Hi, my name is Terry, and I am proud to have built a deeply fulfilling career in early years education over the past 19 years. I began my journey as an apprentice and quickly discovered the profound impact that high-quality early education can have, not only on children, but also on the families and the teams who support them. This experience sparked my passion for ensuring that every child receives the very best start in life.

One of the most meaningful parts of my role is building strong, trusting relationships with families. I believe that genuine partnership with parents is essential, and I strive to create an environment where they feel heard, supported, and valued every step of the way.

Throughout my career, I’ve also developed a deep commitment to coaching and developing colleagues. Supporting the team’s well-being and mental health is central to my leadership approach. I believe that a workplace can only thrive when communication is open, constructive feedback is welcomed, and every individual feels respected and empowered.

I lead by recognising and nurturing people’s passions, talents, and unique strengths. Helping others grow, achieve their goals, and find confidence in their own journey is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Hi, my name is Paige, I am a warm, vibrant, and dedicated early years professional, with seven years of experience growing and progressing within the sector. I am currently completing my Level 5 Diploma in CIPD to strengthen my skills in people management and leadership, ensuring I can continue to support and uplift those around me.

Creativity, positivity, and enthusiasm shape the way I work. I believe that children flourish when the adults supporting them feel valued, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. Because of this, the well-being of my team is incredibly important to me. I aim to create an environment where everyone feels confident, appreciated, and able to bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.

Hey, my name is Rocio. I have spent many years working in early years education, taking on a variety of roles that have allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.

I’ve worked closely with children of all ages, supporting their development and building strong, nurturing relationships with them. I’ve also been part of leadership teams, where I gained a deeper understanding of how a setting operates, how teams thrive, and how families experience the day-to-day life of a nursery.

This combination of experiences is what makes the Front of House role feel like the perfect fit for me. I know how important it is for families to feel welcomed, reassured, and informed from the moment they walk through the door.

I understand what practitioners need behind the scenes, and I appreciate the level of organisation required to keep everything running smoothly.
