Day Nurseries Owned by N Family Club in Surrey

I honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery! I've noticed such a big difference in my son since he started here compared to his previous nursery. He seems so much happier, loves his teachers, and I can really see that he's well looked after. I love getting photos of him every day, and the staff always make me feel welcome and involved. It's lovely to feel so connected to the people looking after my little boy, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he's happy and cared for. I'm so glad we made the move to this nursery and would definitely recommend it!

From onboarding to settles and now everyday activities everything is great. Amazing educators who genuinely care. Delicious food. Brilliant activities including cooking, dancing, and yoga. My toddler is happy to go to nursery now which is the most important thing.

We would recommend.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 10 months she has been in the cove since she was 5 months old. The staff in her room are brilliant. Caitlin the room manager is incredible nothing to big or small she will do for the children. She has a very positive and fun way with the children. My child also loves Lana even this morning she gave her a big smile as she arrived and she isn't like that with everyone only people she feels happy with.

She has learnt so much being in nursery and doing really well.

They like to take them outside when they can weather permitting along with trips out to the pet shop etc.

I like that everything is recorded on their app so you can see what they have had to eat or when they have slept.

I can highly recommend N family club in Godalming.

Both my boys are at N family Ockham and they are happy, confident and learning new skills and language. Staff are happy and communicative and the spaces for play and learning are excellent (they have been refreshed and improved over the last year or so).

I like the use of the garden, my eldest is almost always outside when I come to pick him up (weather dependent) and making use of the large garden space to play and learn.

Communication is also much improved from when my eldest started- management are good at communicating and responding to messages.

We feel very lucky that our little one has a place at such a wonderful nursery. From the moment he started, we have felt completely reassured that he is in the safest and most caring hands. The team are fantastic!

A special thank you to Charlie and Ronnie, who have been so patient, caring and reassuring throughout his settling-in period. They have gone above and beyond to help him feel comfortable and we really couldn't ask for better care.

It's a relief to be able to drop him off knowing he is happy and so well looked after. We couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough!

The nursery is filled with a fantastic team who genuinely care about the children, and we feel so lucky to have found it. We couldn't recommend N Family Guildford more highly!

My daughter has been attending N Family Club Guildford for just over a year now and it has been overwhelmingly positive. From the smile and welcome we both receive when we walk through the door in the morning to the daily debrief when I pick her up, all areas of my experience have been amazing. Her first year was in the cove with Nyssa, Isla and Ciara and thanks to them, she settled in with very few tears. Over her time, she has really grown and her transfer into her new room was made even easier by Ciara moving to the new room as well. I can see how much she enjoys her time there not just by the updates but by how excited she is to get to nursery each day. One thing you want as a parent is reassurance that your child is being looked after with the upmost care and attention and I certainly have that opinion with N Family Club Guildford.

Very happy with our choice to send our daughter here. Most importantly she seems happy here. We are also raising our daughter bilingual in Spanish and they have supported with this. Lovely caring staff and a nurturing environment. The facilities are great, especially the outdoor area which our daughter loves. The food is also healthy, introduces new flavors and is varied, and importantly cooked fresh on site. Communication is also rapidly responded to and this was particularly reassuring when first settling and getting our daughter used to nursery. Very much appreciate the updates and photos via the app too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our daughter has been at N Family Club for around 6 weeks now and we couldn't be happier. The settling process was clearly explained and thought through. The staff take time to get to know each child as well as the parents. Our daughter seems to really be enjoying her time at nursery, and we feel relaxed knowing she is in the best hands.

N is a hugely welcoming and happy environment. Our first child recently graduated from N Godalming and started school, while our second has been attending since she was 5 months old (now nearly three), and both have had the most wonderful experience. The structure, activities, learning, etc. are all excellent, but really its the staff that makes N so special. Every person there, from the kitchen staff, to the management team to the room teams are first rate. I would in particular call out Brooke and Reese in my daughter's room who are 11/10. They go above and beyond to create a fun, warm, and loving environment for the kids. Honestly I'd like to attend sometimes, they're always cooking amazing things from scratch or making bird feeders or doing elaborate activities. Can't imagine a better place and people for my kiddos :).

We could not be more impressed with N Family Ockham. Our baby started when she was 11 months old, nervous about leaving her in someone else's care at such a young age, Charlie and Ronnie made us feel completely at ease, their warmth and reassurance alongside daily updates and photos through the app gave me confidence that she was happy, safe and well cared for.

Most importantly, she loves nursery. She cannot wait to get inside and happily falls into Charlie's arms, excited to play and explore. The facilities are clean, welcoming and thoughtfully designed for the children, while the home-cooked meals prepared on site are another huge plus.

Her confidence, social skills, play, speech and development have all progressed noticeably. Seeing how happy she is and how much she is learning and thriving is exactly what we hoped for when choosing a nursery.

We could not be happier with the care and experience she is receiving. A huge thank you to Charlie, Ronnie and the whole team.

Thank you to the whole team for everything you do. We couldn't be happier! x

We started about 3 months ago. We've been very impressed by the friendly staff and cleanliness of the facilities. It is such a difference to be in a facility that has been designed as a nursery compare to the nursery where our older child went. The team can focus on the learning of the kids without having to battle the building's limitations. Our child is very happy here.

We've both said how happy we are that we chose this nursery and, most importantly, how happy our son is there. We really couldn't ask for more.

Can't recommend the Godalming branch enough. Our son loves his time there and we, as parents, have the reassurance he's happy and cared for whilst at work. Becky in particular has been a real shining star since we joined and genuinely cares for our son. Gracie had been amazing and even after a new room recently staff are proving to be great! Wouldn't hesitate to tell others to join!!

I couldn't be happier with the service at N family club. They are absolutely lovely. It was the first time our son has been to nursery and they really helped with the adjustment. He loves it there. The service is so personal and, it sounds cliche, but you really get the sense it's a family!

A wonderful nursery with amazing staff! Our little boy is loving going to play and the staff do so many fun activities with him. Everyone that works there has made the transition to join a nursery really easy and put us at ease when dropping him off we love it and so does he.

They have all thrived there, learning new skills, taking part in new activities, eating well and generally having a very happy and engaging time. It's a brilliant nursery and I would highly recommend to other families.

All the colleagues at N have been so friendly and welcoming. Our daughter has settled in to her room beautifully. Nyssa, Ciara and Isla have looked at her with such kindness and warmth, and she clearly loves going in.
