We couldn't be happier with the N Family Weybridge, our daughter started attending in January this year.


From the very first day, the team Kim, Claire, Elena in the hideout room have made us feel completely at ease. As parents, leaving your child in someone else's care is a big step - but the warmth,

professionalism, and genuine care from every member of staff reassured us instantly.


Our daughter settled in so quickly, which speaks volumes about the environment they create. The staff are attentive, patient, and truly invested in each child's development. We've already seen such lovely progress in her confidence, communication, and social skills in just a few short months.


We also really appreciate the regular updates and communication. It's wonderful to see photos and hear about what she's been doing during the day - it makes us feel connected and reassured that she's happy and thriving.

We've been thoroughly impressed by how much our daughter has developed since joining NFamily Club Leatherhead at 9months old. The facilities are modern, classrooms are spacious, clean and the staff engaging. We love the fact there is a specialist chef and all the food is cooked onsite, our daughter
loves it. The daily updates including pictures keep us well informed of what the children have been up to and all staff are really caring.

Great nursery. Was worried that Jude would not settle as he is a sensitive little boy. After a rocky start, he seems to be loving it. Am so glad he is interacting more with children of his own age on a regular basis other than his usual friends.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at N Family Weybridge. Our daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old, and after 2.5 years there, we truly feel it has been the most wonderful start to her early years.


The staff are absolutely fantastic; caring, attentive, and they genuinely know

her so well. It's so reassuring to leave your child somewhere they are understood and valued as an individual. Their days are filled with so much fun, creativity and variety, and the meals provided by the on-site chef are always delicious and nutritious. The team have supported us through every milestone; from dropping naps, to potty training, teething etc and have always worked closely with us as parents.


The children go on exciting excursions and real life experiences, which we absolutely love. It's so special knowing she's exploring the world beyond the nursery walls, building confidence and curiosity in such a safe and supportive way.

We put our son into N Family Chertsey when it was still relatively new, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The team do everything to make both parents and the children feel incredibly welcome. Our son has had wonderful key workers across his different rooms, who really care about him and send
the best daily updates. The setup of the rooms are constantly evolving to meet the next development steps of the children. The activities that they engage in are so varied and fun! And we love that the kids are always outdoors at least once a day if not more often, and that there are regular outings to the surrounding area. Thank you for everything that you're doing!

My sons key workers are brilliant. They are caring, creative and thoughtful. He is always learning something new and genuinely has a wonderful time when he is there. The food is high quality and varied- very healthy. The general staff are very friendly, helpful and muck in when needed. The only downsides
are (1) a small outdoor space and (2) the classes are large for older children and the key workers seem overwhelmed by the end of the day- sometimes the kids are quite messy on collection.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It's clear that they truly love what they do and care deeply about each child as an individual. Our child settled in so well thanks to their patience,
reassurance, and consistent communication. We always feel confident that they are in safe, nurturing hands.
One of the standout features for us has been the excellent meal options. The variety and quality of the food provided are fantastic, and it's reassuring to know that our child is enjoying balanced, nutritious meals every day. It's also wonderful to see how the nursery encourages healthy eating habits in such a positive and engaging way.
We also really value the strong focus on outdoor play and trips. The children spend plenty of time outside, exploring, learning, and staying active, which has made such a positive difference to our child's confidence and development.

We have been at N Club Cobham for several months now. The quality of care and education for the children is excellent. The learning activities have been very good and we love the fact that children are encouraged to learn independent skills and to be outside when possible. We are very happy that the
settles were handled well and everything about the administration of the nursery has made things very smooth for us as parents. Our only regret is that our son did not transfer here from his previous pre-school sooner! Thank you to all the staff and management, who are friendly, professional and helpful on all aspects. The menu is also excellent.

Our son is in his third year at NFamily and we are incredibly happy - he loves it and so do we. The nursery really builds the relationship with the family, management are kind, professional, caring and efficient.
Learning materials and the curriculum are excellent and it is clear that they invest
a lot in staff training and recruiting the best staff.
This nursery experience is the best we've had - and we've sent three kids to four local nurseries over the last 10 years!

We've got two children at N Family Leatherhead and we honestly couldn't ask for more. Our daughter has been a N in Ockham for the past 2 years and we've absolutely loved it. The team are great and really care about the children in their charge - Laura and Viktoria looked after her initially and then onto Ben and Sandra and they've all been incredible.


In the summer we moved further

away and it is now twice the time to take get to the nursery, however we are going to be putting our son in Ockham because we trust and appreciate the team so much.


Parking can be busy a peak times (but where isn't?) and it's got an amazing facilities.

I cannot recommend N Family Club in Guildford highly enough, as it is a truly exceptional 10/10 nursery where the incredibly friendly and supportive staff provide a level of care that I simply couldn't improve upon, combined with impeccably clean and tidy facilities, ample parking, and a very secure

We couldn't be happier that we picked N Family for our son. From start to date the team have been AMAZING and care for our boy so well, his key workers genuinely love him, which is so heartwarming. He has come on leaps and bounds in the 3 months he's been there and developing so much- more importantly
we couldn't be happier and always has a massive smile on his face. They nursery is calm, well run, organised re activities and the food is sensational, plus they organise parents so adults can meet and build a network, which has been great for me and my wife- thank you N Family Redhill!!

I used NFamily Ockham for 4 years as the nursery for both my daughters. They were always very happy there. The staff really care about the children and show dedication to their role. The menu is varied and healthy.

What a difference already!
Initially had a rocky start under a different management team when my son experienced multiple key workers in a short space of time this really hindered progress, attention & development somewhat.
However since then the progress that the management and the team have made
over the past 6-8months has been a vast improvement.
The team especially the team that cover adventurers room & the whole team generally all seem committed & patient and that's a great foundation for everything else!
I've always looked for 3 main priorities when it comes to selecting a nursery for my son.
1). Happy team members, without this everything else falls by the wayside. There is a noticeable improvement in consistency of the staff & their happiness so this is fantastic.
2). My son enjoys going to nursery & gets excited for it!
3). A development plan that's regularly reviewed & everyone is committed to doing their best for every child.

When searching for childcare after having your first baby, nerves and emotions are at an all time high. From the moment I first visited the nursery, I felt at ease; the cleanliness, safeguarding measures and learning environment alone won me over. What makes me content about the nursery are the genuine
efforts taken to accommodate my son's diet and allergies and the empathetic/collaborative support to aid his development. I really do feel that the N Family are an extension of my own family, helping me to raise my son. When my son was finding it a bit difficult to initially settle in, the whole team constantly put me at ease and supported me through it - I won't ever forget it :). From the housekeepers to management to his key carers, everyone is amazing and genuinely wants my son and the other bubs to be the happiest and best versions of themselves. Thank you all :)

We are so happy with our child's nursery. It is always clean and well-organised, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring. There is a fantastic range of engaging activities, along with regular trips.


The rooms are big, bright, and spacious, with a great variety of toys and resources.

The key workers are amazing and have created a great bond with our child which gives us real peace of mind.


Menu options are brilliant and we also love the daily updates on the app - it's so reassuring to see what our child has been doing/eating throughout the day. Overall, we couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough.
