thorough and I loved how quickly they identified her little personality quirks and likes/dislikes!

The drop offs and pick ups are now much easier, the staff are incredibly friendly and warm. The spaces are really beautifully designed & decorated and are always exceptionally clean.

I particularly like how there are new and varied educational activities set out in the room when they arrive. They spend lots of time outside and there is a monthly calendar of events.

We get several round of photographs/videos throughout the day which I always look forward to! The app also provides detailed updates regarding their eating, nappies, sleep etc which is helpful.

Messy play, making Gruffalo crumble, playing in the sandpit in the new garden, reading, yoga, learning Spanish, every game has an educational element.

Drop offs are always hard but he's loves his key member of staff which has made drop offs a lot easier. I can tell he loves it there.

We also love the regular updates, photos, what he's eaten, how he's slept on the N family app.

Our 3.5-year-old son has settled in beautifully at N Family Nursery Barnet.

What we appreciate most is how incredibly attentive everyone is, from the teachers to the reception team to the chef and the manager. They genuinely care and give our son all the attention he needs, and he feels understood, cared for, and encouraged every single day.

We also really value the daily updates, both on the app and directly from the teachers at pick-up. Knowing how he has been, what he has learned and done, who he's bonding with, and even what he's eaten gives us a full and reassuring picture of his day.

We couldn't be happier!!

Our son started at 7 months old and we were nervous about him being away from home so young, however N Family Club Barnet feels like extended family. They have made us feel so welcome and our baby is thriving under their care and with the influence of other children. We love to see the photos and posts on the app of everything he gets up to in a day! Baby has become so adventurous with food because of the extensive menu served during the week and Scott, The Chef, takes extra care to cater for dietary requirements. We are extremely happy with our decision to choose N Family Club as our nursery and love all the staff there, whether in the room, front of house or support staff, we know our boy is well looked after.

Our daughter started at N Family New Barnet in September when the Nursery had just opened -what a place! It took her about a week to settle in but the staff were so attentive and considerate during that time. We had regular updates and I always felt able to call just for an update or a chat if concerned. Fast forward to November and she is thriving! The activities they put on for her are fantastic and she is always beaming when we collect her and drop her off. So nice to see her socializing, learning new skills and enjoying herself.

The facilities are fantastic. Calm and thoughtfully designed indoor spaces, a wonderful and large outdoor space and access to nutritious home made food prepared on site. The chef also often engages the kids in extra curricular activities which is really wonderful to see.

We had originally got her down to start at another nursery but after seeing the N Family pulled her out and registered her with them - best decision we have ever made.

Our son started at N Barnet in September and although he took a few weeks to settle in, he is now really happy at drop offs and pick ups. The staff are all very lovely and nurturing and feels like they genuinely enjoy caring for the children. They take feedback on board, which is very appreciated. They are also very thorough with sending photos everyday on the app and summarizing the activities that the kids have been doing. We were at a previous nursery before we started at N Barnet and I can say that they do way more variety of activities here (eg yoga, breathing exercises, recognizing emotions, Spanish, dancing, cooking, arts & crafts, various types of water play / sand play, the list goes on - no two days are the same!). They also organize parties that parents can join, which is really nice for parents to meet and get to know each other. It's still relatively new so the classrooms can be quite quiet but I'm sure they'll get busier soon enough.

We absolutely love N Family Barnet! All the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and caring, which instantly puts us at ease. The nursery is spotless and extremely well-organised, running smoothly every day. Our toddler has so much fun with the thoughtfully designed activities that not only keep him engaged but also help him learn and grow. It's amazing to see how happy and excited he is whenever we come to collect him. The food is also brilliant - freshly prepared, nutritious with a wide variety meals. We couldn't be happier with the nurturing environment this nursery provides and highly recommend it!
