Overall Experience

We have been over the moon with N (our son started September 2025 in the Castle) - and we were nervous after a bad start at another setting!
The team have been amazing. It is clear that Shulamay is doing a fantastic job as the manager as everything seems to run like clockwork whilst there still being

a truly "family" feel - which must be so hard to achieve with the chaos of drop offs and pick up!
Comms is one of the top things on my list & it clearly is for N too - we always know what our little one has been up to but above & beyond this we know the inner workings of nap time, aspects of play he is gravitating towards, how his communication is developing etc. He is a little boy who is known & part of a team - as opposed to a child numbered in a nursery. When I pick him up/ drop him off I am greeted with a joyous team who are always full of energy and lovely stories of his day - & my little one is always full of smiles to see them. Eva, Sam & Rachel have been particularly fantastic!

Overall Experience

Our son started at N Cobham just after his first birthday and has been there for 2 months. As first time parents and being new to the area, we were very apprehensive about him starting nursery, but the staff couldn't have been more supportive, reassuring and welcoming to us all. They have really supported

our son as he's settled into nursery, and they have helped his confidence and independence grow. Even in the short time that he's been there we've seen him develop and learn new skills.

Our son has built a great relationship with his key worker and other staff in the room. He thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and participating in all of the different activities which are well thought out, varied and engaging. We love receiving updates and photos of what he's up to throughout the day! He also really enjoys the food!

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery; the staff are all brilliant and we feel confident that our son is well cared for there.

Overall Experience

Such a lovely nursery, our baby settled very quickly and clearly enjoys going.
She does lots of great activities and is clearly learning alot.
We'd love a bit more outdoor space, but they make up for this by taking them out around town.
We're really happy we picked this nursery.

Overall Experience

I've been so happy with our experience at N Family so far. The team are so warm and friendly, I knew we were onto a winner during my walk round at the nursery when the assistant manager knew every single child by name. It made me feel like my son would be cared for as an individual, not just a number.

I feel like he is in such good hands, my requests are listened to, and communication is great. The activities they do each day are so varied, and they spend lots of time outside, which was important to us. He is a very tactile baby and he's always getting lots of cuddles and attention, which puts my mind at ease.
The menu is so varied and I love that every meal is prepared fresh in the kitchen by the chef. The kids eat better than we do!
Communication is great, the app makes everything so easy and I love the daily photo updates. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

Overall Experience

N Family is an outstanding nursery that prioritises the care and well being of the children.
My 19 month old absolutely loves going to nursery and each staff member greets him with a smile and hug. His development has improved in the short time being there and the staff have been extremely supportive

especially with me being a new mum.
The food is also amazing, my little one loves the chefs cooking and always cater to his needs. She always comes out to greet the parents and children every morning!
The management team are also wonderful and have helped every step of the way!
1000000% recommend N Family to everyone!

We've been really impressed with N Family Cobham from the very first time we visited. The staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. My daughter started nursery at just 6 months old and I was a bit apprehensive because she was so young, but I was so reassured by N and she settled so well - she's always

full of smiles for her key person and the whole team! I feel like everyone at N genuinely really cares, and they are really helping with my daughter's development. From the regular photo updates we receive she seems to have so much fun! Communication is always brilliant - the team are always super responsive. It feels like N have thought of everything, and follow through with doing what they say they are going to do - from making drop off easy and convenient, nutritious meals and snacks, daily outside time, sustainability initiatives (providing reusable wet bags, eco friendly nappies/wipes), regular deep cleans...the list goes on! I would highly recommend N Cobham!

I have my 1 year old daughter and 3 year old son at N Family Ockham for the past 2 months and I have been extremely happy with the care and support they have been given. My daughter started N family January 2024, and I couldn't be more happier with the choice I made, the nursery it a bit out the way for me as I am not local however it's worth it.

The staff have been friendly and understanding from the beginning, it's an excellent nursery she has learnt a lot and

her personality has blossomed!

The app is brilliant as it gives me a peace of mind throughout the day while working to see what my little one is up to.

Overall Experience

Highly recommend N family club chertsey; the staff are all so nurturing and caring. My son has been attending for over a year now and has developed such strong bonds with all of his educators and the wider staff. The facilities are brilliant and the children regularly attend outings and enjoy a variety

of learning opportunities. The nursery is run exceptionally well with strong leadership; management are very engaged and responsive to any queries. Parents are always kept up to date and the communication is brilliant.

My son recently started at N Cobham and I'm really happy with our experience so far.
The settling process made me feel comfortable and confident about leaving him there.
The staff are attentive, friendly, and always respond promptly when I send a message.
The whole team comes across as respectful,

caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children.

The nursery feels warm and welcoming every time I drop my son off, and the activities always look fun and engaging.
It's clear that my son enjoys his time there. I would highly recommend this nursery, it's definitely one of the best in Cobham!

Our little one has been attending N family since February 2025 and so far our experience has been excellent. The staff are attentive and kind. The room activities are fantastic with painting and baking. The nursery goes the extra mile by providing croissants and coffees for parents in the mornings and

putting on sports days and parties for the children and families. We would highly recommend!

I have nothing but positive feedback about this nursery. I was really apprehensive about sending my daughter to a nursery as she was with a childminder previously but I have been proven so wrong and my whole perception has completely changed.

I receive regular updates, the staff are all so lovely

and look after my daughter so well. They really do treat the children as if they are their own which is so lovely to see as a parent. My daughter comes home so happy and has just grown so much in such a short amount of time. Best decision I made sending her to this nursery. I can't recommend them enough.

Since our daughter started at N Family Club Leatherhead in September, we've been absolutely thrilled with the care, environment, and staff. From day one, the team has made us feel welcome and supported, and our daughter has settled in beautifully.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and

we really appreciate that management is always around so you can easily talk to them about your child, which isn't always available at other nurseries. The food is amazing and nutritious, better than at home, I would say!
The nursery is thoughtfully designed with parents in mind as much as children. They organise events we can take part in, and we especially love the much-needed morning coffee/tea station.
We couldn't be happier with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend N Family Club Leatherhead to other families looking for a nurturing, inspiring start to their child's learning journey.

Overall Experience

The team at N Family Cobham are exceptional. The food is healthy and nourishing for the kids and the parents get breakfast treats in the morning which is so helpful when going straight from drop off to work. The baby room is so nurturing and the team really care and look after the little ones. The pre-school

room has excellent educators who the children are very fond of. They create a fun learning environment for the children and opportunities to go on trips to the local care home/forest school.
We're very happy and would highly recommend.

My 15-month-old daughter has been attending this nursery for about four months, and she seems to love it! We get updates every day of the activities the kids are doing, and in the pictures, she always seems very engaged. I think it's done a lot for her development. The staff are always friendly and

accommodating. The rooms are bright and have loads of toys and books for the kids to enjoy. Overall, very happy with our experience!

Our daughter started at N Family Club, Chertsey in September and has settled in brilliantly thanks to the amazing staff who have been so attentive and caring. We knew N was going to be right for us the moment we saw it (a year before our daughter even started); the tour was so thorough and the nursery

was such an inviting place for children and parents. The communication is fantastic - we feel 'kept in the loop' every day thanks to the use of the great app and thorough handovers. The food menu is so varied, as are the activities and trips on offer for the children. We are so pleased with the provision in place for our daughter and have every confidence that she's going to thrive in this fantastic setting.
